Hey, everyone. The name's Carolina May Samuels. The name Carolina is French for "song of happiness." My "dad" chose it on the spur of a moment when my mom let him name me when they found out they were having a girl. May means so many different things: "Pearl," "Child of light," "Kinswomen," "Wished-for child," and "Daughter of Atlas." I got May the same way I got Carolina. My last name means "Name of God." Anywho. I am sixteen years old and I share a birthday with my "dad", which is July 11th. If it wasn't apparent already, I am a female. If you're still confused, then there's something wrong with you.

I guess there could be many ways to describe my personality. Let's see. First, I can be brutally honest unless it's going to tear the person to pieces. I hate hurting people, but it's also hard for me to lie. You can easily tell when I'm lying by the way I shift my feet when I'm telling that lie. I am loving and accepting. I try to put myself in everybody's shoes and feel what they feel. It hurts sometimes and does leave me feeling miserable, but it's worth it if I can make the person smile. I am very calm, cool, and collected. It's really hard to make me angry. If you make me angry, you know you've done something totally wrong. But, here are some downsides to my personality. I am my own critic. I criticize my own work. If something's not good enough, I'll change it. I'm also extremely stubborn.

I was born on July 11th sixteen years ago to Richie and Janet Samuels in Woodbridge, New Jersey. Both Richie and Janet were musicians and pretty well-known. I started out on piano when I was little, watching my great-aunt play and trying to copy her hands. I picked up a violin at age 10 and guitar at 12. I loved traveling with my parents and watching them perform with their bands. Not long after my 12th birthday, they told me that I was a demigod and my real father was Apollo, the god of music, poetry, art, oracles, archery, plague, medicine, sun, light and knowledge. It was hard to accept, but it explained things. I am not a spy.

I understand, life is very busy at the moment. Everyone can go ahead and start if they don't wish to wait on me, but life is very hectic at the moment so my first post will take a while to get up.
