skylar was raised in a fairly strict household. though, he did have a lo
t of freedom. often he would use his freetime to go do something fun
in which case he would head to the closest fun thing by his home; the
ice-skating rink. going onto the ice was like an escape for him, where
he could freely express himself. he made a few friends there too, and
eventually signed up for proper lessons. he learnt all day, every day,
as long as possible. until he moved. california, a whole new place full
of oppertunity. a new school too. it wouldn't be too bad. he could try
and make some new friends. unfortunatley there were no rinks aroun
d, so he had to switch to roller-blading. slowly, he discovered more o
f the world. and then even the hidden truth of his sexuality.
