Can we make characters with crushes and like...ask people to play those characters, or have those characters as NPCs? Example, I want to play Silver, so I'd have Gold as an NPC or open for someone else to play.]

Should we not have characters from Pokemon Go? I'm talking Blache, Candela, and Spark, since they're hosts or whatever to the Legendary birds.

Two: am I allowed to have ghost type Zorua for Pokemon partner for one of my characters? Not sure what your feelings on the ghost type Zorua are.

Third: can some of my characters have the same starter Pokemon? I'm talking like two people having a Meowth, or two having Eevees (the Eevees would evolve into different things.)]

Yes, but without the legendary Pokemon, if I choose your I may need choose other as well and they're legends.

You mean hisui zorua, yes they are allowed too.

It's not starter Pokemon it's a partner. Yes I will allow few same, but not too many same as seriously there is more than 900 to choose for.

XD kay kay. I'm probably going to play Blanche, and my OC is their NPC girlfriend (though they won't remember her because you said the pasts are erased.) Or I guess I could just put her in and put Blanche as her crush/SO.

I'm going to play Go/whatever his actual name is. I just call him Go. I call the female one Goette because idk what else to call her.

Anyway! XD cool, because I made a new character last night. I'm going to use them in this RP, Hisui Zoroa would be perfect for them.

Accepted, and no the partner poke doesn't need to have a starter form...all those none evolving pokemons are fine too. And even if the evolution of the pokemons starts as their starter form and they evolve alongside you, if not need stones to evolve, but the pokes don't need to evolve if not wanted, you can have a Pichu on your side without them evolving to Pikachu.
