History: Her mother was a rouge, she was born with no siblings an no father. Her mother knowing the ways of a clan named her EmberKit, she was WildRiver's whole purpose in life.
WildRiver after a few terrible moons trying to survive with her kit, decided she should seek the help of a clan. Heading to LeafClan territory she had to cross a large river, hoping over the rocks which created a path. Hearing a splash she turned behind her, seeing her kit dangling from one of the rocks. Jumping over to help WildRiver slipped falling into the river, unfortunately she had no idea how to swim the last memory was seeing her kit on the other side running after her. Calling out Ember watched her mother get swept away, hope still in her heart she followed the river in search of her mother. Eventually the kit part to her name pasted, she began talking to herself and just calling herself Ember.

History: HawkPaw was born with three sisters being the only son, he was loved equally with his sisters. However one day on a walk through the Forrest with his family they were attacked by a rabbit fox. HawkPaw tried to save his family, however his father forced him to take his sisters and flee. They lost their father and mother forever.... However this wasn't the end HawkPaw would soon learn that his happieness ment nothing to StarClan at least that's what he believes.. his sisters all three later died from an illness going insane and then dieing. He felt abandoned and was left alone with his family gone he only had his clan left.

Your forms look unfinished. Please add more information; at least fill in personality. Also, it seems unlikely for a cat 7 moons old to have already achieved a warrior name, and have left a clan (Unless that was meant to be a future name. If so, you might want to differentiate past and future names a little)

Again, I'm a bit confused when it comes down to past and future names. You have Skyfall written as a future name, though at the same time you say she's a warrior. Other than that, she's accepted
