Powers:Arthur was giving the power of invisibility by the magpie since he spent most of his life hiding part of himself, he can now hide all of himself. He can turn himself completely invisible along with his clothes as well as whatever he is holding. He can only keep invisible for about 10-15 minutes otherwise the invisibility will start to fade and it can be pretty exhausting for him to continue doing after a while.

Appearance:Arthur has a tall lean build and stands at around 5'11. Don't let that fool you though he's stronger than he looks and knows how to fight. he has short straight black hair that he keeps slicked and grey eyes. he typically dresses in suits but does have more casual clothes that he'll wear from time to time. Still dresses rather formally keeping to the style of the 1920s

Personality:Arthur appears to be a very serious no-nonsense individual. He works hard and does what is asked of him to the very best of his ability. he always tries his best in whatever he is doing and expects others to do the same. He is rather curt and tends to keep his emotions locked away which can make him appear to be rather cold. He is rather hard to get to know because of this and can be rather distrustful of other people. Arthur has a deep fear of being vulnerable and has a really hard time opening up to people. Although he may appear to be rather cold and uncaring this couldn't be further from the truth. Although it does take a while for him to show his affectionate side he is really a very sweet and caring man. Arthur is very willing to help others and will often do so unprompted. Arthur's also an incredible secret keeper and will not tell a soul until the day he dies. His loyalty is very hard-earned but once you receive it he will stand with you till the end of time.

History:Arthur was born in England during the 1920's to a small family. His father was a coal miner and his mother worked as a laundress. Although he was poor he was happy as a child and he enjoyed running around and having fun with his friends. He got a younger sister when he was 8 and was very close with her. Unfortunately, when Arthur was 14 his father died in a mining accident which put a lot of financial stress on his family especially since his mother had given birth to his younger brother. WW1 had also caused a lot of financial distress for his family. This caused Arthur to fall into a depression and also caused him to get into a lot of fights while he was a young teen. Luckily Arthur managed to clean himself up and get a job at a noble families house where he ended up bonding with the lady of the house and he moved up the ranks and became a butler. Most of his money went to supporting his family and he made sure that they were doing alright. During this time Arthur realized that he was gay but kept it hidden since he didn't want to end up fired or worse. Arthur ended up getting together with a shopkeeper in town and the two of them would regularly exchange letters Arthur was head over heels and was incredibly happy but one day someone found some of the love letters that he and the shopkeeper had written to one another. The shopkeep lied and said they weren't lovers and that Arthur wouldn't stop bothering him. Arthur was heartbroken and his life was practically ruined. He was fired and everyone practically pretended he didn't exist or would treat him horribly. He tried going back home but his mother refused to speak to him. His siblings got together and bought him a train ticket so Arthur could start a life somewhere else and he did in Lethe. Arthur was practically a brick wall when he arrived and Cordelia ended up meeting him first and once she used her powers on him she helped him adjust and be there for him. Arthur currently works as her butler and helps her around the gallery and is a close friend. He has opened up way more since he arrived but he is still very untrusting of people. He adopted a stray Calico and named her Cecelia after his sister.

Funfacts:
-He does smoke but does so privately and only when he's not working.
-He is a marvelous pianist and Cordelia keeps a piano in her house for him to play.
-He has a soft spot for children and is quite affectionate with them.
-Arthur is will often leave little anonymous gifts for people he likes.

on the morning of april 25th, 2014, eva and her mother got on a train.
not a train to lethe, but a train to swansea. her father was caught up in
his work, was unable to drive them to their destination, and this turned
out to be the trigger of an unfortunate series of events. halfway throug
h the journey, a man jumped on the tracks - the driver, in a panic, man
aged to derail the train. the man survived. a majority of the passengers
did not. she doesn't quite remember what happened next. a few flashin
g memories of the sound of baying dogs, the caw of a bird, and then w
aking in lethe, injured and exhausted, but alive. her first weeks were ca
st in a haze as she healed, but once out of the infirmary, eva found her
self under the ward of galeas. suspended in youth, a perpetual child, he
r days were spent exploring the forest, making her own adventures. she
misses home, as anyone would, but this one seems plucked out of one
a storybook, and she enjoys it far more than the world she came from.

sidered a curse by many, but luckily, eva's mind has n
ever strayed far from the childish innocence of her yo
uth. she's got a grand sense of adventure, a curiosity
for the world and general naïvety - but beneath the a
ura of innocence is a perceptive, highly intelligent girl.
it's easy to forget she's nearly seventeen - she plays it
to her advantage often - but when the true depth of h
er knowledge and power are revealed, it becomes stark
ly evident that she is truly a force to be reckoned with.
