Phoebe is all the tough in all the little stature. Her form is small and skinny, almost as if she never eats, and the only thing that makes her menacing are her guns. She's quite pretty in the face, though her eyes are always hidden behind dark sunglasses that look to big for her head. Her features are sharp, and her hair is cut short and spiked up. She isn't that much of a speaker, choosing to dwell behind the others. When she does speak, her low and husky voice is only biting with dry humor and sarcasm. Her curves are a bit more accented due to her skinniness as well, adding to her inevitable beauty. Her whole demeanor screams vile as cold, and maybe she is. All her life she's done nothing but blow the heads off of unsuspecting targets with a trained eye. Some might say she's gone numb to everything, and who's to say they're wrong?

I'm going to go ahead and kick this off ;v; relations I put below are just some I've been considering about ~

few extra details about nero that didn't get covered because of form size:

- she's very stoic and her anarchist ways usually make people automatically scared of her. however, since everybody in this group at least knows her somewhat — it's quick to realize that it's more of a childish mentality that she has. she doesn't whine or things like that, but being stubborn, eating candy, and rebelling is pretty much her not getting over being a kid.
- she's short. very short. like miranda would have no probs carrying her.
- she listens to music on the battle field and a genre you would absolutely never expect — reggae. her headphones are actually real headphones yuumei is my bae so the ears can turn to speakers when wanted

akiko ??? — partners in crime. these two would totally hit it off and I can see the both of them shooting and blowing things up together and just being generally insane. Especially with her being bubbly and chatty while Nero is just basically stoic and adds sarcastic comments here and there. it'd be awesome-balls ;v; maybe she'd even climb onto her back//

waylon ??? — love/hate thing going on for nero. she probably would like him a lot as a person and their love for sweets could probably make for some really funny scenarios, like raiding the kitchen. however, she'd of course disobey him because he signifies authority. so although she'd genuinely like him, she has to defy him because she's got to be a thug

arata ??? — ARAAATTAAA SENSEIIII she'd probably really like him and hang on to him a lot, because he's got an easy going personality and doesn't ask a lot of questions. anything with modern electronics astounds her because she's always wanted to get into it (hence the earphones), so she'd most likely watch him work when she isn't busy.

neutral:
roman ??? — considering they work closely together since they both need to tinker to create things, i think nero would probably just have a neutral view on him. his temper and itchiness might get to her, especially since she tends to annoy people without really meaning to, or sometimes meaning to. and since he doesn't like children and she's somewhat childish, that might reflect in their relationship. shed probs respect him though, because he's so intelligent

enemies:
leader ??? — i know your form isn't even up audacity, I'm sorry xD but this is sort of an automatic thing for nero, she is just going to despise authority and he is main authority. they'll probably have a lot of kinks because of her rebelliousness.

❛ nero -- look at this qtpie omg. they would totally get along v well, and he would take all of her odd quirks and psychotic tendencies in stride and would see her as a sort of tiny cute bizarre younger sister (he's only a year older but sshshshhhhhh). he doesn't go outside a lot if he doesn't have to, but when he does he'd probs pick up some of [NERO'S FAVORITE CANDY] on the way back and drop it off along with some other snacks.

❛ roman -- eyy i think roman and arata could be close friends?? i know roman's not really good with ~~friends~~ but they're similar in personalities and dispositions and wouldn't get on each others nerves at all. lmao sorry i'm just such a sucker for boys being bros and bro-ing around and having dumb banters and helping each other out and having being smart together and just BROS

❛ babe with the power -- WHAT A NERD more bro potential here. arata wouldn't allow waylon to come into his room tho because his room would have a lot of expensive technology and wires running around the room and waylon + technology and wires = bad. but besides that yeah these two could really get along well and be the type to see each other and be like "yoOOOo"

@shiki ahhh yes i meant to get to that ;v; alright here's the layout:

okay, so they are all staying at this hotel called cap estel hotel, which used to be a luxury hotel until the war — meaning it is in great, great disrepair. it's been bombed a few times so half of the building is shattered, but the other is pretty much standing well. there are bullet holes on the outside, but inside the group has made it look fairly nice. it's fairly large, though not as large as you would expect, and houses around twelve rooms/suites. so everyone gets their own little space. you can decide how this will be decorated.

the garage/clinic — where arata, roman, akiko, natsu, and nero work on their things. it's the garage below the hotel, a storage of sorts, that's been cleared out and made into three spaces:


the clinic — obviously for natsu the most, it has all of their medicines in cabinets, a bed to lay down on, stitches, bandages, anything you would need. it comes with a handy dandy light so you can examine people like a dentist
the automobiles — it's where the garage opens and is conveniently placed for roman and occasionally nero when she requires specific things. here is where he holds all of his own specific needed things and it holds currently around four broken down cars, two working ones, and one protective custom-made van from roman.
multi area, fix up — there is a specific small area here for arata, though not possibly as large as the others since it would be more expectant for him to work in his room. for nero and akiko, however, they hang out here to create, modify, or take apart guns/bombs. wires are pretty much all over the place and there are burn marks and a few shot gun bullets from past mistakes


canteen — simply put, it's where everybody eats. it's a large area with a view outside to the ocean + a bunker right underneath the kitchen shelving, hidden. currently, they are getting low on food supplies so they will need to send out a few to go buy some more at the grocery store, though this tends to be hard to do since most have shut down and now only around twenty in main France is there.

"meeting room"/balcony — where they come together, it's on the top floor (obviously) and is open except for a long table that has a canopy over head. they go up here to discuss things + to romantically watch the sunset.

other areas —
pool — small, in disrepair. it's extremely deep (olympic sized too) and has a ladder going down, so it's a great place for training. obviously no water.
abandoned shack — it's been locked up for a while and no one really cares to go in. they often hear animals like rats inside. ideal place to hide things.
destroyed half — good for training out on the field, but nothing much else.
bunker — below the kitchen, holds some supplies and a whole lot of guns.

and roman is a nice friend but sometimes he can be a little teasing/annoying, but when it comes to instructing people who have no clue, he gets fired up a bit.

also- if anyone is interested, just because he can love people with all of his heart, someone can suggest someone for him to crush on/possible partners? i like the thought of him being a little softie and stuff.
