The initial form = 1 original vote
Advertising = +1 vote
Three or more cats = +1 vote
Month activity = +1 vote

So say someone has three or more cats and is entering the original form, they can put two numbers.
If someone is going to advertise and has been on the thread a month, they can put three numbers.
So each completed requirement equals another number opportunity, if that makes sense.
I'd appreciate it if everyone clarified what they'd want to be recognized for (month activity, cats, etc.), and then add additional numbers to correspond with that.

And ahhh, again I'm sorry if this is a bit confusing.

Here's a preview form as an example:

Username: Lucy34
Characters in TOBP: Tempest, Shadow, Flower, Stream
Favorite plot in TOBP: Shadow v. Tempest showdown of justice
Name your favorite color: Royal purple
Pick a number between 1-100: 5, 9, 2, 89
Other: I'm eligible for month activity, have three or more cats, and I'm advertising in my signature
