what happened last week was something i definitely did not want to be reminded about. it was our alpha's birthday, oh, and the beta's too. that was one of the reasons the alpha chose the beta to be beta. all the wolves were happy, enjoying ourselves, until it happened. none of us knew how it happened, it just did. the fire surrounded us,there was no escape. at all. the elders knew this would happen, and they continuously kept telling us to move before it happens, but we always ignored them. 'it's not true', we told them. we were eating our words now, as the fire was eating us and our home. there were only few of us who escaped, leaping over the flames. we were all young, no older legs could have leapt that high, round about 3 we all are. there's few of us, and we're left to start our own pack. none of us know how to act as an alpha, as all of us were only hunters and warriors, some of us even healers. but, i, poison apple, am willing to take up that position.

there are rules for every rp, and for my rp there is no difference. there are two types of rules in this rp, the general rp rules, and the pack rules. the pack rules may be a little different from other rp's, but will constantly be changing, so keep looking back at them.

one// roleplay and site rules. this is a simple no-brainer, please follow the general site rules. like i said, this goes without saying, so in order to stay in my roleplay, or even on the SITE, please do follow the rules. thank you ^-^

two//semi-lit. look honey, this is in semi-lit roleplays, therefore i ask that you are semi-lit. which means, posting 7+ lines in my roleplay. it differs in different roleplays, but in mine, that's the minimum i ask. i understand if occasionally you suffer from writers block at the start since the story line has just started, but later on i ask that you don't use the excuse too often. please use proper punctuation and grammar, but if you wish to not capitalize some things, then don't capitalize anything, alike me. if you are only capitalizing the 'i's' for when you say something like 'i will not tolerate' then that's fine. also, please use proper spelling, i understand the occasional mistake or so, but, seriously.

three//be realistic.no powerplaying, godmodding, mary-sues or gary-sues. your characters will, and must have flaws. they can't be the best at climbing, swimming, jumping, running. plus, wolves can't even climb, i don't believe =P having perfect characters makes the roleplay boring, simple as. also, please no odd eye colours and fur colours. the colours of wolves pelts that i will accept are; a red-ish ginger, ginger/toffee, black, white [only a few, white is rare. if there were 10, i would only allow 1 white one. please pm me if you would like the white one ^^ i would prefer if it was a male though, as it is rather common having female white wolves], and i believe that is all. oh, and i will be accepting grey wolves. no blue, green, bright red, or neon orange wolves please. i will only be accepting brown eyes, as blue eyes belong to crossbreeds, and i will not be accepting crossbreeds. to have blue eyes they will have some mix of dog in them. also, no lone wolf can take an adult deer down, especially if it's male, as they have antlers. if it's a female adult, and it's injured, then i will be fine with that, but your wolf might come back with a couple bruises or hoof marks, because they would of course be kicked. i am fine however, with them taking down a fawn alone, as they are small and can't exactly defend themselves. long, but oh well x3

four//drama. drama i will be accepting, but don't have your wolf involved with everything. if there was a mini fight going back at the packs home, and your wolf was out in the forest, they cannot sense the battle and teleport there immediately just to get involved with it. they may come back when the argument is still going, but don't have them get too involved. they can stick up for a friend, but it is likely that the opposing wolf would shoot them a death glare, meaning they would immediately silence themselves. also, don't have huge amounts of drama that involves the entire pack without asking me first. there will not be another fire for a while, atleast 500-1000 PAGES in, not posts, so don't ask me about that before then.

five//characters, forms,crushes and reservations. i would ask that you have atleast two characters, one male and one female. however, if there are 25 males and only 24 females, i am fine if you only have one character, which will be female. or, you could do it with 3 characters, 1 male, 2 females, or vice- versa. i ask that you have no more than you can handle. i will not be providing you a form.if your forms are not detailed enough, then i will ask for a roleplay example. if that is not detailed enough, your character will not be accepted. do not join with pups either, please. also pm me your reservations, but they will only be lasting a week as i would like the rp to start asap. also, don't be your own crush. that's boring, trust me.

six//recaps,ooc. this is simply common sense, if someone has been a way awhile, and ask for a recap, i ask that you give them a recap, if not myself. then there is also the use of ooc. if you are using ooc, use the symbols '[]{}' or '()'. no drama in the ooc, and also no text talk, in ooc or in the actual rp. don't spam the topic with ooc either, and if i find that people are using ooc often, i will create a discussion thread. thank you c:

seven//activity, deaths.please be active in this roleplay. post at least 2 times a week, if not a day. if you don't post in a week, and don't provide me a reason, your character will be killed in some way or form. if you are planning on not being active, then lead up to your characters death please. speaking of deaths, i ask that you don't kill somebody elses character without their permission.

eight//fade to black, time skip. this is a children's website as much as it is an adults, so please do not go into detail during mating/birthing, and instead just fade to black or time skip. for example; 'captured red glanced the fae up and down, nudging her towards the cave. he nodded towards it, as if asking her to enter, and she did. -fade to black-' and then continue as if they had just mated. or just replace the fade to black with time skip. same applies to birthing. 'willow tree felt a light kick in her stomach, which grew harder and harder. she collapsed to the floor, knowing that it was probably her new pups wanting to get an escape from her bulging stomach. she closed her eyes. -fade to black/time skip-' understood?

nine//fighting,cursing, arguing back.please keep fighting at a minimum. it's a pack of survivors, and they can't afford arguing with each other. they need to rely on each other to survive. if any fighting does happen, i ask that it is not too detailed. please do not curse, though i'm fine with posts like this: 'poison ivy cursed under her breath.' things like that is perfectly fine to me. also, i am the owner of this roleplay, so what i say goes. no if's, but's or and's.

ten//posts, smilies,signatures. please have nice, pretty posts, making them atleast small. this size to be specific. i would appreciate it if you add name, age, gender, and tags at the top. please disable smilies and signatures in your posts, just to keep the forum neat and tidy as well.


and that is all for the general rules i suppose. now to move onto pack rules...


one.any pair of wolves may mate, but must have the alpha's permission. to have their permission granted, they have to offer them a gift. if the year has been plentiful and promising, permission will be granted. if the year has been scarceful and looks to continue to be so, then permission will be denied.

two. wolves mate for life, if any wolf decides to betray their partner, they will be classified as a traitor, and kicked out.

three. all wolves are of the same level, all apart from the alpha. they rule the pack, and therefore have control of everyone. everyone else lies on the same line, even the omega's. it is frowned upon to treat omega's badly. they may not have as many rights as the other ranked wolves, but they shouldn't be treated terribly.

four. if any wolf is to find a lone pup, they are to accept them immediately into the pack. they are to bee cared for and raised as if their own. [this rule will not apply until 500 pages in, at least]

alpha female, or, otherwise known as the alphess, is actually the highest ranked wolf, higher than the alpha male, surprisingly. this pack is unlike humans, where the king [alpha male] would be higher, for example, prince charles is only called prince because if he was to be called king charles, he would be higher ranked than queen elizabeth. they are, as referred to now, the queen of the pack. everyone follows their orders. they are mates with the alpha male, but the alpha male must win their heart, vice versa. the alpha male does not start as alpha male, they start as a usual wolf, possibly even a loner or omega, and if the alphess adores them so much she falls in love with them, they become alpha male. there can only be one of these in each pack, and this one is taken by 'panda;;'

alfalfa-prevents tooth decay, which then leads to toothache.
aloe vera- use the leaves; treats the burns caused from fire [useful at the start due to plot] and helps with skin conditions.
blessed thistle- helps the heart and lungs and increases circulation.
borage-leaves and roots should be consumed to prevent fevers. seeds and leaves should be consumed by a mother. it increases the milk available. borage should only be consumed when it is still fresh, and never when it is dry.
bramble twigs-when chewed to a fine syrup, these twigs help wolves sleep.

burdock root-used to relieve joint pains, like arthritis.
celandine-used to strengthen the weak eyes of a wolf.
chamomile-used to relax. leaves and lowers soothes heart, and gives physical strength
chervil juice- helps cure infected wounds, but the juice is not the only part of a chervil that can be used as a cure...
chervil root-helps to cure stomach-ache.
cobwebs- helps to stop bleeding, apply like a bandage.
comfrey- helps broken bones, used like a bandage.
echinacia- used as an antibiotic.
ferns- helped to clean wounds, like a wipe.
feverfew- used to help pains in the head.
garlic-used to help ear infections, and is also an antibiotic.
ginger- used to help sore throats, and coughs.
goldenrod- muscle reliever
hawthorne berries- to treat heart burns.
honey- to sooth the irritated throats.
ivy- helps calm down a wolf when stressed.
lavender- when eaten, leaves and flowers help ease headaches and sore throats. inhale the scent to calm down the nerves.
marigold-when consumed together, the leaves and flowers help relieve the chills. when the leaves and petals are chewed and placed onto the wounds, they are used as an antibiotic.
mint- when rubbed on the nose helps to stop the sneezing and helps stop a runny nose.
nettle- nettle leaves are used on rashes and to help the fever.
wild poppies- the seeds, when consumed, help remove pain and help sleep. when the flower heads are consumed with the seeds, they relieve coughs. finally, when the petals and leaves are consumed together, when chewed help to sleep as well.
ragweed leaves-also helps relieve stiff joints like the burdock root.
snakeroot-helps to counter poison.
tansy- the leaves, flowers and stems, when eaten together help to remove worms from the stomach. when leaves are eaten alone, however, helps to relieve the aches of a joint. when the flowers of the tansy are consumed they remove all coughs. however, a pregnant wolf is forbidden to eat a tansy as it could lead to a miscarriage.
thyme- when consumed helps to calm a wolf, or aid a wolf in sleep.
watermind-used to cure stomach-ache.
yarrow leaves-helps extract poison from a wolves' body.
yarrow ointment-helps the lightly scraped paws of a wolf.



x this is the home of the wolves after they escaped. if they climb the right side mountains, then they get a glimpse of their old home.
x this area is where the hunters go when in search of deers and other prey. round here they usually find deers, rabbits, birds and the occasional squirrel. however, bears do tend to roam this area, so wolves should never go there alone.
x this is the main water source that the pack has. the rock above is where the alpha holds meetings.
x this is the top of the rocks, pack members will sit where the owls are, and behind the alpha [which sits at the ledge] when the meetings take place there.

spring [current season]:
the time where most wolves with partners have pups/mate. those who don't have mates usually spend time searching for one, or start preparing for the new year.
summer:
the time where wolves still mate and have pups, but not as often. this time is usually spent enjoying the heat, and relaxing a while.
autumn:
wolves are starting to prepare for the winter, desperately searching for food to store. this is the hunter's busiest time of the year.
winter: food is scarce now, and the hunters are constantly searching for food, but aren't as lucky anymore. there should be a stack of food, but not all the time. pups are likely to die this time of the year if not tended to.

so basically the plot is that there was a fire, and a couple wolves survived it. they then decided to live on as a pack, and have all the regular ranks and such. when travelling to their new territory, the picked up a few stragglers, a few loners, rogues. all were young, no more than 4, so i ask that your wolf is no more than 4, and no younger than 2. if you would like the plot more detailed, look at the first post, if that is still yet not detailed enough, then pm me with your questions about the plot please ^^

hello there. i'm poison apple, or apple if you please. i got my name because all my other siblings were pure white and beautiful, and there i was, all dark and ugly. so i was just the poisonous apple to the ripe, pure apple tree. i am the alphess, or alpha female. there's not exactly any higher rank than alpha, apart from the alpha of the skies, so i'm fine with my position, haha. my age? well i'm 4 years old exactly. still young, but trust me, i'm the oldest of the lot. not a lot of us survived the- you wouldn't want to hear it. i am of course a female. duh! ha. is that all you wanted to know?

so, basically i'm just a coal black wolf, not white like my siblings. there is nothing else really to describe; i'm no mystical, powerful wolf with random markings. all i am is basically black. that's me. dull, boring. my eyes? brown. boring. that's all i am, boring, ugly... i'm not an attention seek, or i'm not trying to be. i'll just shut up. i have a black nose, and dark, dark pink paw pads. i have a couple burns from my history, and few scars.that's all.

well, i'm a complete tomboy. like, i am basically one of the guys. my nickname with the lads is a.pnot ap, but aye-pee, which stands for apple poison, so basically the initials of my name... but the other way round. i get muddy all the time, literally. i do love to go hunting, and often leave the pack in the hands of the beta. i can trust the beta with my life, and that's good. i am a good leader, i know that. i don't want to sound modest or anything. i think i am friendly, and am definitely a joker and can get mega flirty around someone i like. i am basically crazy and hyper.if i was to describe myself in one word it would be....unicorn.

the nights were cold and endless, the days short and merciless. one pack tried to escape the eternal darkness, but didn't succeed. as the conditions were starting to get worse, one fae fell to the ground, whimpering. before the pack could act, 5 little pups lay squirming in the deep snow. the pack rushed to them, grabbing them immediately out of the snow. the pack ran, in search of warmth or shelter from the snow. it wasn't long before their search, this time, was successful. a huge cave lay before them, empty. the pack entered cautiously, and searched it, checking their theory. empty, definitely. the pack rushed in, a sudden warmth hitting them. they lay the pups down, and tended to them. 4 of them were pure white, the other, completely black. the pack glanced at the mother, then at the father. if both parents were white, why was there a black pup? the parents ignored it, but the mother looked guilty. she was hiding a secret, and that was visible in her face, but the pack was too engrossed in the pups to noticed that.

it had only been months since that happened, and the mothers secret had been spread. her mate, the alpha, and the one who thought he was the father, was furious, but he couldn't blame the pups, he could only blame his mate. he glared at the fae, and sent her off, banishing her from all the pack's territory, and was forbidden to ever talk to any of the pack again. the mother nodded, her eyes swelling up with tears, but she understood. she began to grab the pups, taking the unique one first. the brute snatched it off her. "take the other ones. this one is mine. you cannot talk to it, nor can you interact with it. to the pup and me, you have never existed." the brute told the fae, and the fae swallowed hard. "can i atleast name her?" she murmured. the brute nodded. "poison apple. apple for short." the fae whispered, and nuzzled her pup, who looked up at her with big brown eyes full of fear, sadness and confusion. the fae gave her a tearful smile, and walked off. as the fae disappeared into the distance, you could hear her soft sobs.the brute glanced down at his pup, or his adopted pup now. he gave it a smile, and whispered in its ear "don't worry, we never needed her."

life hadn't been too easy after that. the pup was growing perfectly, but the area was being infected by bears, and elders had begun to whisper about the flame that would be coming. it wasn't serious then, and everyone passed it off as another fake rumour. but boy, it wasn't! the brute had never stopped loving the pup, and had never mentioned her mother, but the faes questions had to be answered, and the wolf would make sure of it. she kept pestering her dad daily, asking him where her mother is. all he could tell her was that she was out hunting, and returned only at night whilst she was asleep, and went minutes before she awoke. apple thought that maybe if she woke up minutes earlier, perhaps she would catch a glimpse of her mother, but she never did. after that her curiousity only grew, right until her father had to tell her the truth. "she cheated, apple. she betrayed me, and you. she was mated by another brute, who was secretly her mate. she used me to gain power. she was a horrible wolf she was, and you never, ever want to meet her." "but what happened to her? where is she?" the father sighed. "that i don't know, my child. i banished her from ever interacting with members of this pack, and it stays like that. she left with your siblings, and i don't know where she is, or what she's doing, but even now, after what she did, i still wish that she's ok, and happy. i don't know why. it's just love, i suppose. she stole my heart, and she ran away with it. looks like i won't get it back."

the pup, by now, was no longer a pup. poison apple was a strong, adult, four year old female wolf. she was also now lead hunter. her father had offered her to be beta many times, as had the beta male, but she rejected every offer. the beta male and her had become mates, and apple wished that he would finally accept one of her many offers to mate. the days had passed, and the alpha and apples mates' birthdays had arrived. the mere rumour of the fire had become much more, and the wolves of the packs now feared it. but, the alpha promised that this day they would move. but, that promise was too late, far, far too late. right as the constant chatting was finishing, and the night was coming, a sudden light appeared. it was bright, really bright, and apple wanted to know what it was. it couldn't be the moon, nor would it be the sun, so... the elders were right! "father, father! the fire! there's a fire!" she exclaimed, but she was too late this time. the fire circled the pack, showing no escape. the pack howled and whimpered, and apple glanced at her father and her mate. she was too distracted to see that the fire had began to circle her. but her mate was seperated from her, and was in further danger. she called out to him, but it was too late. his body was burnt. apple broke down into tears, but would survive only for him. she leapt over the flames, escaping with a couple of her pack-mates, leaving with only a few burns and scars.

she and the few survivors started their own pack, grabbing a few stragglers on the way. apple promised herself she would forget about her mate, and her life in the past pack. she would start again.

hello there m'lady, or sir. i am demons laughter,but i would much rather you call me demon.oh, and of course you wish to know where such an odd name came from. my mothers mind. haha. the real reason is because my father was referred to as a demon, evil, cold-hearted and cruel. he promised he would take over the world, and he had this evil laughter that everyone knew him by. that's where my name originated from. and, umm, my father never conquered the world. and, before you ask, i definitely do not have the personality of him. i am more like my mother, as people say. i don't actually know what she was like, i never met her. anyway, moving on, i am of three years old, and a brute. i don't look feminine do i? and my rank is a hunter. i would love to be the lead hunter, but i am fine with just being a regular one. there is really not much difference anyway.

i have to say, i am handsome. ha. i am a toffee coloured wolf, that toffee also infused with white and black. my eyes are a golden and brown mix. i escaped the disaster with no burns, left with only three scars on my right shoulder.but, that wasn't from the fire. that was when i was one year old and stupid. basically, i fought a baby bear, kind of. it attacked me, and i ran... yep. i was a coward then. my paw pads are a dark grey and my nose pure black. my inner ears are a mix of white and black. my left ear is white, my right ear white and black, mostly black. that is all.

i enjoy hunting, and am quite the huntsman i've been told. or should i say- huntswolf. yes, i hate humans. being honest, i believe that it was they who brought the fire to us. i don't exactly trust them, being honest. i am a brave, outgoingwolf, who prefers to be a gentleman rather than some rude snob. i am friendly and caring to my allies, and will be very protective of them. i have to admit, i can get a bit over-protective. get on my bad side, i will get ferocious. just a heads up. every wolf has fears, and i am no different. after my particular encounter with them before, i now fear, and dislike fires. i also hate hearing wolves whimper and whine as it indicates that they are upset, depressed or injured in some way or form, and if that was to happen to any of my allies, i would be scared out of my mind. i wouldn't know what to do or say.

night had fallen, and the sun had risen, all that could be heard were calls of birds and, something not as calming, a wolf whimpering in pain. her pups had been born early, and she was now suffering blood loss due to that. the grass was coated in blood, as the fae closed her eyes, never to be opened again. the father was hunting at that time, but when he returned to find his mate dead, he didn't fill with sadness. he was actually fine with the event, and didn't seem bothered at all. he looked down at the pups, and laughed. "puny, worthless creatures. none strong enough to survive. all soft and weak. none decide to represent me, in my..." he chuckled. "evil ways." he looked them over, taking the liking to the toffee coloured one. "but you, you sir, i like. handsome, like me. stronger. better. name?" he twisted the pup over. "demons laughter, after myself." he grabbed the one pup by the neck, leaving all the others squirming amidst the grass, crying out for help. "oh, but let's not be so cold-hearted now." he walked back. "i'll make them a grave." he dug a relatively small hole in the ground, and threw the other pups in, then, he covered them, whilst they were still alive. "wouldn't survive this cruel world anyway." he grabbed demon, and left.

the months had gone by, and the two wolves had finally been accepted into a pack... kind of. the brute had forced the alpha to accept them in by having a battle. unfortunate for the exalpha, demons' father had won, making him the alpha of the pack. however, demons father was cruel to all the pack members, and many of them wanted him to be overthrown or taken out of power, but, whenever he heard someone say that, he would... murder them. those thoughts, had to stay as thoughts. despite demon being his son, demons father would force him into working his way to the top, starting him as an omega. the now alpha said that he would choose no favourites, and the pack members could treat demon as a regular omega; like he was worthless.

it was only a year later when war broke out. somewolf decided to challenge demons father, and surprisingly, the new wolf won. demons father was absolutely furious, and weak. he told demon to strike, but demon just shook his head. "i'm an omega, father. i have barely any rights, and i'm not even able to challenge the alpha for his position. sorry." "well i hereby make you beta!" his father exclaimed, his anger levels rising. demon once again shook his head. "you're no longer alpha, you don't have the right to change my position." demon murmured. his father glared at him. "and you don't have the right to be my son!" he yelled, then walked off. "i already am" demon muttered under his breath.

demon was then changed into a hunter, since he had no reason to stay as omega. he had proven himself worthy. he immediately set off hunting, alone. the forest was infested by bears, but demon wasn't scared, and knew that it wouldn't be likely that one would come. unfortunately it did. a young bear, only a baby had come to him, and scratched him with 3 claws. demon whimpered and ran off, in fear that perhaps the mother bear would come soon.

it wasn't long before the disaster came. no-one could say they actually expected it, well, other than the elders. they kept on repeating it to the wolves of the pack, and they all took it off as 'fake', all apart from demon. the elders had predicted many things, and all those things had come true. they predicted it wouldn't be long until his father was overthrown, and that was true. what if this was true, too?

it was. the alpha and the betas birthday came, and as the elders believed, the fire came. demon escaped, he didn't exactly look back so he didn't know whether his father is actually alive, or if he burnt in the flames, all he did was look forward and follow poison apple.

haha. sorry ladies, i have no crush. i suppose you could say i'm on the search for love, because i also have no mate. pups? i have thought of having them, but i have no mate to carry them. so, no, i have no pups.

siblings? i don't think i have any. and if i did i don't know them. ah yes- never mind. father told me they were killed during winter, so they are dead. my mother? she died from blood loss. my father is devils ruler and, i don't know whether he is alive or not.
