Bee was born next to a river, sitting under a weeping
willow tree, eyes affixed to the sky. Her mother
didn’t live to see it, but Bee was so beautiful
to her father, that every night he stayed up late
to let her see the stars. No matter how much she
cried and whined, as soon as he stepped outside,
she’d stop, eyes affixed to the shining lights she’ll
probably never reach.
Even as a kid she was obsessed with rockets and
planets. But as soon as that age hit, she had to say
goodbye to her loving father, and to her dreams.
She learned everything very quickly, becoming a
natural at any weapon. Her powers, however, were
a problem. She had trouble accessing them. Even
though she asked and asked, no mentor would help
her- until she rebelled. Finally, she wasn't alone anymore.
