in his youth, ringo was a charming male with
a brave and protective streak. he was very pass-
ionate and these traits led him to the sweet,
sahleem. the female stole his heart and they
became mates when he was four years old. they
had two litters of pups, thier first was zev, a
still born pup, thier second litter had two pups,
rexka and meila. they were growing up healthy
until he returned one day after a scouting mission
to see the pack mourning the loss of poor, sweet
meila, who had been climbing around in some
boulders and tripped over her paws. then, only
a few weeks after, ringo and sahleem took rexka
out into the long grass to play. they looked away for
one moment and he had run off. they followed
his scent and found him just in time to see a
huge hyena jump at the little pup. sahleem,
blinded with rage, jumped at the hyena and
that reckless move cost her her life. ringo lost
everything. he stayed in asya and became
bitter, cold and harsh. he built up walls to keep
everyone out. oringo is harsh, introverted and
tempermental because of his loss. he is still
grieving and wants revenge on the hyena that
took his pup and mate, making him very reckless.

Chausiku is the 7 year old adviser of the Ebele Pack. He has a sturdy frame that makes it hard to knock him down. His fur is tan and black like most AWD but his front legs and tail are the only places where mottled white is shown and his tail has a black ring around the white in the middle. Chausiku is a devoted, older dog who can be seen as very serious. While he does agree with Ekundayo's peaceful voice, he is a great fighter that would give his life for the pack. He's confident of himself and of the pack's future and a reliable dog to go to in trouble. He is also very honest and would tell the truth no matter what, even awful news to youngsters. All these traits make him well-rounded, however, not many know his true side. He really would like to take matters into his own paws and fight with other packs to let the Ebele Pack grow stronger. Chausiku means 'born at night' in Swahili.

Chausiku was born in the middle of the night to a lone ASD female. However, due to being alone, he was the only one that survived puphood. It was only after Chausiku proved he could hunt did his mother give him a name. And then she was gone. Chausiku wandered aimlessly through the savannah until coming across the packs; the Aluoch Pack had welcomed him. Soon after he joined their pack, the surprise attack happened. He didn't know what to do or where to go but he followed Ekundayo as she left.

Abeni a 2 year old member of the Asya pack. She is small, with a lean body and long legs. Her fur is more ginger than tan and has equal parts white and black patches. She has a halved tail from being attacked as a student. Abeni is a wild card with a constant changing personality. Being young and reckless is one thing but no one really knows what she's ever up to since she can be pretty mischievous and sly. Her facade of innocence and sweetness is always very misleading considering that this seems to change everyday. She's also a bit of a charmer with a silver tongue. However, she is a good hunter, fast and agile, and has a strange love for the water. Abeni means "we asked for her, and behold, we got her" in Yoruba.

Abeni's parents always wanted puppies but since everyone was fighting for land, power, and food, they couldn't have any. However, their longing for a family brought two pups anyway. Kayin and Abeni were close siblings that always got into trouble. Abeni was always sort of a bully to her sickly brother. It took it's toll on the pup, who passed before the family even knew him. Abeni didn't realize what had happened to him and honestly didn't care. Soon after, desperate to keep their remaining puppy alive, the family joined the Asya pack.

Akilah is an extremely level-headed and intelligent individual. She's quite independent, and hates having to rely on others which often makes her role as lead hunter a bit difficult. It's extremely difficult to make her angry, though on the rare occasions that she is she can be incredibly nasty. Loyalty and honesty are things she prides herself in, and has absolutely no tolerance for those who betray or lie. She's very serious most of the time and has a typical no-nonsense way of looking at things when there's work to be done, but she does loosen up on occasion and has a great sense of humor. Though she is an exceptional hunter, she's more than capable of holding her own in a fight. It may take her a while to warm up to you, because she doesn't trust many other dogs, but she's extremely protective over those she holds close. She's very compassionate, and is more than willing to help out someone if they ask, be it in a physical sense or in an advice/comfort sense. She has a soft spot for young pups, and has taken one under her wing on occasion, though she won't tolerate disrespect or laziness. She's never had pups of her own, mostly because she's been so busy with other matters. Now though, she wouldn't mind having a family of her own, but she isn't actively looking and isn't in any big hurry.

Born as Ameqran, he wasn't the strongest or largest of the litter despite being the eldest (thus his name). However, he was fast and agile. Thanks to his lithe body, he could outrun even one of the scouts if he tried at the young age of one. However, before he could even be an official member of Aluoch, the bickering began. Eventually, Zilaba and Ekundayo split. His parents and sisters decided to obey Zilaba and live under his rule, and convinced Ameqran to do the same. However, one day after the split, Ameqran and Kunto decided to make a run for it to follow Ekundayo. When Ebele was created, Ameqran renamed himself as Adebowale, in hopes that there would be peace again. He became a scout, while his sister became a healer.

Life seemed to go on as per usual until Ekundayo turned to espionage. A decision was made, and Adebowale was chosen to become a spy. It has been a month since, and he hopes for the day when he can return.

Adebowale is more reserved compared to his extroverted sister. He is rather soft-spoken, and carefully chooses his words so most things about him are hidden. He is unwilling to share things about himself, afraid that he might get picked on due to that. However, he can easily adapt and will put on various faux personalities to make him seem like a completely different AWD. To Asya, he seems like a logical yet cheerful AWD that mysteriously decided to leave Ebele to join their cause instead, claiming that he was sick of their beliefs. Sometimes, he even lets himself brag about his achievements, which has not changed before he "left" Ebele. Adebowale is rather cunning and sly, and will usually take any opportunity that presents himself to make things go in his favour. Sometimes, his real personality leaks through. He will act like that was nothing, but he will think about it for the rest of the day and regret it immensely.

Kunto was born in a litter of four as the third pup. She wasn't the runt, but she often stood on the sidelines because she didn't really care. Kunto was often in her own little world, and she didn't really care much about the outside world or what was happening. She was completely oblivious when the two designated leaders were fighting, and was a very confused AWD when Ekundayo was banished along with some others. She preferred Ekundayo's beliefs if one were to compare the two together, and was devasted. However, her family stayed in the newly formed Asya, thus she stayed as well. However, she quickly made up her mind on the day Ekundayo left. She would follow her. Confiding in her brother, the two successfully snuck out and caught up to Ekundayo, eventually joining Ebele as young AWDs.

Kunto gives out this kind of aura where most just feel a little bit happier around her. Kunto is the starry-eyed and ambitious healer of Ebele out of two (or three, if one counted the shaman). Kunto takes her job very seriously, and is well-versed in both herbal and non-herbal remedies. Outside of her job, she is an optimistic AWD. Kunto usually holds unrealistic expectations for the future, and hopes for the best for most situations. Even if things do not turn out her way, she is quick to bounce back and chases after a better future. She is often chided about it by those who do not believe in a completely pacifist route, but Kunto does not let that pull her down. Kunto is uninhibited and extraverted, being able to express her emotions freely without restraint. She pays no heed to the comments of others, dismissing them in favour of being the overgrown, cheerful pup she is.

Nowadays, she has toned down on her optimism, instead adopting a mellower personality. She believes that it is because of the absence of her brother, and she waits for the day when she can see him again.

Izinkanyezi, or Izi, is a newborn pup of the Asya Pack, born to Asya member Kubuhlungu and Ebele member Oseye. Like her mother, she will grow into a slim frame that lets her be agile. She also has the same burnt tan color of her mother's fur but with more white markings. Izi will become a fearless, hyperactive puppy with a skip in her step and known to ask many questions right from the start. She's good-natured and will have a knack at making friends. Going so far as trying to make friends with animals other than AWDs and sometimes even prey creatures that she's supposed to be hunting. She's very dedicated as well and will follow her ideas whether told to or not. Which she usually pulls those close to her to do whatever it is with her. Izinkanyezi means 'stars'.

Mthunzi has had a rough past. After going through puni
shments in his old pack, he had to have an escape. And
that one escape, he knew- was to leave his pack. But
he wouldn't do it and cause issues between the packs.
Instead, he suggested that he become a corrupter and
spy on the other pack. The leader gladly agreed, seei
ng as his personality was suited for the rank of spying
on the Ebele pack. Deep inside, he knew he should've
just left to spare him the trouble: but he had to do it.
It is not known why he was punished in the other pack.

Mthunzi, also commonly known as Shade or Shadow, is an unusu
ally large, yet lanky-limbed and swift African Wild Dog. He is ab
out two years old, and he is extremely calm and collective, suit
for his rank as a corrupter. He is quick to get out of sticky situat
ions, and for that reason he fits his rank, too. He is also extremely
sarcastic, making it hard for you to get to know him; but he is ve
ry loyal and courageous. Mthunzi finds it hard for him to spy on the
ebele pack, especially when he's grown so close with the ebele pack.
But he knows he has to do what he has to do in order to corrupt an
other pack. He knows his duty, and he does it well; even though it
finds a part of him and stabs him, making him feel guilty for it.
