Yes I forgot to put the smile there. And you said on the RP thread that the town folks are usually nice to them so I don't think that they need to be hidden actually. Of course, there may be those humans too who don't truly accept them...

May take the neko child. And can I make other kids or teens like maybe Centaur or what was that similar but Deer think?

And can I do an orphanage and helping place for supernatural creatures? Maybe collaborate with the Starfall family in a way and maybe some of their adopted children could be from here too?

I'm going to have to say no to you taking the Neko child, for now, since you have three of the kids already. If no one else joins in the next week as that child, then you could make them if you want.

Yes, you can have other kids, just not in the Starfall family. You can make people in town that aren't human, for example. The deer is a faun, or maybe those are goats.

You can do that, but I think they should take in human kids, because half or more than half the town is humans.

They're accepted, although I'm pretty sure Nekos can't transform into actual cats (but I let you have that as a power for Hoshi because I've been guilty of having Nekos that could.
I go back and forth between they can and can't transform.)

Looks: Melaina has smooth, ebony skin on her top half that transitions down to the the body of a Friesian horse. The coat of her horse part is pure black with no white at all. She has chocolate brown eyes and long, straight hair that matches the color of her bottom half. She stands at a height of seven feet and five inches
Personality: Melaina is a more quiet, observant type, often found humming as she works. She enjoys being outdoors since she finds human sized buildings to be a bit too cramped for her due to her height. She is friendly which makes it easy for her to make friends but she refuses to talk about her past with anyone. Melania can get defensive at times and can get anxious when in tight spaces. Despite her friendly nature, Melaina can have trust issues, especially when someone breaks the trust she had in them.
History: Not much is known about her since she refuses to tell anyone about her past. She was found wandering the woods near the house when she was eighteen and after months of hesitation, Melaina eventually accepted the job offer to work for the family. It took her a while to get comfortable around them but she eventually got used to them and trusted them

Species: Human
Sexuality: Bisexual
Appearance: Kravitz - also occasionally referred to as 'Krav', though he's not fond of it - has black, thick, curly hair that is shaved short at the sides, and the rest is just long enough to tie back at the top of his back of his head. His eyes are dark, ambery brown in colour, with a slightly prominent eye shape. He is tall, standing at 6'2'', with an athletic, fairly muscular build, and holds himself with a rather formal posture, which accentuates his height even more. He has a strong, defined jawline and well-placed cheekbones. He has a dark skin tone, though there is a white splodge on the left side of his face, just on his cheekbone, under the eye - perhaps due to an accident or curse of some sort. Kravitz also walks with a bit of a limp.

Personality: Kravitz is a quiet, gentle person that prefers to work alone, but doesn't mind being around other people too much. He just doesn't talk a lot, but will reply if spoken to. He's quite a stickler for the rules, though, especially for those that concern the safety of the horses - not exercising them too soon after feeding, making sure they get plenty of rest and aren't overworked, that sort of thing. He's usually friendly and patient, but will be quick to be sharp if he needs to be. He's hardworking and intelligent, often the first at the stables early in the morning, and is able to be something of a riding instructor with the knowledge he has. He's trustworthy, but does not currently have a particular connection to anyone so if he was offered more money by someone else he would take the offer.

Bio: Kravitz grew up riding horses at quite an early age. He was talented and skilled at it, quickly showing himself to be a champion horseman in the making. While his parents couldn't afford a horse for him, Kravitz was allowed to compete with the horses at the equestrian school he frequented, especially as the awards and ribbons he earned gave more attention to the equestrian school. That was, until, there was an accident. He was 17, competing in a regional competition, when someone's dog was allowed to get loose and it ran into the arena, barking and attempting to attack the horse Kravitz was on, which spooked the horse and threw him off, and he landed into a jump, badly injuring his leg. Since then, Kravitz has been unable to ride a horse due to his injury, and has developed a fear and severe dislike of dogs.



Johan (Yo-han) Brass | 24 | Male | Gardener

Appearance: Johan has very dark brown hair that is wavy, though is short enough to not be able to tell, and his eyes are dark, foresty-green colour with an average eye shape, and he has dark shadows under his eyes. He's somewhat average height, not particularly notable, standing at 5'9'', and he has an athletic, unassuming build, and stands with a fairly rigid, but kind of slouchy posture that tends to make him seem uninterested. He has a sharp jawline, and average-set cheekbones. His skin tone is medium-dark. As a faerie, his wings look very much like a black swallowtail butterfly's wings, and have a span of about three feet either side.

Personality: Johan is a rather melancholic, pessimistic, kind of being. He tends to wander the gardens, tending to them, with an almost bored, if not unhappy expression on his face. However, don't take this to mean that he doesn't like his job - Johan does, in fact, actually really enjoy his job and is something of a skilled horticulturalist - he's just a generally melancholic person. He doesn't tend to side either way, avoiding arguments by just walking away if he can, and doesn't even try to put on a smile for even his employers - he's not going to fake it just to make someone else happy. Johan prefers to be alone, and would much rather just work on the garden without having to interact with anyone else at all, though if he does have to talk, his answers will be short. If one is very quiet, though, perhaps one might hear him sing quietly to the plants he tends to.

Bio: Johan is from a family of faeries that have a particular affinity for plant magic. Such magic, of course, isn't a cure-all, instant remedy for a beautiful garden, but it does mean that the plants they tend to are particularly vibrant and thrive. It was perhaps no surprise that Johan started work as a gardener, at the age of 18, first with gardens around town, where he'd help townspeople with their gardens. While he was proven to be talented, his melancholic nature and apparent boredom meant that others were put off by him. It was only recently, about six months ago, that he was employed by the Starfall family as one of their gardeners. Johan is also a bit of a songwriter, and writes songs that he'll quietly sing to the plants he tends to - but only if he thinks no one else is around and can hear him.



Avi Davenport | 25 | Male | Cook
Species: Half-Elf
Sexuality: Bisexual.
Appearance: Avi has medium-brown hair that's fairly straight, and kept quite short, and in a brushed back style - sometimes held back with one of those black thin metal headbands, and his eyes are a dark, sapphire blue colour, with a slightly hooded shape to them. He is somewhat tall in general, standing at exactly 6 foot, but is perhaps on the slightly shorter side for a half-elf, with an athletic, lithe build, and he holds himself with a fairly relaxed, though not slouchy, posture. Avi has an olivey, medium skin tone. His ears are slightly pointed, since he's a half-elf.

Personality: Avi is a warm, friendly being, and usually has a warm smile for anyone that he sees - and sometimes a little sneaky taste of extra food or a snack for those that he's particularly fond of. He has a bright confidence that can sometimes lead him into being over-confident, especially when he is convinced of something - which also means he can be quite stubborn and headstrong. He can be hurt quite easily, especially if someone doesn't like his cooking, and is quick to give the cold-shoulder to anyone that he feels has wronged him. It is not often that he finds such a thing to be necessary, though. Avi is a loyal and trustworthy member of staff, but will go against someone's word if he feels that it would be for the best or someone's safety to do so.

Bio: Avi grew up with a twin sister, Lup, and his parents were fairly well-off. He discovered his passion for cooking at quite an early age, but this was not something his parents were particularly impressed by, nor did they encourage him to follow such a career path. Rather, they actively discouraged him, wanting him to pursue something that would be more lucrative and well-paying. As a result, Avi wavered to even follow his passion, and even went with what his parents wanted him to study for some time. It was only at the age of 20 that Avi finally decided to take up cooking as a career, first attending a culinary school - which he graduated from with high honours, and was employed by the Starfall family about a year and a half ago. There is just one thing. Anyone that eats something Avi mainly had a hand in cooking as the last thing before going to sleep, then they will get nightmares (so, for example, if Avi mainly cooks someone's dinner, and they do not eat anything that was not made mainly by Avi after this, then they will have nightmares that night). This is a curse that Avi is entirely unaware of, and doesn't get the nightmares himself so he wouldn't know about it anyway.
