welcome to the castle located in France. the
king of France had recently died and his oldest
son has just had his coronation and has been
named the next king of France. to continue an
alliance between France and Scotland the king
married the queen of Scotland. there are always
drama, and rumors making their way around the
castle.

as you can probably already tell this based off
of the TV show reign. there will be many
different characters in this role play. from the
king and queen, to the queens ladies, kings
lords and prince and princess. the role play
does not have to follow the tv show so do what
you like which your characters and have them
end up with whoever they want to add drama.

the queen || single || nineteen years old || tagged; none

the queen was in the red and gold carriage with her hands folded neatly in her lap. she listened the sound of the horses hooves hitting the ground as they trotted along pulling the carriage behind them. she could hear the sound of the guards all around the royal carriage. she heard them mention that they were close to the castle. she hadn't been to the castle since she was about six years old and that's when she met the man she was suppose to marry, Eli. she was not sure how she felt to see this certain person again but she was glad to see her ladies and sisters. she peeked out the carriage to get a glimpse of her surroundings but quickly went back to her originally position when she saw the castle. she waited until the guards announced her arrival. "River, the queen of Scotland." she took the hand of the guard and got out of the carriage with a smile on her face. "thank you." she said sweetly as she looked at all the people who were waiting for arrival.

she was excited when she noticed her ladies were already here. she walked over to them and hugged each of them. "it seems like its been forever since I have seen you all." she chose her ladies when she was just a girl, they were her best friends and she knew she could trust them. trust was a hard thing to find when you are a queen. she looked toward her younger sisters when they got out of their carriage. them seemed all grown up, and they were very beautiful. she left the side of her ladies and walked over to her sisters. her brown curly hair flowing lightly in the small breeze. "I have missed you guys." she said hugging them both tightly.

The young prince stood tall, dusting off his clothes a bit as he heard faint noises of hooves hitting the ground in the distance. He smoothed back his hair with one hand, adjusting his shirt with the other, eagerly awaiting to meet the queen and the princesses which he hadn't seen since they were just young children. Obviously, they've changed a lot since then, in appearance and personality wise, he certainly had, after all. Just on the horizon, Marcel noticed a red and gold carriage rolling along toward the castle, followed by two more. One for the queen, followed by the princesses, then the queen's ladies. He thought, watching as the carriages stopped in front of the group that had gathered to greet them as they arrived. He then heard the guards announce the Queen's arrival. River. He thought, recalling the childhood memories he had of the girl, watching as she stepped out of her carriage. She was a lot different that he'd remembered, for sure.

He observed the queen, eyes scanning her before shifting to the princesses along side her. He first glanced at the one he recognized to be Arrosa, he could just tell by her face and the way she acted. The other, must be Brook. He remembered Brook fondly, she was always quiet but, oh, how he loved to get into all sorts of various trouble with her. He gave a friendly smile at the group, in general, he was a prince, after all, and it was his duty to greet them as they arrived and be as friendly as possible toward them. His eyes slowly moved back to the Queen, watching as she hugged each and every one of her ladies before hugging her sisters, saying something he couldn't quite make out to them, probably some sort of greeting. He took this as his que to greet them. He walked up to the queen, giving her a smile. "Welcome to France, River." He said before turning to her sisters. "Welcome, Brook, Arrosa." He said, offering them the same warm, charming smile, giving them each a bow.
