quirk. flicker
quirk information. this quirk allows the user to adsorb energy given from
the sun (solar energy) and use it as a fuel for this quirk. the user is allowed to
"flicker" from one place to another. one can call this teleport but it looks a lot
flashier. the user is allowed to flicker as many times as they want to until
their energy slowly depletes. a small note is that if the user is in the sun
then they will have plenty of energy. another thing about this quirk is that the
user is allowed to focus on their entire body or one part of their body to
transport the energy to, this allows them to disintegrate anything. over-
use of this quirk causes the user to have periods of an excruciating pain
similar to their body being completely burned or melted, a warning sign
of over-use is dull yet painful migraines and a chance that the user
becomes paralyzed for a few seconds to minutes.

haru is a naturally bright and energetic girl for sure. she loves to be with and around people but she only picks a select few to become super close with. she loves to cheer up others with her optimistic personality and her positive thinking. she's extremely used to nasty comments and remarks about her which she has gotten used to over the years which makes her immune them. the only way words can hurt her was if someone close to her was to say something hurtful. others often see haru as childish and annoying (which she is very aware of) and she just has to deal with it. she's extremely soft with her friends and often initiates plenty of physical contact with plenty of her friends both on accident and intentionally. whenever haru gets angry she becomes an absolute devil. she turns into a little mean machine and ready to pounce on anyone who irritates her further- luckily she doesn't get angry all that often. overall, haru is like a little lost puppy.

xx▸▸ personality. a misanthrope of a few words, kage is secretive and reserved boy who often appears to be shrouded by an air of mystery. nervous, private, internalized, shy and inhibited; kage is a fearful and timid creature who tries to hide this fact from the world by way of an apparently icy attitude which is equally designed to compensate for his innate shyness. hardly impulsive, he prefers to look before he leaps and think before speaking. his feelings and emotions tend to get pushed aside for a certain length of time, which could make him come across as being insensitive or phlegmatic when in fact he internalizes everything. he is intensely affected by his emotions whether they be joyful or painful, and doesn´t adapt easily to new situations. at times, kage can allow himself to get carried away by anger and it can be rather disconcerting for those around him to observe such an untimely outburst from this normally calm and collected individual. xx▸▸ quirk information. fear feast provides kage with a dangerous gaze that invokes feelings of immense fear, anxiety, and despair that can leave individuals paralyzed with absolute terror. additionally enabling him with the ability to get in the mind of his victim and alter their perception to make them see, hear, touch, smell and/or taste things that aren’t actually there with a single glance. the downside of this ability is that he can only enable it when his opponents acknowledge him in some way, shape or form, be it by responding to him, touching him, or giving him eye contact. once an individual does acknowledge him, the perception of their environment will change and be seen as ominous and kage as dark and foreboding, or occasionally even seen as a monster. however, since he is still learning to control his quirk kage has to remain fairly stationary while using his quirk in order to concentrate, leaving him completely vulnerable to attacks, if kage’s concentration is broken for more than five seconds, the effects on his opponents will wear off. furthermore, he also has to constantly feed off of the negative emotions of others in order to keep his power strong. if he is in the presence of positive emotions, his powers weaken immensely to the point his gaze will do little more than give off the feeling of slight unease. if the opposite happens however and he is surrounded by negative emotions, his power will increase substantially leading him to be able to effect multiple people at once.
