However, recently there seems to be a weird air about the town. Stories of Nymphs and Elves, whispers of the King's witch working behind his back. What awaits for you in the town?

Personality/History | Anastasia is the oldest daughter to the King and Queen. When she was younger she'd get in all types of trouble with her brother, now that she's gotten older and the Queen is onto her about how she presents herself she's been more reserved. She was already quiet and tended to keep to herself. She spends most of her free time either in the garden or on the outskirts of town, walking along the woods. Recently she's become a lot more reserved and tends to stick to herself or her books.

Being born as a curse giving witch is ironically a curse in its own right; especially for those generic marvels who were born to completely and utterly mundane humans. Such was the plight of a young baby with purple eyes born to... Well, someone she supposes. She doesn't quite know, nor does she care to find out. Life for her began under an ash tree where a cloaked figure found her wrapped in nothing but a peasant's blouse and crying her heart out for a mother that would never come.

The cloaked figure was known as Laszlo, the royal wizard who had sworn his life to the king. While in essence it is a very selfless task-- to serve and protect the royals-- he had carefully weaseled his way into the position in order to escape a life of secrecy and practice his skills freely. Laszlo raised the child who he would name Sybil Ashdown. An oracle from under the ash tree.

Sybil's powers had always been strong and honestly quite volatile. Destruction magics came easy to her whereas her valuable restoration spells the kingdom valued so highly were a bit... Lacking. No matter, she was a master of deception and would play it off like the best. That was a trick from good ol' Laszlo. The wizard did his best to train Sybil to be his equal, but she was just as rambunctious as him without the restraint of age. Trouble seemed to draw the girl in and still does to this day. Her emotions are a bit unpredictable and some whisper that she could be a bit mad. Though her outgoing personality and outward friendliness make her easy to get along with, her behaviors were molded by a cunning wizard that left her mischievous beyond belief.

Her mischief is only fueled by her distrust of the crown. Sybil knows that people speak of her mind n hushed voiced-- she is a known witch after all. Her belief is that she is their pawn and valued solely for her abilities. This seed of apprehension is rapidly growing as more rumors follow her.

The young girl was appointed as the Court Witch in a sudden tragedy. Laszlo disappeared seemingly without a trace. To add to the whispers of madness, Sybil seemed unbothered by the vanishing of who was basically her father. Perhaps she murdered him to attain more power? Moreover, she would be seen quite often in the company of the ever cursed Carrion Crow. The crow-- a sign of death! Surely this was no coincidence.

It really is an unfortunate hilarity that magic is so unpredictable. One misspoken word and suddenly your mentor is trapped in the body of a crow.

Even when in a good mood, Arth
ur always portrays himself as no-

is a careful player in his father's

hat he lacks is any passion at all.
