➵personality;; like a bull in a
china shop, briarnose doesn't care what he tramples
on to win the day. gruff and rough around the edges,
the shadowclan warrior doesn't exactly endear himself
to strangers, but beneath his abrasive manner beats a
big sloppy heart. briarnose is willing to push aside anything
for the ones he loves, and is so terribly loyal that he
would stand by his friends even in death. the warrior is slightly
self-deprecating, but doesn’t mind using dry and warped
humor to get a laugh from others. briarnose can be jerky at times too,
often being stubborn and not willing to listen to those he doesn't trust.

➵history;; born on a bitterly cold
leaf-bare day, briarkit and his sister, fallowkit had been
the only surviving out of mintwhisker's litter of four.
however, this hadn't stopped them from having a usual
kithood. it was noticeable from the start that briarkit hadn't
been as adventurous as his sister, as she was often found
in the clearing and he often refused to leave the nursery.
when they were apprentices, briarpaw had gathered enough
confidence to hang out with a few cats his age. however,
he still remained determined to become a great warrior-
even if he sometimes would rather be sharing tongues with his peers.
once he was deemed briarnose, he quickly took to his duties,
but still made time to talk to his friends and keep a close
relationship with his sister. he became distraught when he
found out he had perished in the terrible fire that raged
across the four clans, and still hasn't fully recovered.

➵appearance ;; brairnose is a tall, slender
oriental-mix shorthair cat with olive green eyes.
he has soft, brown and black marked fur, that’s
normally primped to his liking. the tom has above-averaged
sized ears and carob brown tail. briarnose's left shoulder
has a short scar running down its side from an encounter
from a thunderclan skirmish.

[ ospreystar- neutral ]
any leader deserves some respect.
in a few ways, they're a bit similar, but ospreystar
has the pride and headstrong ability the warrior lacks.
however, briarnose afraid that this quality might lead
him to make irrational choices on their journey that may
lead to disaster.

[ haretail - neutral ]
the windclan deputy is definitely worthy of his
admiration. there's no doubt she would make a great leader
someday if this disaster hadn't happened. briarnose is a bit
unsure of how to communicate with her, though. haretail
always seems a bit tongue tied- much to briarnose's dismay.

[ brightpaw - positive ]
be it snarky quips or remembrance of shadowclan,
these two always find something to talk about. he respects
brightpaw's conversations, naturally, but he is far more
enthralled by her skills with poultices and herbs.

[ rosefeather - neutral ]
they seem to be both affected by the demolition
of the forest and haven't been able to recover fully.
however, while briarnose is able to push aside his sadness
for moments, he feels like this warrior has been sad
longer than him. the tom is fine with being extra
careful with his tongue while around the windclan she-cat.

[ mothclaw - neg./neutral ]
mysterious and stoic; this hulking warrior is quite
the force to be reckoned with. while briarnose hasn't
found anything terribly wrong with the windclan tom,
it's not to say he won't be keeping a close eye on mothclaw.

[ goosepaw - pos./neutral ]
sure he's quite and doesn't show emotion much,
and in briarnose's view? that's alright. this apprentice has
potential to be a great help to the clan- even if he doesn't
seem to crack any smiles briarnose's humor quite yet.

[ mintpaw - neutral ]
base on what the apprentice can offer him,
briarnose can't find many faults with the thunderclan
apprentice. while he hasn't formally introduced himself,
he does enjoy the shrewd molly's company on the journey.

[ kestrelwing - positive ]
despite only spotting the molly at a few gatherings,
they have shared a few laughs in the short time they were together.
he certainly enjoys the thunderclan warrior's humor, even if
others may find it controversial.

[ oakfang - negative ]
despite being in the same clan, briarnose isn't
too comfortable alongside this tom. sure, the large-earred
tom loves to be apathetic- but, only in a joking manner. oakfang
has also chosen the route of a kittypet before returning, which
makes briarnose question the strength of oakfang's loyalty.

[ mosstalon - positive ]
briarnose and mosstalon were apprentices around the same
time and the shadowclan tom can only recall good things from
previous encounters at gatherings. it's a shame mosstalon seems
a bit more reserved these days, but briarnose the fire has left
him devastated beyond his imagination.

[ silverdawn - positive ]
briarnose knows of silverdawn from a few meetings
and hadn't really thought of the molly more than a pretty face.
sure, she has pretty eyes, but brairnose had no idea of the
sharp tongue that she kept! maybe it's best if he just keeps his
distance from the she-cat, but he respects her from afar.

it must've been fate that this complex she-cat
was brought on this journey with him. briarnose had
always wanted to get to know her better and turtleleaf
is one of the few he trusts full-heartedly due to their
shadowclan heritage.

if there was a contest for the shyest cat briarnose
had ever known, tumblepaw takes the prize. but, the warrior
can't blame the riverclan apprentice for being shy in this situation.
briarnose often becomes closed off when he is reminded of the
dire situation they were all cast into.

ah. what an interesting apprentice that briarnose had
never noticed beforehand. while he's not very thrilled by her rebellious
nature; he's convinced it's a phase she'll outgrow when she's older.

goosepaw is the stoic, brooding problem
child who can't seem to take a joke. he ha
s a natural resting brooding face, set in a
skeptical, stony expression all day everyd
ay. when he's not showing an actual emot
ion, that is. because of this, some often he
sitate to approach him and become tongue
-tied in his presence. this tom has a big he
art and loves to show it to those who will a
ccept it. on the surface it may not appear
that goosepaw is a very affectionate feline
but if you hang around long enough to get
to know him properly and give him the cha
nce to really feel you out, then you'd be pl
eased to find that he isn't a being who's  
raid to show affection. goosepaw resides
in the more quieter spectrum of personalit
ies, keeping to himself most of the time, b

she's polite, analytical, talkative and perhaps a little too stubborn.
considering her position, she was poised to be a great leader of WindClan. with
a loving family life, she grew up supported by her parents but determined to
strive hard for whatever she heard. a better runner than fighter. haretail always
chooses the safest, most certain route, the security of the Clan being her first
priority. she is ever attentive and observant of her surroundings, always being
the first to react to change. her vigilance, however, comes with some faults:
it has made her rather clumsy in social interaction, despite her politeness.

her name was derived from her tail, a bobbed white tuft of fur that resembles to
tail of a hare or rabbit. rather small and light, she's not much of a strong fighter,
but her analytical abilities mean that she can analyse a fight very quickly and
position herself as best as she can to defeat bigger opponents. focused on her
duties as deputy, she has, or believes she has, no time for intimate relations with
tom cats. now, she is more determined than ever to hang onto her way of life and
protect what remains of her clan.

he's a brash, flirtatious and loving tom who is a little more than misunderstood
by many of his clan mates. he was an out there and rebellious apprentice
who was a bit too eager to learn. he gave his mentor a bad headache for the
moons that their calico apprentice was under their care. mellowing as a young
warrior, mosstalon settled down a bit more when he became mate with the shy
white she-cat, icetail. he spent almost six moons courting the white she-cat. but
he loved her deeply and became a young father at the young age of 25 moons.
and he loved all of his kits dearly.

he is very much distraught at the loss of his family and it has made him hard and a little
more withdrawn. but he is still bright and bubbly when he needs to be if it means that he
can keep his clanmates that remain, happy. he'd be willing to do anything to see his clan
thrive and flourish again.

Mintpaw is extremely smart, she was much smarter than her two brothers: Kinkpaw and Hazelpaw. She caught pry on her second trip hunting, it was a shrew. No matter how hard that they tried, Kinkpaw couldn't catch anything till his fifth, it took Hazelpaw longer. Her brothers began to hate her, and they grew distant. Therefore the only friend Mintpaw had was he happy-go-lucky mentor.

The tortoiseshell often asks herself what she would have done if RiverClan didn't put up with her antics. When she isn't breaking hearts or playing pranks she's towing the line and helping the clan grow.
She has a natural talent with kits, and while this often leads to her leading a small band of youngsters out of camp for an adventure; she teaches them life lessons and morals they will keep with them for the rest of their lives.
RobinPaw has an air of beauty to her; her form, words and appearance all speaking confidence and charity. However potential lovers beware! RobinFlight has broken her fair share of hearts, luring toms in just to turn them down.
Quite contrary to her birth in RiverClan, RobinPaw has a specific dislike of swimming. This doesn't stop her from being an excellent swimmer, it also doesn't stop the stream of complaints the come from her maw every-time she enters the water.

Life is Hard

RobinKit and IvyKit, sisters close like peas in a pod. The two were trouble where ever they went causing trouble and playing pranks. Separating them was almost impossible; they were the two trouble-making torties. When they were announced as apprentices the two were ecstatic, getting mentors who were siblings, to further their bond as well.
That night, however, SandPool pulled her daughters to the side. She invited them outside of the camp and down to sunning rocks. RobinPaw remembered her mothers hesitation before speaking and the stutter as she spoke.
IvyPaw wasn't her sister, she was just her litter mate. They had grown up as siblings, the clan knew them as siblings, but they weren't. SandPool stressed that they don't tell the clan and that IvyPaw was her daughter despite the lack of blood running between them.
It shouldn't matter, RobinPaw told herself everyday as they drifted apart. It didn't matter she told herself as she moved off into her own friendship groups. Soon the distance between them was like a mountain. RobinPaw had tried to mend the gap but IvyPaw seemed uninterested. Now RobinPaw wished she had tried harder, even if it was just to tell her sister that she loved her. She mumbles it at night sometimes, "I love you IvyPaw" and hopes her sister hears her in StarClan.

Occasionally her mind flickers back to the night she lost everything and her claws pinch the ground. She had been speaking with her mother when the fire started, despite their best attempts she made it to camp alone. Her opinion on reforming a clan is a bitter one, however she understands she has much to learn before she can make her own path. RobinPaw has become more set in her independent and rebellious ways, a deep hatred for StarClan settling in her chest.
