i feel like the two could get on well enough. bethany kind of doesn't get that he doesn't like loud things and, being a loud person, she could probably get on his nerves a bit. she likes his nerdiness, though, since she had never been much of a bookworm.

bethany doesn't like to surround herself with cynical, pessimistic people but she isn't going to hate ana for it (it's just not in her nature to hate people). bethany would probably try and change any downer conversation to explosives since she thinks bombs are super cool. idk maybe they could be workout buddies since they both aren't the strongest.

just because bethany is loud and can run really far doesn't mean she's hyperactive so i wouldn't be surprised if these two just lazed around together. she admires his sniper skills since she's not the best with her handgun. overall i feel like these two could get along.

i think these two will get along just fine considering how alike they are. they're both upbeat and friendly. however since they're both reckless there may be some mutual destruction between them.

■ rikimaru renegade / neu

bethany is a bit thrown off by riki's cold demeanor, since they're basically the opposite of bethany. however she tries her best to chat with riki but will eventually cut off the conversation when she gets no where. i feel like they can get along but may or may not be close friends.

While they don't see the value of emotion quite like he does, Rikimaru picks up on Elliot's anxiety and makes a habit of being the one to calm him down. Their doctorate in psychology allows them to understand his paranoia and fear fairly well and they want to help him with those.

. Anastas: Neutral until further notice
Rikimaru doesn't have much of an opinion on the demolitionist just yet. Both are very quiet and guarded people so conversation may be tough to come by unless it is work related.

. Theodore: Neutral Positive until further notice
Admires his clearly functioning and effective mind, but wishes he would apply it better. Regardless, anyone who can plan ahead is someone worth listening to, especially when that someone has a fairly good idea of the area when you don't.

. Liam: Neutral Positive until further notice
They can respect the effort Liam clearly puts into everything and admires his swordsman skills, and his cheeriness is not so overly done that it is annoying.

. Bethany: Neutral until further notice
Bethany often tries to bridge the social gap and Riki can respect that. However sometimes when they just want peace and quiet the girl's antics can get under their skin and really annoy them.

But how can we do relations if they haven't interacted yet? Are we just supposed to guess how they would get along?

Relations are what your character would think about the others based on their personality. It can change throughout the roleplay though.
