You mean one of the boys? As long as the player agrees, you guys can do whatever to the other characters as long as it's not too ridiculous. I think it'd make an interesting plot point— like, one of the boys masquerades as a normal person and Persephone kills them to get to whatever they want to steal/break/otherwise vandalize so when they suddenly come back to hunt her down she's all shocked like "omg who are these people"
In fact, that could be how they discover that the boys are after them in the first place *though I also have a scene between Ash and Aiden that I want to play out, like he melts what she's frozen right in front of her and she realizes for the first time that there's someone out there who can undo everything she does*

Can Audrey and Ashlyn be friends? I feel like Ash would at least respect anybody intelligent even if they weren't friends. As for Julian and Ryan, I think Julian would be secretly annoyed by Ryan's mildness/indecisiveness, but he wouldn't show it, so... one-sided enemies?

i feel like audrey would get a bit annoyed with ash, but overall, sure. i don't see why not.
and i'm good with the one sided enemy business.

Why do you say that? If you think Audrey would find Ash annoying, enemies would work just as well as friends.

i skimmed through the posts, so correct me if i'm wrong. but we're discussing friends and enemies in the same gender group, right?

And that is exactly right! We'll talk about cross-gender relationships once the girls and guys have a chance to talk. Before that, however, I plan to have a few heart-pounding cat-and-mouse scenes as the ladies realize that there are others like them who have actually been trained in their powers.

In the meantime, I have a few questions that I'd like for you guys to answer:
Do you want each pair of opposite/complementary powers to be a couple or would you rather have it be more complicated than that? Because in my other RP we came up with some very interesting relationships by talking it through. :U
Where would you like to start? At the beginning, when the girls first begin to discover their powers, or in the middle of one of their criminal escapades? [personally I'm in favor of the latter, I feel like the former would drag on and become dull very quickly unless we did a time skip before people begin to lose interest]
Where do you want this roleplay to head? I have a few plot points in mind [one of the main ones being that the boys manage to capture a couple of the girls and bring them back to their headquarters, forcing the others to stage a daring rescue— only, plot twist, it's all a trap! and yeah, stuff happens from there] and I can come up with more unless you guys would rather wing it.

i wouldn't mind either way. i think them being paired with their
complementary powers would be pretty cool even though it's kind of
a cliche idea, but i think letting everyone choose their significant
other would be great too. but there is the possibility that some
people might be unsatisfied with the result.

definitely during one of their crime sprees. c: the boys
can also show up at the place (got a tip or something)
only to find the destruction the girls left? c;

for now, i think winging it is fine, although i like the "trap"
idea. but i think the idea can always be evolved later on.
