the glittering city of kyoto is not all that it seem
s. the fanciful, rich citizens and the luxurious th
eaters and faires and the constantly developing
gadgets and machines, brought to life with whir
ring gears and gleaming bronze, may give the c
ity an alluring glow, but look past the glamour a
nd you'll find the ugliness beneath it, hidden aw
ay in dim, dirty alleyways and behind iron walls.

basically life here is fine and dandy for the rich
and entitled, but things aren't so great for the l
ower class. there's a resistance forming across
japan against the corrupt & unfair government,
and this'll focus on a group of people (lower &
upper) in kyoto that are part of the resistance.
