• Beauty and the beast, a classic tale about an arrogant prince and a girl with big dreams and even bigger heart, in which the one and only true love is an ultimate salvation. The exact kind of story that touches people’s hearts, lighting them up with warm feelings. And the exact kind of story that makes other people throw up.
Muse A, a young arrogant man, that could without any doubt compete with any fairytale’s prince in both looks and charm, can only hardly be labelled a gentleman. The only time he offers help to damsel in distress is when he himself gets something out of it; whether it’s a favor, invitation to party, ego boost or hot girl’s affection. Such word as ’love’ doesn’t exist in his dictionary and he couldn’t care less about changing that fact. Girls are nothing more than a temporary entertainment for him, breaking hearts considered personal game of his. And why would he care? After all he’s a shameless player that is very well aware of his weapons and how to use them to get exactly what he wants.
However, after messing with the wrong person, he has to face a revenge. And not just any revenge, but one in a true fairy tale style. A spell is casted upon him, that makes him instantly fall in love with the first person he meets the eye with the following morning.
Muse A however knows better than to take such threats seriously and quickly dismisses it as nothing more than exaggerated reaction to a nasty break up. As the following morning arrives, he can’t even remember that girl’s name, even less her words. And as the fate wanted it, on his way to school he crosses paths with another person - Muse B - in an unexpected crash. Ready to roast the hell out of him he shots him a death glare... only to offer him a route around campus. Wait, what?!
Muse A can’t get what’s happening, but all of sudden he finds himself falling madly in what seems to be love with Muse B, losing control over his actions and behavior. From that moment on, everything is about Muse B. However, needless to say effects this sudden change of Muse A’s lifestyle will leave fatal consequences in all aspects of not just Muse A’s, but also Muse B’s life.
(Extra info: Have a few possible story arcs for this idea even including one closed ending. As for Muse B, I have no specific characteristics or traits set, though would like him to be more complex character than just 95% Gary Sue. I’d like the starting point to be the morning Muses meet.)

• Muse B (my character) and his twin-sister make a bet which says that if Muse B can convince Muse A (your character) - the most popular guy in the school - to go out with Muse B while pretending to be his sister, than she’d get him together with her best friend who Muse B has a crush on. There’s nothing to worry about. They both look literally the same and if they wear the same clothes, it’s impossible to tell them apart, even though one of them is male and another one female. However, the things get a little bit more complicated once Muse B finds out that Muse A actually likes Muse B’s twin-sister and what seemed like an innocent game is now turning into a ticking bomb. There’s no way Muse B could tell the truth now and what’s even worse Muse B is actually starting to have feelings towards Muse A even though he’s awfully aware of the fact that Muse A thinks he’s hanging out with Muse B’s sister. But how long can the show actually go on until the shocking truth is exposed?

• Muse A and Muse B are both freshmen at the conservatory. After bumping into each other randomly, they realize that they are long lost childhood friends who had been separated when Muse A’s family moved to another country due his parents’ work. It was back in the grade school where both Muse A and Muse B were best friends. Happy to meet each other again after such a long time they become roommates at the campus. Despite the years of separation it seems like nothing has changed. Well, there actually is something that has and it’s Muse B’s feelings for Muse A. Muse B has been crushing at Muse A ever since he first met him, but he managed to push those feelings away after Muse A moved. But now, after their little reunion, it seems like the feelings are coming back and they are even stronger than before. Can Muse B handle the overflowing feeling or will he lose his new-found friend?

• Ever since early grade school years, Muse A has been a problematic and rather unfriendly child who was often picking up fights or being rude to others, although there was one specific kid he was treating especially coldly and harshly. It was Muse B who, despite the other’s rude attitude towards him, was always attempting to make friends with Muse A, but it never really worked up well. There was a certain reason behind Muse A’s actions though and it was due the weird affection he felt towards Muse B, that frustrated and confused him a lot. A few years later, when Muse A’s already a sophomore at high school, he unexpectadly meets with Muse B again due Muse B’s just transferred and they become classmates. Muse A pretends not to remember Muse B and sweeps the topic about their past off the table kinda uncertain of how to act around Muse B, although it doesn’t take him long to discover he had probably underestimated those childish feelings quite a lot as he can’t get Muse B off his mind now. But how could he face Muse B now after everything he had done to him? And if Muse A did how would Muse B even react to the fact that Muse A is in fact in love with him?

• Muse A (popuar guy) loses a bet and is challenged by his friends to befriend someone unpopular who they choose for him - Muse B - and make them fall in love with him. But there’s a catch. As soon as that person confesses to him, Muse A is supposed to dump them in front of the whole school, humiliating them. Even though it seems like a great joke, things get complitated once both Muse A and Muse B get to know each other better. Muse A finds himself being attracted to Muse B, eventually falling for him. However, there’s a time limit in which Muse A has to accomplish the mission, because if he doesn’t, he’ll lose his position as an alpha male of the school. Muse A is facing a really tough "would you rather" kind of choice. Obviously, there’s no way he could keep both, popularity and relationship with Muse B. Now comes the real question. Which one he values more?

• Muse A and Muse B used to be best friends since they were kids. However, things change after they enter high school. Even though they arrived as bros, their friendship slowly starts to fall apart as Muse A is constantly attracted by the group of school’s elite students. Eventually, he breaks all contact with Muse B, drawing a thick line between his current self and his past self. Two years later Muse A is suddenly kicked out of group, because older students got finally bored with him. Stripped of friends, social connections and special privileges Muse A feels devastated. Surprisingly, it’s Muse B who offers help to Muse A, promising to take him under his wings and teach him the life of ’peasants’, the rest of not-so-popular kids. It seems like their friendship has recovered. However, there’s more to the story than Muse A losing a social status. Could it be someone’s else doing? And is Muse B really the same guy Muse A used to know back in middle school?

• Neither Muse A nor Muse B knows each other. They live their lives completely separated. Muse A is in a band (either lead singer or instrument player). However, the band is struggling with bad luck and band members are bickering, which eventually breaks the band. Muse A refuses to give up on his dream of becoming a professional musician though and is trying to get the band back together - which won’t work very well. While this is going on, Muse B is going on with his life struggling with his own problems and insecurities (e.g. high parental expectations, collage, health issues, etc.) He’s that type of rational person who pushes their feelings aside in order to focus more on studying and being successful in future. However, deep inside there’s that dream he truly desires and that’s to take a musician career path. There’s that "secret place" Muse B visits when he feels down to let out his bottled feelings by singing. And thanks to a coincidence Muse A runs into him one day. Amazed by Muse B’s voice, Muse A talks Muse B to join him in an upcoming competition in the town to prove that they have what it takes to become professional singers.

• Muse A and Muse B are both members of a certain community. One day Muse A is accused of committing a crime against a member with a high rank among the society. According to laws he’s sentenced to death and taken to prison. Muse B tries to prove Muse A’s innocence and use his quite high social status of banker’s son, believing Muse A hasn’t done anything wrong, but fails. However, Muse B isn’t the type to abandon friends and thus he builds a plan to rescue Muse A from prison, running away together afterwards. Thanks to this they both become runaways. In order to survive and get away from beneath government’s reach they have to travel across the country and cross the border. However, that’s not as easy as it may seem as it’s not only the capital’s police who is looking for them. Rumors of the duo spread across the country like fire and now assassins and lower ranked clans’ members are after them, all for different reasons.
(Extra info: Both Musa A and Musa B live in a capital city of fictive country that’s run by government consisting of members that belong to the most powerful race among the society. Muse A is a member of middle ranked race - not so wealthy, but very strong and skilled in any strength requiring work - and Muse B is a member of higher ranked race - wealthy and well educated, but unable to fight and protect themselves very well.)
