Glacev is rather short in comparison to most other males at 5'7'' (170.2 cm) and is mostly Irish. He weighs 128 lbs (58.1 kg). He has short, curly brown hair and blue eyes with a hint of green around the pupil. He doesn't have a whole lot a muscle, but what he does have is primarily focused on his abdomen. The bottom of his feet are rough from walking around barefoot. His fingernails are short, very close to the nail plates, and thoroughly chewed. His skin is a dark tan, though the underside of his arms are paler, and he has a thick, pink-colored scar going up his forearm from an accident a few years ago. His arms and chest have a small amount of hair, but his legs and armpits are covered. He has a 5 o’clock shadow, which is as close as he can get to a clean shave without having the proper tools at hand. He often uses a blade and occasionally nicks his chin area with it. He always wears black pants and a plain white shirt, paired with a thin black jacket which he doesn't button up, which has thoroughly gotten dirty and there are some small tears in parts of his clothing. His shoes, though he tries to avoid wearing them (which is hard now that there’s debris everywhere), are black and white converses, badly beaten up and not at all waterproof. He wears a dog tag engraved with only his grandfather's (on his dad's side) name on it, who died in battle many years before he was born, but his dad said Glacev looks just like him. He often reeks of body odor because of his lack of available hygiene products, but prefers to use a deodorant that smells like a mixture of mint and petrichor if he has an option, which creating a sharp scent, but it's difficult to smell unless you're close to him (which is to say, unless he raises his arms). His hair smells like something reminiscent of pumpkin pie if you can smell past the filth it’s usually obscured by. His voice is a tad high-pitched for a male. He speaks pretty clear, strong, and loudly when he’s not being shy. He has a mostly American accent, with a slight Irish accent, though it's hard to tell. He has about average body temperature.

Nɪᴄᴋɴᴀᴍᴇ(s):
Some refer to him as "Glace." He was also been given the nicknames "Temp" and "Tempe" (pronounced Temp-E) by his old online friends because he often uses the username "TemporalEquivocate." Other people, mostly his family, liked to call him "Cat-boy," and other names including felines.
Aɢᴇ:

Wᴇᴀᴘᴏɴs:
Glacev carries around a golf club and a machete that he found during his travels. He has a crudely made sling that he carved out of wood and used a rubber band for and keeps extras in his pockets. He practiced with rocks until he was a pretty decent shot, but does not have any ammo for it that is able to kill a zombie at the moment.

Iᴅᴇᴀʟ Gɪʀʟғʀɪᴇɴᴅ:
Glacev is heterosexual and very committed & loyal to the relationship and his partner when he is in one. He’s not a big of a flirt; he's pretty awkward when it comes to it and instead chooses to express his love bluntly. He'll probably want children when he's older, though he believes that right now there is absolutely no time for them. He like the mysterious type in a girl, who he would have to get to know really well. Someone who is a little cold to strangers at first, but is much warmer after you get her to open up. Who is usually pretty positive, even if they don’t show it all the time. He likes someone who isn't afraid to break rules, but also isn’t focused on disrespecting them all the time (although there are exceptions, such as the rule is unfair). He also wouldn’t mind if they were a bit shy or socially awkward like himself--it would actually probably make him feel a bit better. He likes a girl who can take charge of a situation, but isn't overly bossy. His perfect date would be playing video games together, but that’s obviously a little hard nowadays.

Behind the Scenes
Lɪᴋᴇs:
Glacev enjoys Halloween and really the whole month of October due to the mysterious and gloomy atmosphere, but had found a recent disdain for it due to the apocalypse. Along with it being a dark color, he has a fondness of purple, due to his Irish last name being derived from the word purple. It's a little uncharacteristic of him to love a color for a reason as that, which is why he does not openly share why he likes it. He used to love to play video games (along with some card games) and prefers animals much more than humans. His favorite are cats. His favorite game is Pokemon, due to his affinity for creatures, and his favorite Pokemon are Luxray and Meowstic. He prefers walking around barefoot because he feels like shoes restrict him, though he can rarely do that anymore. He does like to sing (he can carry a tune very nicely and has a good voice, though he can't be bothered to actually learn pitches or read notes), but he's far too shy to be able to do it in front of most people. He loves to climb trees and be outdoors (despite this, he still used to spend most of his time indoors due to gaming), though he's not really a nature buff. Tuna is one of his favorite foods, which he usually doesn't mention considering he's already heavily associated with cats--at least he was by his family.
Dɪsʟɪᴋᴇs:
While Glacev doesn't hate interacting with others, he does dislike it most of the time and tries to avoid it. He hates shoes because he doesn't feel he can run as fast or quietly with them, which decreases his stealthy abilities. Since he loves being sneaky so much, this is not a good thing for him. He's not much of a dog person, but he'll love them anyways if he's near one. Water isn't the most pleasant environment for him to be in, though he wouldn't argue if someone wanted to go swimming with him. He is a little more hesitant now, though, because he always feels like the water is a bad place to be if a zombie shows up.
Pᴇʀsᴏɴᴀʟɪᴛʏ:
Glacev is pretty calm most of the time when he’s alone, but very anxious around strangers. He has about average intelligence, though he pretends to act kind of dumb sometimes. He likes to ask a lot of questions when he’s not 100% sure about something, which happens a lot. Despite this, most of the time, he’s too scared to ask questions unless he’s asking a friend or someone else close to him. He’s quick to blame himself if something goes wrong and usually apologizes far more than he needs to. He’s neutral and indecisive for basically everything. This indecisiveness also gives him neither an optimistic nor pessimistic view. He tries to be honest as much as possible. He’s also pretty lazy, which keeps from putting much effort into things, though he does try to be reliable and get things done if they’re important--especially for other people. Part of his laziness makes him pretty impulsive and do things without thinking them through fully, which he usually regrets afterwards. He also tends to give up on things after little energy has been put into it, such as homework. He’s pretty nonchalant in arguments, but when presented with a very serious situation, he deals with it rationally. He’s very patient, compassionate, and tries to encourage anyone. Around people he’s known for a while, he’s pretty comfortable and tries to crack as many jokes as possible. He’s not as self-conscious and doesn’t worry so much about his actions. He’s pretty warm and talkative with them. As for strangers, he can be pretty anxious, shy, and scared to do something wrong. He is most insecure about his height and lack of muscle. He’d rather spend time with animals than meet someone new. He’s more of a listener with new people, though he finds silence awkward and will try to fill it with something, but is not a conversationalist and finds it difficult. Animals & video games are always a topics he likes to switch to. With strangers, he can be kind of unresponsive and sometimes not have very much emotion, as well as occasionally talking really quite so people might not hear him. He isn’t trying to be rude, and wishes he could do better at talking with strangers than he does. For strangers, he also tends to try to be very courteous, though with his friends he isn’t so much--he’ll do things for them, but he’ll also joke around and call them negative things without meaning them. He also is a lot more courageous and daring when his friends are around, and also open trying a large variety of new things when they’re with him, though he will be bold when they aren’t around if the situation is urgent. His sense of humor tends to switch a lot, especially depending on who he’s with, but most of them are pretty dumb jokes. He does smile and sometimes laughs at his own jokes. He’s almost never angry or irritated at someone--unless they’ve done something horrible. If he is, then he most likely rants to someone other than the culprit until he’s calmed down (unless it’s an organization, which he would still continue being mad at for eternity). He’s easily intimidated, and usually tries to get away from whatever is causing it, or act submissive. When he’s content, he is pretty calm and less talkative. When he’s lazy he usually just lays on his bed or something like it and doesn’t do much--maybe play video games. When he’s bored, he usually tries to drop hints and get his friends to do something with him. When he’s in pain or sick, if it’s barely bothering him, he usually complains about it. If it’s anywhere from somewhat painful to pretty intense, he tries to keep it to himself. When he’s scared, he doesn’t usually try to show it, but may also become more submissive. He also tries not to show when he’s embarrassed, though he gets more fidgety when he is. He doesn’t really have any life goals, at least as of yet as for short-term goals, he tries to have as much fun as possible with basically anything.
Hɪsᴛᴏʀʏ:
Glacev’s family was in the middle class, a tad on the richer side and he lives in a pretty nice house in Nebraska, U.S. He grew up in that home, though he was born near Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, while he parents were on vacation there. His parents moved shortly after he turned 9 to New York City. His parents were Jewish, though never really imposed it on him and his sister so he honestly doesn’t know what much about it. His mother was vegan, but none of the food traditions of either lifestyle was forced onto their children. He has never had many friends because of the fact that he doesn't really enjoy social interaction a whole lot and has always been more interested in video games, computer, and animals more than making new friends. He’s played video games for as long as he could remember, and took an interest in the computer at around 8 years old. Because of that, he can slightly code and knows his way around a computer fairly well. As for his parents, he was never very close to them. He rarely talked to them since he was mostly in his room all day. They used to irritate him pretty easily due to the fact that they blamed him for a lot of things, especially before he turned 14--even things that his sister was at fault for, though she was 2 years older than him; she had always been the favored child. Despite this, he didn’t resent his sister all that much. He always figured it was because she was born deaf, that they put less blame on her and pampered her far more, even though she always fought with them to stop cushioning her life. He’s slightly jealous that their parents never cared for him as much, and it was always obvious he was the second place child. Or technically last place, since there were only two children. But he’s mostly forgotten about those petty things now, and just misses his family. He slightly figures that his anxiety stems his 2nd-place-treatment though--the fact that he was never good enough for them. He used to try and follow his family’s faith (though he wasn’t forced to, he was raised in the traditional ways of Judaism), he decided he didn’t really believe in it. He did not like his parents a whole lot. He remembers one time his sister had borrowed one of his video games and broke the cartridge when he was 6, he was crying and saying something along the lines of “how could you,” and some other insults that were pretty tame, but his parents had told him to stop yelling at her, even though she hadn’t been able to read lips yet. This wouldn’t have bothered him so much, but they had assumed that he had broken his own game and blamed it on his sister--but she had done nothing to even insinuate this. She didn’t argue with their later (after she learned to read lips) and frequent assumptions, either, although she learned that she had to later when she was older. His sister is a tad bit closer to him than his parents. She spent far more time with him, and though they used to frequently get into sibling quarrels, he was very fond of her. They communicated far less when he was around 14 and they slowly grew distant, although they weren’t intensely social with each other before that, anyways. As they were growing up together, their parents had him learn sign language when he was young so he could communicate with her, though she mastered reading lips a few years later and so he rarely uses it anymore. He’s also had three best friends whom he met online at a few kid-oriented sites when he was about 9. He continued a very close friendship with them up until the end of the world, though they didn’t really have the time to chat like they used to in the last couple years before the outbreak--they used to talk nearly everyday, all day. He might contact them once a week or so, which is still pretty frequent compared to how he is with other people, before he lost contact when the world got messed up. He hopes that his friends are okay, but knows that they’re probably dead, or worse, a zombie. One family member he was pretty close to, though, was his grandfather on his mother’s side. His mom’s side is where he got most of his Irish heritage from, and he enjoyed hearing Irish tales and culture from his grandfather. He didn’t visit very often, but Glacev was very excited when he did--he was always looking forward to hearing his grandfather's tales, even as Glacev grew older. As his closest family member, he was very sad when he heard that his grandpa died. Glacev was 14 at the time, and his grandfather had died at age 72. The cause was liver failure, as he had been a heavy alcohol user throughout his life. Glacev was very sad for the few following weeks and seldom played his games, instead mostly laying on his bed--occasionally crying. Eventually, he was able to cheer up again. He doesn’t believe his grandfather would’ve wanted him to be mourning, though he honestly couldn’t help it. It took him a while to train himself to feel proud of his grandfather’s life rather than sad about his death when he thinks about him. When he was 13, he was almost attacked. He and his mother had gone grocery shopping at a store not too far from their house, so they had walked. On the way back, they were attacked by a robber. He had a knife, though Glacev doubted he would’ve used it, since he was easily scared off by a large, heavily muscled dark-skinned man that had seen what was going on and shouted at the robber. They had thanked him many times over and he refused to accepted money for his deed. Even though they were saved, they never walked to that grocery store again. As for making his own living, he never really thought about what job he would want, though he might’ve wanted something to do that would connect him with his Irish heritage in some way, though he was also not opposed to working with animals or professionally playing video games somehow. He was never able to get a job before this all started. He has owned a number of cats growing up, though his last cat passed away a few months before the outbreak and they hadn’t gotten a new one yet. He was sort of grateful that he didn’t have to lug a cat around, or have to grieve for his furry friend being eaten or killed when he had more major things to worry about. The start of the apocalypse happened when his family was asleep; his mom had been the only one awake. Two zombies broke in, causing his mother the bolt upstairs and wake everybody up to the danger. She thought it was just a pair of robbers, but as they got a closer look they couldn’t believe what they were seeing: undead, walking. They locked themselves in the master bedroom for two days, but his father went out to the kitchen as they of course didn’t have any supplies in the bedroom and were desperately in need of food and water. The rest of the family stayed upstairs and all seemed to be going peaceful until there was a loud clang from the kitchen and then he heard his father shriek, then abruptly cut off. Glacev knew that he had been killed, and so did his mother, and from the look on their faces his sister must’ve been able to tell what they had heard. She began to tear up, but only about a minute later, when they were still trying to process what had happened, an even more terrifying sound rose up: a large number of groaning noises and the dragging of feet. His father’s loud death had attracted a horde. His mother and him jumped to their feet and he grabbed for his sister’s hand, making sure her eyes were on his lips before saying, “We have to go. Now!” The door burst open as he said that and 4 zombies came pouring in, with more behind them. They grabbed his mother before she could get away, and he took off running, still holding his sister’s hand. He smashed the window open quickly with the first thing he grabbed, which happened to be a lamp, and jumped out the second floor window with her. He managed to land well enough off that he had an intense pain in his ankles, and possibly a sprain, but his adrenaline was pumping so hard he couldn’t feel it. His sister, however, totally broke her ankle, luckily not passing out (he was amazed), and keeping a shriek of pain in. He of course couldn’t carry her, but tried his best to support her as they hobbled as fast as they could away from the house. By now, some of the zombies outside had caught on to them and started lumbering after. Of course, his sister did the only thing she thought would help. “Stop,” she said, in her strange tone of voice that came from not being able to hear yourself speak. “Let me go. I’ll only hold you back.” Needless to say, it was a very tough act to let her go. They fought for what seemed like forever, even though in reality is was only about a minute before the zombies were very close and Glacev had to take off. He didn’t look behind him to see how they killed his sister, and he plugged his ears as he ran to try to block out her screams. He kept running until he lost the zombies, which wasn’t much longer as they were preoccupied with chowing down on the rest of his family, he assumed. He silently cried the entire night, which he spent in a building that was luckily zombie-less. He didn’t mourn as long as he would’ve liked to, because he still loved his family even though they didn’t have a very good relationship, and hasn’t fully gotten over their deaths yet. He hasn’t had time to, being on the run and all.
Oᴛʜᴇʀ:
Glacev is atheist and prefers not to talk about religion, including speaking against it. He is able to use sign language and his writing hand is his right one. His blood type is A-. His reflexes are fairly quick and it was often joked about that he has “cat-like reflexes.” He has social anxiety and, somewhat, a dependent personality disorder. He often bites his nails and inner cheek and lip area. He mumbles in his sleep fairly often, though it’s not anything coherent enough to understand. He usually sleeps on his back with his left arm covering his eyes.
