Monroe's never considered herself a great fit any-
where, tending to find herself drifting to the other
outcasts who couldn't be easily placed in one neat
category or another. Even as a kid, she was tall &
lanky without any particular talent in things such
as music or art to make her come across as inter-
esting to her peers. Things changed a little when
she moved away from the big cities of the east

For a while, she was the interesting new kid, until
she realized that she preferred solitude to the at-
tention. After high school, she drifted from one
quiet job to another, just doing her best to get by.
Those years may have been unremarkable, but she

logging road that was her walk home, and hardly
anything about her life has been peaceful since.

Monroe hasn't necessarily had any issues adjusting
to her wolf form. That part seemed to come natu-
rally. However, she's not been all that excited about
learning an entirely new lifestyle or trying to fit in-
to a brand new place in which she knows nobody.
What she needs right now is someone to motivate
her — someone she can have a genuine connection
with. Someone who will make her feel less isolated.

Val wasn't born into Red Pine, but she was quick to call it her home.
Her family, all werewolves, briefly lived in a pack in the UK, which d
ied out before she had even reached age 6. The pack had been know
n to cause trouble, and the Platt family decided it was best to flee
before rumours started to fly. Thankfully, they had family with conne
ctions to Red Pine & were generously taken in by Paris Clément. They
had to prove themselves, but it's more home than their first was.

Born into Black Sky, Brooks is no stranger to the works of the pack. His
parents were good workers, his mother in particular a skillful patroller,
which gave him an up. Both strangely went missing soon after Brooks
began his training. He buried himself in work to distract himself. Trust
already on edge, it spiked soon after age 20, when his partner at the
time was caught cheating. Brooks has a bitter relationship with love.
