Hmm, new Celestial Mages. This sounds like a great time to create more spirits.

I think I'm going to create a Black Key, if that's okay.

Also, I had an idea for another level of keys. What if we had gem keys, one for each month?

They would be above platinum, but under golden, I think.

The character would be named after their gem, but represent their season or month or something.

Wait, I think each month has some sort of special moon name. If I can find my farmer's almanac, I could dig up the info.

Appearance

Sunup/Jace// Jace's hair is a light, wheat blonde and his eyes a soft gray. He has lightly tanned skin and is rather thin and comes to about average height. His normal attire tends to consist of skinny jeans, sneakers or boots, and a tee shirt or hoodie.

Sundown/Aaron Aaron's hair is black and his eyes hard gray. His skin becomes an almost sickly pale. His clothes don't change automatically, but if he has any opportunity to change clothes he will wear something dark, usually baggy cargos and and a black shirt.

Personality

Sunup/Jace// Jace is kind and fun loving. He's outgoing and very sweet, always making friends. He hates to leave any one out and always wants everyone to feel included. He loves to joke around and play and is just genuinely a happy and playful guy. He tends to see the good in everyone, which can be both good and bad as he often gives people too many chances.

Sundown/Aaron// Aaron is basically the opposite of Jace. He's cold hearted and rude- doesn't much like others. He isn't very kind at all and is mean and heartless even to those Jace is close to or likes. He doesn't connect with others easily, but it also a very fierce fighter. He's actually a better fighter than Jace is due to his lack of caring whether he hurts others or causes some destruction.

History

Jace is a one of a kind person. Born to a young couple in the city of Hargeon, he was in fact not an only child but a twin, with a brother whom looked just like him. The two brothers grew up together in Hargeon, playing in the port and chasing each other around outside. They were happy children living normal lives.
When the brothers were six they were playing by the water, chasing each other around while their parents were at the market. Jace's brother, Aaron, tripped, falling into the water. Aaron wasn't a strong swimmer and the currents were swift that day, pulling him under. Jace tried to help, but unfortunately, it was to no avail. Aaron died.
Jace blamed himself for his brother's death, and though they said they didn't, it was obvious that his parents did too. Not long after his brother's death, he came to the decision to run away, sneaking away during the night and into the nearby woods. It didn't take long before someone found him,and elderly woman whom at the time he hadn't known was a dark mage.
The old woman, who had used a power of hers to see into his past, offered to bring his brother back. Jace, being a child, didn't think at all before begging her to do so. She did, though not in the way Jace expected. Suddenly, Jace himself transformed into his brother, though now Aaron's hair was black and his skin paler. Jace was still there, inside of him, able to see and think and communicate silently with his brother, but not able to move or speak. In the morning, he changed back, Aaron now inside of him.
The woman disappeared and now Jace was not one but two people trapped inside a single body. Before she left, however, she warned him of a price he must pay for her 'kindness' in bringing his brother back. The price- he will forever remain in her debt. So far as long as he lives, he is under the fear of being called upon by her, the mysterious mage.
As he grew older he became interested in magic and started to collect celestial keys, training to become a celestial spirit mage. He just recently joined as a new member of Blue Pegasus, though hasn't been around long enough for anyone to know of or have met Aaron.

Yeah, Aaron isn't nice. X3 Jace will be sweet to her, though.
