Appearance: Blaise has somewhat short, black hair, and deep, very dark brown eyes that look almost black in darker/poor lighting. He is tall, standing at 6'3", and holds a posture that sometimes makes him appear taller than he really is. He has an athletic, well-toned build, and currently does not have any noticeable scars or markings.

Personality: Quiet and fairly stoic, Blaise isn't one to really be social. He seems to have quite the aversion to talking to others, and tries not to get too involved in conversations. He tends to be on the sidelines, and therefore often overhears things that people probably don't intend to be overheard, just because people don't tend to notice him when he's so quiet. However, Blaise is also known to be friendly and polite once someone manages to actually get into a conversation with him. He's also very patient and is usually willing to help someone out if they need it.

Short Bio: Blaise was born a vampire, and compared to many, is very young. He was taught how to hide well, with the rest of his clan, and has always been told to be careful with who he was around other people. His parents are high-ranking in their clan, so Blaise really hopes that he'll have the chance to be considered to become leader one day. He doesn't like to make it known, but he's seen and heard a lot that haunts him, and strives to make things better for his clan, who have been previously quite divided from most other vampires. Blaise has taken a temporary leave from his clan in order to attend Hawthorne Academy, and he has been studying there for two years so far, in order to socialise with other species of creatures and to have a more formal experience of education. He is required to feed at least once a week, otherwise his health will deteriorate sharply. He's able to withstand sunlight for a couple of hours at a time, then he'll probably get severely burnt.

Other: Blaise's favourite colour is a deep, ultramarine blue - he thinks it's stunning.

Abilities: Amara specialises in necromancy magic, although it is only temporary, and she can only use it to reanimate skeletons of small animals, such as squirrels or rats, for example. She loves to use this to deliver notes around the school.
Appearance: Amara's hair is black, with most of it dip-dyed a lilac-purple colour. Sometimes she straightens it, like in the photo, but often she lets it remain curly. Her eyes are very dark brown in colour. She stands at 5'9", and has an athletic build with a little bit of muscle. She holds herself with a somewhat relaxed, though not slouchy, posture.

Personality: Despite her Gothic style that makes her seem a little scary, Amara is a friendly, warm person... most of the time. She is up for making conversation with those that she knows, and although she's warier and less open towards people she doesn't know or like. For her, communication is key. She can't stand people who can't be open and honest with others. Therefore, if she does or doesn't like something or someone, then she'll make it clear. This, however, does mean that she can be brutally honest, even if it hurts the other person, which can make her seem callous and heartless. She can also get rather envious of other people when they achieve or get something that she's been working towards. However, despite this, Amara is patient, and is learning to be more understanding towards other people.

Short Bio: Amara grew up, not knowing about her heritage or powers - which she inherited from both of her parents - until she was 11. When she was spoken to about it, and learnt about it, Amara knew that she was interested and open to learning more. However, not long after, she started to develop an autoimmune disease that made walking incredibly painful for her. Obviously, she wasn't going to let this get her down, or deter her from studying and honing her abilities, and has since been using a wheelchair to get around. She spent a year or two studying with her parents' coven to work on and learn her abilities, before going on to study at Hawthorne Academy, where she's been for a couple of years so far. She mostly wants to only really focus on her specialised area of magic, and learn to really grow with it. Often, if you see the animated skeleton of a small animal around, then you'll know that Amara must be nearby - or she sent it to deliver a note to it.

Other: Amara's favourite colours are mid to deep purples.

Abilities: He has enhanced strength and balance. During the night of the full moon and the new moon, he transforms into his Werecat form, which takes the appearance of a large, feral, dark brown tabby-ish cat. He can change forms at will, but tends to prefer not to.
Appearance:Rhett has mid-brown hair that is slightly longer on top, and usually swept backwards. His eyes are a foresty-green colour. He stands at 6'0'', and has a somewhat relaxed posture, along with an athletic build with a little bit of muscle. He also has two scars - one on the back of his right hand, and another on his left thigh.

Personality: Cold, sharp and unfriendly, Rhett is someone that people tend to avoid if they don't want to want to run the risk of him verbally lashing out at them, even if it's unprecedented. He's honestly unpleasant to be around most of the time, especially when it gets close to the full moon or new moon. He is fiercely loyal to those that he does get close to, and is really quite the trustworthy, reliable guy. However, in order to break through the surface, you'll need a ton of patience and understanding, because he, evidently, doesn't warm up easily at all. He does tend to make judgments from first impressions as well, and it is difficult to have him change his mind about you once he's decided whether or not he likes you.

Short Bio: Rhett grew up moving around a lot, his parents staying in the same town for barely more than a year at a time. Maybe they were on the run from something. Or maybe they were chasing after something. Or perhaps they just liked to keep things changing. Regardless, Rhett never really found the point in making any sort of meaningful connections with others, since he knew that he'd be leaving them anyway. One night, when Rhett was 14, he was out on a camping trip with his parents, and they were attacked by a pack of werecats. His parents were killed, but the werecats turned Rhett and spared him instead. It turned out his parents were prolific hunters and had intended for the camping trip to be a hunt for the werecats. A year after being turned, Rhett was enrolled into Hawthorne Academy, where he's been for three years, and is entering his fourth and final year.

Millie is curious, reasonable, and relatively quiet. She is a bold girl
who can be quite fiery at times. She has a practical way of thinking, and is
quite stern, choppy, and specific in her speech. Millie is also quite stubborn
with her ideals, and can get so focused in her projects that she becomes
completely unaware of herself and her surroundings. She heavily enjoys
photography, and spends most of her free time taking photos and scrapbooking.
She is quite the perfectionist, and is so on-point with detail that she can detect
even the tiniest of mistakes. She is not the most affectionate person, but her way
of being a friend is calling out their wrongdoings and attempting to direct them
onto the right path. She will also convince her friends to face their fears and do
things that might push them to their limit.

Millie is the only child between two prominent witches. She comes from a nearly
human-exclusive town, and therefore has never been around supernaturals her
own age. Over the years Millie has struggled to fit in with her peers, having caused
several magical accidents throughout her life, but unfortunately there were no
supernatural-oriented schools near her hometown that she could attend.
Struggling to hone her magical prowess, Millie's parents eventually made the decision
to send her to Hawthorne Academy, which is a considerable distance from her
hometown.
