lavenderveil is a well-mannered she-cat and is generally a favorite among the older cats of the clan.
she's respectful and humble, hardly ever one to talk back or make a rude remark to those outranking her.
among her peers, though, she is bold and fiery, tolerating little in the form of cats trying to walk all
over her, and is a fierce ally to those who get pushed around. she is, however, one of tough love, and
does not believe in mothering other cats. she's very goal-oriented and wants to excel at everything that
is expected of her, though she always pushes herself to do more. she can be sharp at times, but usually
she's chipper and an avid conversationalist. she's been known to be manipulative to get at what she
wants, and fires back at those who wrong her with petty retaliation. lavenderveil enjoys getting under
other cats' skin and is a sneaky prankster who garners enough approval among the older cats in the
clan to get away with things with a slap on the wrist at most.

lavenderveil was the pride and joy of her parents, and though they gave her endless love and support,
they were very adamant about raising a dutiful daughter who could offer all of her talent to her clan.
lavenderveil revered her father, whitepine, who was clan deputy for a whisper of time before he got
sick from an infected fox bite. his death shook her to her core, and for awhile she wasn't sure if she
would ever be able to get over her grief. over time, of course, her wounds healed over, aided by the
rivalry she formed with her older denmate, frostmourn. as their apprenticeships progressed, she soon
realized that her competitive spirit was now accompanied by feelings for the dutiful young tom.

Cinderpaw loves to run, and finds it freeing in all aspects. He is a very lighthearted cat, and is good company. He has his stubborn and competitive moments, but they are few and far between, and easily hidden from anyone who doesn't know him well. Mostly, he likes to solve problems through some sort of compromise, and he doesn't give up easily, especially when things aren't looking up for him. He likes to be an expert on obscure things, hence his choice to pursue being a medicine cat. If someone picks a fight with him or he just plain disagrees with them, he has sharp comebacks. He prefers to spend time with those he feels comfortable around, though that doesn't mean he's not friendly. He's rather intelligent, both in solving problems diplomatically and strategically. He tends to be way too trusting, and will instantly think the best of anyone, no matter what. He's somewhat aware of his naiveté, but not completely, because he grew up with such a sense of community. Sometimes he remembers how much of a crucial role he plays as a medicine cat, and he gets a little overwhelmed by it.

Ashpaw is a dilute bi-colour torbie with gray eyes that look either pale green or blue, depending mostly on the light or her mood. She has a messy coat, and her chaotic patterning does nothing to dispel the look. What's even more off-putting on first glace are the scars along one side of her body, most prominent on her face. Despite being small, she's not to be underestimated, especially in battle. She's an excellent fighter, takes pride in her skills, and loves pushing herself to her physical limits just to test herself. Ashpaw is determinedly stubborn and refuses to back down on her arguments, especially when she knows she's right. She has a tendency to be flippant of orders or other's opinions, and pushes her advantages whenever she can, whether she's in a verbal or physical fight. Despite this, she is willing to admit when she makes mistakes, and is capable of learning from them -- once she's had a chance to cool off. She's a general pawful, and unpredictable at the best of times, but lovable all the same. She's deeply devoted to those she cares about, and in general, her Clan. She's very confident in herself and her aspirations, which mostly include trying to be the best warrior she can be.

She may be small, but she's also strong, both in physicality and personality. This leads to her dislike of admitting when she needs help, never mind accepting it. She is great at helping and working with others, though. Sky is extremely empathetic and likes to keep others happy. She's a super loyal friend, and good to have on your side. She has her own (strong) opinions on things and is good at being convincing when she needs to be. She's very good at rousing a crowd with her convictions. She's a skilled fighter and takes pride in it, but she does not have the mind for strategy. Her strong beliefs and willingness to jump into fights makes for a deadly combo that makes her a bit of a martyr.

Her parents died and she was separated from her brother when she was young, so while she's friendly, she doesn't see much of other cats. So far, she's survived okay on her own, but recent events have her kind of rattled, and she never was good at making level-headed decisions or hunting enough to keep herself well-fed. For that reason, she's just a little smaller and lankier than the average cat.

Birchpaw - Birchfoot

Appearance: Tall brown tabby tom with yellow eyes

Crush/Mate: Open

Personality: Never much for mischief, he was often found by his mother’s side or in the elder’s den listening to stories instead of playing with his siblings or exploring. Due to being with older cats for the majority of his short life, he has better manners than most his age, and is very respectful to others. However, the rockfall has left him traumatized and little remains of his cheerfully quiet demeanor, though it is slowly recovering.

History: Born in the Sageclan nursery, Birchkit had a relatively normal upbringing. His parents were loyal warriors and his siblings were rambunctious and always getting into trouble. Then the rockfall happened. His father was killed, as were his three siblings that had been investigating the rumor of hidden exit out of camp somewhere. Birchkit’s mother had been beside him in the nursery when the rumbling started and she had just enough time to shield him with her body before everything went dark. After that, Brackenfoot took him in as her own kit and helped to heal some of his wounds.

Personality: Content with being a warrior, Creekwillow was never too ambitious. If it came down to it, she wouldn’t mind being a deputy, but she is happy with hunting for and defending her clanmates as just another warrior. She becomes awkward when trying to comfort others, but her intentions are genuine. Creekwillow, being one of the oldest cats in the clan is often sought out for wisdom in many matters, though her tongue often becomes twisted the more involved she becomes.

History: Her father died a moon before she was born and her mother died soon after she gave birth, so Creekwillow never knew her parents in anything other than stories of mischievous apprentices and headstrong but good hearted warriors. Creekwillow’s brother died just before she and her sister were made warriors in a freak accident, and though their grief was strong, they both passed their assessments. She lived a relatively normal life of being a warrior, and her sister had birthed a few litters of kits while she herself had none. Tragically, Redfur perished in the rockfall while Creekwillow had been out on patrol. A few moons later, it was revealed that Creekwillow was expecting kits and now she spends her days waddling around camp.

Personality: Motherly to the max, don’t be surprised if Otterfur tries adopting cats older than her or even the same age. With her excellent bedside manner, she likely would’ve made a good medicine cat if it hadn’t been for her desire for kits.

History: Tragedy struck Otterfur’s family before she could even open her eyes. Her father was killed by dogs and her mother, heartbroken from the loss, died soon after she gave birth. Because of this, Otterfur and her siblings were raised by another queen, Willownose. Upon becoming apprentices, Jaypaw led his siblings on an adventure and in the process, was killed along with Blazepaw. Otterfur was horrified and hurt by the loss, but respected their sacrifice and carried on with the two in her heart. She grew to become a decent warrior, but a cat who preferred the motherly duties of being a queen when the chance was given. She discovered not long after the rockfall that she was expecting kits and about a moon later, gave birth.

personality. Poppymouse is a peppy molly with a mouth that goes
a mile a minute. Childish at heart, Poppymouse loves talking to others
and is definitely a social butterfly. Although she says she isn't one for
gossip she does indeed stick her nose where it doesn't belong, but she
is incredibly loyal and loves her friends and clan to bits. She is a bit
airheaded but is very kind and enjoys making others smile. She also
tends to whine about duties, but she'll always end up doing them in
the end. Poppymouse can be insecure about herself at times, usually
doubting her abilities as a warrior since she's so young; but she tries
her best to not let her fears get the best of her. She also wants to
appear as friendly as possible; she doesn't want anyone to be scared
or possibly intimidated by her towering height. She makes a good
friend to confine in, even if she's a little clueless sometimes.
