- |⊱| : : . Savion: A five year old, purebred, male Samoyed. He was born off the side of the road in a remote town just four miles away from the bustling city of Novosibirsk, Siberia. This dog was born to a Samoyed mother named Natalia, a sister named Antonina, and another brother named Nikolay. Savion's father, Abram, had belonged to a poor farmer. He met his in-heat nomadic mother when she was passing by the farm and the two fell quickly in lust. A pregnant Natalia, after coldly figuring out Abram was a heinous brute, fled to a nearby abandoned farm and had her three pups there. She remained in the barn with them for quite some time, living off of distilled water, field mice, and the occasional rabbit. When Savion and his siblings were old enough to walk and think a bit for themselves, their mother quickly taught them about the nomadic life and they set out. They migrated to the capital, Novosibirsk, and decided to make themselves home there as strays.
In Novosibirsk, the family of four stayed together. Their mother being the leader, Savion and his siblings followed after her and learned a great deal from her. They lived their lives stealing food from food stands, begging, and fighting neighboring dogs for food prizes. The three were assigned one of these three jobs, Savion's sister choosing stealing, Savion's brother picking fighting, and Savion being stuck with begging. Their mother made numerous homes in nearby alleyways, abandoned houses, or dumpsters. The four were a close-knit family and pack who loved and cared for one another tremendously. They lived relatively peacefully for about three years.
However, just before their fourth birthday, the mother, Savion, and Antonina lost their brother and son Nikolay to a dog fight. The family was completely broken and shaken up, becoming tighter than ever. To make things a bit brighter, Antonina had become pregnant around this time, and during the following Spring she gave birth to two female puppies. Not long after, Antonina became ill. Savion and his mother cared for the puppies while their daughter and sister rested. Savion named the girls Viktoriya and Darya. When the pups were around 3 weeks old, Antonina passed from infection. To add to the grief, Savion's mother passed of old age around three months later.
Savion raised the puppies as if they were his own. He loved and cared for them and they called him Daddy. He migrated away from Novosibirsk with the puppies to his birthplace, where they learned to hunt for themselves and survive the harsher setting. Darya, at age 2, opted to venture out for herself. Savion allowed her to, despite her choice causing immense pain for him. Viktoriya, however, noticed how the choice effected Savion and chose to stay with him. The two became almost inseparable.
When the two were on their daily hunting, Savion spotted a farm. Feeling some sort of odd connection to it, he and Viktoriya approached. The two were caught off guard when another Samoyed came out and began to attack. Savion was able to fend for himself, but Viktoriya suffered rather fatal wounds. The two managed to escape, but in a matter of a few days Viktoriya passed away from the severity of her injuries. Heartbroken and guilt ridden, Savion fled. It wasn't long before scientists came upon him in a vicious and vengeful state and he was captured for testing. Since then, he's slowly mellowed out, and now remains in a state of melancholy.
Ever since Savion was a pup, he's always been rather quiet and shy. He's awkward when it comes to others and very klutzy with his words. He severely stutters and his eyes dart around nervously when speaking to others. Sometimes, he'll start to even hyperventilate or his ears will flatten and his tail with wedge itself between his legs. However, he has a tremendously big heart. Savion cares deeply and loves wholeheartedly for almost everyone. This trait, however, has lead him to be severely manipulated and his spirit trampled. Regardless, he still blindly loves people and does his best to help them out when the situation calls for it.
This Samoyed is a thinker. Often times, he gets lost in the endless roads and memories. This opens old wounds for him and usually makes him upset. To relieve himself, he'll seek out chores or help others to occupy him physically so he doesn't have to think. To tell if he's lost in thought, his gaze will usually be far off and his ears flattened. His muscles and body will be tense, his jaw clenched, and he may shuffle his paws the slightest.
Today, Savion lives in solitude. His paralyzing fear of losing more individuals he loves or becoming close to others has lead him to shut the world away to leave himself to trifle with his inner demons. However, it's rather sad, because Savion doesn't like to be alone. But, because of his choices and his disinterest in speaking, he has completely sealed himself in this glass being that merely watches the world and other dogs around him. But Savion isn't such a helpless being. He has a strong sense of self and, although he lives in outter silence, has a very loud mind. He's made a vow to himself before that he will help himself, but he can't seem to find the inner strength. He needs someone to show him that it's okay to love and that loving and losing is a way of life.
Savion has no mate at the moment, but he does take a little bit of romantic interest in two people. He always finds his eyes straying to Hot Chocolate and Replay. Something about their looks and the way they present themselves so brightly makes this Samoyed get butterflies inside of his stomach and his paws tingle. Of course, there's also a third crush, but he keeps that one under tight wraps. Savion would never admit these crushes, however. . : : |⊰|
