Soushi Harada, or Sou for short. The God of lost and Stolen Technology.

He appears around seventeen to nineteen.
✜ Gender ✜
Male, of course.
✜ Personality ✜
Soushi is a creature of vanity, arrogance and stoicism. Meeting him is like biting into a bitter confection. He looks soft and sweet, harmless but his teeth might as well be fangs with a venomous tongue to match. He might be a God but he goes against every convention of the word with his 'stick in the mud' mind set. He's quite a serious thing who tends to talk to those who he deems as useful to him at some point and he walks with an air of undeserved confidence and accomplishment. He fusses with his appearance and often talks down and patronizes others. He's also selfish. He's not all bad and there are rare moments where he thinks of something other than his own well being. He is also quite worried for his own position in the world, technology changes too fast for him to be able to keep up, but his eyes are keen and he has quite the collection of both old and new mechanisms that he's gathered over the years and even if nobody wants them anymore he takes good care and would chastise just about anyone who doesn't realise the true value of such things.
Most interestingly, he's quite musical, technology pays such a large part in music these days it became intriguing to him and when distracted he will hum quietly to himself
✜ Powers and Abilities ✜
Soushi has a limited power over electricity, so he couldn't bring down a power grid for example but could probably power a car for some time. He can also manipulate the physical aspects of technology, for example he could have a computer bend and snap it's own circuits. When using his powers his right eye will change from it's usual brown colour to a more yellow/green colour and if one looks closely, flecks of 'coding' will flicker across his iris, as though he is speaking to it.
✜ History ✜
Since taking on this form and residing here, he secured himself a safe place to live and began hoarding his beloved technology. In his home, wherever there is space a guest has no reason being, the space is filled with his 'collection'. Which he guards like a paranoid father. Anything stolen, he keeps for himself. Anything lost, he stores away just in case the owner should ever want to come looking, though he probably wouldn't give it back anyways.
He's met no other gods or other supernatural beings face to face, but he knows they exist, he can't be the only one right? and sometimes, he's felt them. sensing something was amiss when they use their own powers. He always tries to stay out of the way of them if he can.
Other than that he's stayed very much under the radar where possible, most humans probably just think he's some weirdo, an arrogant man with an affinity for mobile phones, since his large coat often announces his arrival with it's contents jiggling around next to each other.
✜ Appearance ✜
Soushi is tall, standing at around six foot four inches and normally this is what most people notice about him, his skin is soft, and a healthy pallet of peaches and roses. His features are feminine and thin, his nose small, button like with lips partway between being full and thin. His hair is unkempt and cut into bangs that frame his face and neck, it's colour a mix between ginger and brown and blonde, quite ambiguous really. His eyes are a soft, warm honey brown colour that reflect light at every given moment. His build is thin, and he certainly doesn't look like he can throw a hard punch. More often than not his clothing choice is large sweaters and coats that hang from his girlish frame. There isn't anything particularly attractive or unattractive about him, but his female features have caused people to think he was somewhat 'adorable', but how he hates that term. He feels the cold easily and dislikes being touched, by anyone, but mostly by those with cold hands. There is also an impish element to him, boyish and mischievous, but what is to be expected of a thief?
