Education is what paves the way for the future. Many ages ago, different supernatural or otherworldly creatures appeared in this world. Some were deadly and chaotic, yet there are many who have their humanity. All beings of the supernatural were put into one group and rejected from society. However, Roreth Academy welcomed their doors to any student willing to learn. The school teaches middle school to college level subjects, in a variety of lessons. Not only does the school focus on the basic subjects, but also classes like Alchemy, Elemental Magic, Supernatural History, and many others.

She still loves him, but now she keeps her distance from him. She is completely uninterested in attending most of her classes, besides Alchemy.

Background: Since Raiden was born, he was pushed with lots of expectations. His town was mainly weaker species and humans, his family being the strongest in the area. Against the dangerous monsters that lurked in the surrounding forests, Raiden and his family are always there to protect the people of his town. His father was especially expecting of him. He's the oldest, with only two much younger sisters Levina and Lyn. He works his hardest at school, using all the information on bettering himself so he can protect his town.

Background: Ruby was raised by two very distant parents out on the country side. Her father was strict and didn't talk much, her mother too timid for Ruby to get close to. She worked hard on her family's sheep farm, not really allowed to make the long walk into town that often. She had befriended many stray dogs, not having really anyone to talk to about her problems. Her parents kept her out of school, mainly to have her home working. However, her father had found some of her strays and threatened to throw them in the river. Ruby had attacked him, and that was when her mother put her in school.
Extra: Has a male chocolate lab mutt puppy named "Bumble" as a familiar. Wields a small dagger.

cold flame is an elemental spell which
lets him create blue, icy cold flames
from his hands. much like normal flames,
cold flame gives off a smoky substance,
however it is actually dry ice. can use to
put out regular fires & deal phys damage
contact with cold flame can leave you
with serious ice burns. strengths are
close range combat, as it can freeze
people to a stop & freeze wet ground.

the spell doesn't work well in long ranged attck
nor will it have any impact on people with ice
based abilities/resistances. despite having a
having a natural resistance, overusing cold flame
puts yukiharu at risk of hypothermia and frostbite.
over the years since his powers developed,
yukiharu has accumulated a number of serious
ice burns on his hands and arms and these are
still obviously visible. he is known to push his
limits too far and end up unwell after rigorous
training days in class.

Chlorokinesis - the ability to manipulate vegetation. (i.e. grow plants to enormous proportions in nearly any environment.
Weaknesses:
Deathly allergic to lemons and limes. Exposure to the juices in the air alone can cause her throat to swell closed.
Contact to or any metal alloy containing iron burns her flesh.
Personality/Background: She's helpful, faithful, sincere and perhaps a little too nervous. But what'd you expect from somebody with her position.
She was born in a large family in a wealthy merchant village. There were her parents, one older biological brother, six “adopted” (cough, probably stolen, cough) human siblings, then Elsie was the youngest. She lived happily at home until she was about 18 years old, but at that point things changed.
Her human siblings were well past their “cute” years and unfortunately for them Fae were much less kind to adult humans. Even though Elsie had grown up with these human siblings, she knew they were different. When she turned 18 and was more or less considered an adult herself, she was expected to treat her human family as if they were no longer family. It tore her apart inside and she couldn’t handle the pressure. Her instinct to be loyal to family was stronger than her inherent urge to treat humans as such. Therefore she left.
She improved upon existing powers and was making many new friends in the human realm when she was informed of Roreth Academy’s existence. Having overcome plenty of obstacles, she is discovering hidden treasures in a crazy world. But with her intrepidness and eagerness, there's nothing to stop her from going beyond expectations. She could quickly become a person of (great) importance.
But for now that's speculation; she is currently enjoying the simpler life. She feels like there's more to enjoy in this world. Luckily she has plenty of resources to support her.

Physical Description:
Pretty and cute but a bit handsome, with golden-tan skin. Has brown and darker ambery eyes and wears glasses, which may or may not even be needed. Their hair is straight and white with black on the bottom part, going to just brush the shoulders. They have fox ears and a tail. The ears are dark as the night. The tail is black at the base and white for the other three quarters. They're a bit shorter, and slender. They have a number of clothes, seeming to favor purples and blues as well as fingerless gloves and stockings.

The fox form is white as the snow, with dark markings. That would be dark ears, the tail having a dark base, a dark patch on one side and dark patch across the back. The pads and nose are pink. The nails are clear colored, and eyes are brown and darker ambery.

Background:
Erold was born into a family of one tailed foxes, and this was just normal. They have one great great great grandmother that's human (dads side) and one great great grandfather is (moms side). All the rest of the ancestors are foxes. Erold was born a boy, but at ten decided they were female too. Their parents weren't upset or opposed to it. They took their child's coming out a lot easier than many humans. Erold was raised and educated with love, then sent here.

Stubborn, hard headed, withdrawn if upset, seems cold if angered, scared of fire...scared of the dark, shy at times, nervous at times, has some anxiety, seems jumpy when there's thunder or any other really loud sounds.
Background:
Born sixteen years ago to a witch mother and wizard/warlock father. She was raised with love and home schooled by them for awhile. She was always happy, except for one time...There was fire, and she doesn't like to talk about it. She was sent to this school to learn. That's about all there is to her history, aside from having a younger brother. She and her brother are the only two kids that were born to the household. He's ten this year, and she adores Benjamin.
