Power: Enhanced senses/speaking with the dead

Personality: Killian is a pretty okay dude. He is friendly and gets along well with most people. He often cracks jokes and cheers people up when they feel down. Killian is fun to hang around with and never seems to be sad himself. He is charming and quite the flirter. When he is speaking to the dead (which he calls de-commune), however, he becomes quiet and channels whatever the spirits emotions are.
History: Killian developed enhanced senses at a young age, and even though his parents knew to turn him in, they didn't and kept his powers a secret. In some ways, these powers helped their family and they were happy to keep him around. But when he hit 15 years old a new power emerged, and his parents were rather shocked when Killian began channelling the voices of his dead grandparents. His parents started having nightmares and couldn't stand to be around him, so they decided to turn him into the peacekeepers. Killian was alerted about this by the spirits and managed to escape that night, and hasn't returned to his family since.
Power info: speaking with the dead - Killian can channel the voices of the dead through him to surrounding people. The spirits also guide him and provide him with information about other people. He can contact anyone as long as he has a name and a picture/personal item.

(I'm so sorry that the picture is huge but it was the only one i could find. I am considering making a second character but I'm not sure yet )
