The owl watched from above as the leopard lady left, but seeing her fake smile, one she tried to pass as genuine, she let out a soft sigh, thinking they might have been just a tad to harsh on Bella... Or a bit more than a tad, as she thought more about the brief conversation. Her ears rotated as she listened for any signs of prey that she could take down while traveling alongside Mister Buck, when she picked up the sounds of him speaking, once again to herself. She lowered her flight slightly, so she could hear him clearly, and when she did, he just happened to stop to check another trap, so she landed on a branch above him, watching his movements carefully. "If you do not mind, I would enjoy tagging along for your morning ritual. Being an owl, I can only catch small rodents, fish and reptiles, and that does not feed a family of three too well," she hooted quietly, her eyes drifting towards the earth floor.
True, Loki was also in charge of hunting, and bringing back food for her den, but they all, her entire remaining family, knew who took their job seriously, and who didn't. So, because of it, the owl was the one who had to bring home the majority of the family food, and on days when hunting was light, and bad luck followed her everywhere, she normally would not eat, letting the other two enjoy their meals while she watched, or sat at the entrance, deep in thought.

May half listened, have dazed through the conversation between the two chilling humans. She knew, considering what had already been said, that she should be listening to her, but...that didn't mean she necessarily had to. She picked up on a few bits and pieces of their conversation, mainly their low lying threats and their very odd 'conversational' chat. She had begun to completely fade from the conversation, seeing as how she was only a third wheel at the moment, when she felt chilling eyes on her, making a small shiver run across her spine, though, luckily, invisible to all watching. She slowly brought her eyes up to look at the slightly frightening, slightly more so confusing female, and blinked her own eyes, showing she was listening.
Hearing what she said, her brow furrowed, though she let out a low snort like growl. I though all munies were locked up in communities like ourselves?! How did this one escape? What makes her so different from everyone else?! All these questions ran through her head after the female had admitted to being a shifter, though she did have to agree with her on one point; there were hardly any normal 'humans' these days. She carefully eyed her over, thinking, examining, before slowly coming to a conclusion. "I speak with a Bald Eagle or a Wolf," she said carefully, her own eyes becoming slightly dark. She narrowed down to the two options by her speech and personality traits that she currently knew of at the moment.
She shifted her attention as Kenton suddenly returned towards the moose, and, sighing, she did too herself. She blinked at the stranger once again, saying, "Well, I imagine Ill be seeing you around," she said quietly, flicking her ears. As she leaned down to pick up her half of the moose, she shifted mid bend, grabbing her hind legs in her powerful jaws once again, latched on tight, and snorted as they began to make their way back.
