{Why did he have to be so irritating? Although the shell of the argument was rooted in a petty argument and some uncaring words, it was the physical changes in her lifestyle that had arisen that really upset her. Having someone who you did everything together with, and depended on so much for peace of mind and care, to tell you that you needed to find someone who could care for you in rank? Tempest knew it wasnt a personal jab at her, but it felt as if it was his way of saying he didnt want her anymore. Thats what upset her. Agape had no interest in having any power over the pack, which meant she would have to step down. Or, as he suggested, find someone who wanted the rank just incase something ever happened were she needed protection. Tempest spent many nights thinking about the dilemma, and the more time that past the larger the oscillation grew. When she lunged at him when the fight began, she decided it was best to walk away to cool down. That quickly grew into both of them avoiding each other, and the other wolf never approached. Which led to a boiling anger to form. "The Agape I met, and bonded with, wouldnt watch someone they cared for find a mate only for protection." Tempest spit, her tail flicking behind her in agitation. Although she was still mad, the more she ran it over in her head the more agitated she got.Not anger, but a mixture of frustration and stress. Her body tension eased, but it in no way mean the conversation was over. Tempest knew she needed to find someone to help run the pack, as in recent she had been under the weather. Not to mention her paw, which if used in the other wolves advantage, could cause her to lose a challenge. }

{Foalan was in shock. Normally Cain was anything but personable, but today he was on a total roll. The brute pinned his ears back and let out a small snarl, stepping towards the other male. "Any wolf in this pack has a chance to prove themself an actual rank. You know very well the omega position is for new and difficult wolves. The only one who has created this scnerio is yourself Cain," he snarled towards the opposing brute. It was true, Tempest didnt enjoy having the role of Omega's in the pack, especially with the past she had. The rank was used mostly for new wolves who still needed to show a skill or interest in a particular rank within reason. Truthfully, if any Omega came to his sister and spoke of an interest for a rank, and demonstrated a want for the pack life, Tempest would place them there regardless of skill. There were few cases when the rank was used for wolves with attitude issues, but Cain was about half of them.To that day, Foalan had no clue why the other brute decided to join the pack. The brute took another step closer to the male, his hackles rising. As he spoke of his sister, the fuel of anger boied inside of him. "No one asked you to be in our pack Cain. Frankly, I dont think anyone would care if you left. You have a sour attitude, and no skill set to show other than a genuine hatred for everything. If you actually showed you could benefit our pack instead of be a detriment to it, there could have been a better rank for you. " Foalan took a deep breath and sat, his ears flicking back towards the attention of the brute infront of him. He had a good rank, and his sister was a tad harsh on him, so fighting an omega certainly would not help the situation, "Dont speak of your Alpha like that. Just because your incapable of being an asset to the pack doesnt mean there is an issue with ours."

The large bear lifted his head at the sound of paws in the distance, throwing his body onto his back feet. As Trenzor was seen he let out a roar, the sound echoing in the cold empty air. As he stood up the snow which had accumulated on his back from his travels fell off his body, his warm breath fogging the air. He charged towards the wolves, barreling Trenzor to the side like a doll. There was no real strength in it, as it was obvious he was not the leader in the hunt, bu the wolves behind which were obviously trying to get him to step back. He had no interest in small playthings, but if you killed the root of the issues, they all dissipated.The large bear spun after thenotjer male, Ekaitz, slashing his paw outwards to the wolf as he circled from his left. His paw lifted away with blood, although little as she fell to all fours from the nipping in his heels.

The male rolled into the snow as he had been toss a little bit to the side. The brute soon let out a small growl as he flicked his ear back. The brute has heard a few of his pack mates trying to call him back. After a moment he soon saw the bear didn't mind him a little bit. The male glances over at the hunting group before he flicked his tail to the side as he was trying to think of how he could make the bear not notice his pack members. He didn't seem like it but he did care for the pack greatly. He soon went to bark at the bear as he went to nip at its back end a bit before he went to jump on top of the elk's thigh as he was trying to not have anyone in his pack hurt. He lowers his head as he showed his teeth a bit. "I would just run after the elk and track them! I can get away from this thing." He had often planned out the outcome when he realizes the issue at paw.

• Jax yelped out a high growl as Ekaitz and Treznor were struck. He howled to get the rest of the pack’s attention. They were all going to kill themselves if they didn’t focus and work together- screw rules, it was time Jax took charge of the situation. His survival depended on it. “Listen! He’s smarter than you think. Look at the way he’s targeting Ekaitz and Treznor. He knows we’re confused and he’ll use that to his advantage. We need to wolves to attack from behind. When he turns, the wolves left need to attack his back again. Keep him going in circles until he’s weak. Then we go for the throat.” He spoke forcefully, hoping the pack would take his advice. Omega’s might not be valued, but they needed Jax right now. “Treznor, if you’re going to run, you’re running to camp and telling Tempest! Or you stay and fight.” He flicked his ears, realizing that might have been harsh. “How injured are you? Ekaitz!” He sprung forward as the bear lunged at the other male again with his gigantic, clawed paws.

Senka shook her head at Raoul, "The bear already knows we are here. We may have to fight." Just as she spoke the bear roared and charged. She watched Ekaitz, try to distract it from the party and winced as he was hit and how the bear threw Treznor. She turned to the omega who started shouting out commands. She smiled knowing that that was that they should do to get rid of the bear. She barked looked to Raoul hoping he would do the smart thing and raced off to protect Jax and Ekaitz from getting hurt yet again. "Jax take Ekaitz away so that he won't get hit again. Unless he can move." She raced off to the bear and nipped at his back paws.

Ekaitz felt his body get thrown by the bear. His body scratched and leaking blood. He slowly got up just as Jax and Senka got to him. "I'm fine. I swear." He winced a bit, but he was able to stand, "I can continue. I can help." He looked at his side and only a long scratch could be seen. It wasn't deep and it wasn't too bad. "Thanks, Jax." He turned to the bear once more and looked over to the male next to him. "You gonna help?" He asked the male as he slightly smiled and jumped into the fight Senka had joined into. He matched her movements and each of her blows. Moving out of the way when a paw was swung every now and then.

Raoul shook his head in disbelief when his pack mates stated that they want to fight. This
couldn't end well. Maybe a wolf party could take a bear down, or at least chase it away, but
not without anybody getting seriously hurt. And the bear wouldn't have been provoked if
Ekaitz and Treznor didn't anger it. Raoul was about to say something when the predator
roared loudly and started fighting with his pack mates. The lead hunter knew nobody listened
to him anymore and to protect the wolves he had to join the fight, even though he knew how
stupid and irresponsible it was.

The brute remained behind the bear, getting closer to bite at his hind legs to distract him from
the other wolves when he was about to attack. Raoul had no experience in fighting such large
predators, he was always told to avoid them. He hoped the animal would finally focus on him
so that the others would have a chance to attack.

Nita's head rose when a loud howl echoed through the camp. She narrowed her eyes,
slightly disappointed that she couldn't continue her rest. The female got up and joined the
pack who stood around Tempest. She kept her distance from them, not really up for getting
too close.

After the alpha finished her speech, she sighed. The thought to join the hunt didn't even
cross her mind, she wasn't good at team work anyways. Besides, she'd most likely mess
everything up and make the hunt turn into one big failure. Nita just sat down, observing all
the wolves talking and getting ready. She decided to wait until it gets quiet when they leave,
so she'll be able to find a nice spot and have a nap.

The brute growled at the omega as he snapped. "I am not going to run! I am not letting this bear kill any one of you nor will it be able to be allowed to stay here!" The brute snarled as he soon saw the lead hunter, his fellow hunter as well as Treznor's fellow scout. The male soon looked at the omega before he barked. "Everyone get in a circle but stay out of the bear's range. Each time he turns the wolves behind him should be able to nip the back end but be fast. The wolves in front of this thing need to keep the bear involved with them long enough for this to happen." The scout soon thought for a moment as he soon glances around as he slowly circles the bear a little bit as he was making sure he could see the bear's movement. "Raoul, We can't have you hurt so we need you to keep the bear's eyes on you since if anyone gets hurt it is the ones who are biting the back end of the bear. Once he notices what we are doing he will come for the ones in the back so that will mean we need to make sure we change it up each time." The brute barked as he was thinking about each outcome. He was hoping not many would be hurt with this. The brute was already hurt but he was not going to let that stop him. Treznor thought for a moment as he looked at Jax. "We need to make sure this thing does not come for our lead hunters so we have to fight are yall all ready?" he flicked his tail a little bit.

The bear was little more than irritated by the group of wolves, as he easily had 300 pounds on each of them. After eating he felt his body rejuvinated of spirit and will, which was all he needed. As he felt his skin being ripped on his back leg he slammed his body into a nearbye tree, trying to crush the wolf Raoul in the movement. The bear was sure that this wolf was the leader, as he was so willing to put himself indanger in order to protect the fellow wolves.

The sound of Orabelle's voice startled Adira for a moment, she hadn't even noticed the other female walking towards her. Her kind gesture made Adira's black lips curl into a smile, she hadn't been given much attention since she had joined the pack as an omega 'That would be wonderful, thank you,' she responded in delight 'though, I'm not much of a hunter' she added with a a short laugh. Adira got up to her feet, standing at eye level to the other wolf, 'Please, lead the way' and gave a slight bow of her head. Her mother had always taught her to respect every wolf, even if they may not completely deserve it at the time.

Jupiter's words quietly crept out of her mouth, they could be visualised as clouds drifting through the cold air by an imagintive mind, her entire demeanor was that of a mouse. Sneaking around inaudibly, wincing at the slightest thing. What had happened so badly in her previous life to effect her as it had? 'Juniper', he repeated with a smile 'I'm Lucius, though I presume you already know that.' he declared moments later. The young fae's name rang in his ears like heaven's bells. She seemed unsettled when talking of her last pack, and even more so when talking about her brother 'He does seem like quite the, character.' Lucius said, attempting not to cast judgement on a wolf he seemed to hardly know - though his attitude shook the earth beneath him, reminding him of his last pack and their horrible relationships towards each other.

This was probably the worst possible moment to start an argument, but Treznor was really getting
on Raoul’s nerves. He hasn’t only tried to drag the bear’s food away from him without listening to
others telling him to stop, but now refused to run and tell Tempest. They weren’t far from the camp,
and more wolves’ help would mean a lot to them. The lead hunter heard him say something, but
couldn’t fully understand because of the roars the bear made and all the chaos around them. He let
go of the bear’s hind leg and his head shifted to Treznor, the male’s ears perking to hear what he was
barking. In the brief moment of him not paying attention to the bear, the predator’s large body
pushed him towards a tree, only a lot of luck saving Raoul from being crushed right away. A quick
and quiet yelp escaped his maw, more because of shock than actual pain. He backed off to keep a
distance from the animal, his lips curling, exposing his teeth.

• The white she-wolf grinned. “I’m a caretaker, I’m the definition of ‘not much of a hunter’” she laughed, padding out of camp. As they got farther into the forest, Belle’s eyes widened. Fearful howls and loud roaring caught her attention. “Adira, do you hear that too? Oh, stars!” She broke out into a run, her long legs carrying her swiftly through the trees. She froze at the scene unfolding before her- the bear, the hunting party, locked in a battle that seemed impossible to win. She knew her den was going to be filled with the injured after this. Her and Agape were going to be busy.

Teeth bared and paws flying, Jax threw everything he could at the bear. He snarled as Raul was hurled at the tree, but Jax used the opportunity to grasp the bear’s back leg in his powerful jaws.
