Upon hearing Mei's thoughts and insights on Yeonmi's methods to her spontaneous get-togethers, he then chuckled, "Yeah, you're right. The stresses of life have a funny way of getting in the way, so catching up with friends over a good meal is always great. She's definitely got something good going on for all of us. She's definitely a chaotic good, but in the absolute best way. Her impromptu plans always end up being a good time." It was true, many laughs, deep conversations, and fun times have been had during those get-togethers, and they're memories that will never leave him. He had noticed her tone shift, again, that same sense of yearning and curiosity that he had picked up on, before. He wondered if he should invite her to join them, next time. After all, Yeonmi was always inviting new people she had met, and she firmly believed that the more she could gather, the merrier, so it might be something that Mei would enjoy. Not that he knew her well, so it perhaps may not even be her thing, for all he knew. But he figured she could always decline the invitation, if she wasn't interested.
"Well...she'll probably have another gathering up her sleeve, again, sometime soon, if you ever wanted to-" he began, only to stop mid-sentence as he heard another female's voice floating through the air - seemingly, directed at him and Mei. His eyes landed on a redheaded woman, who appeared to be quite timid, judging by her soft, quiet voice and shy demeanor. She looked as though she was almost surprised to hear herself speak, judging by the way her hand flew over her mouth after a, "Hello," had tumbled past her lips. He then noticed the service dog that was accompanying the woman, and although he was a sucker for dogs, he certainly knew better than to try to pet a service animal. He bowed his head a bit in greeting, responding, "Hello," back, in a polite tone.
Seojun couldn't help but wonder if the girl knew Mei, somehow? That, or perhaps, he thought, she could be new to town, and was just trying to make a few friends? He wasn't quite sure. Though, as soon as Mei spoke, again, he could tell that she didn't appear to know her. He nodded in agreement when Mei complemented the dog, adding, "He is. What breed is he?" Upon hearing Mei ask if it was the girl's first time here, he looked back up at the redhead, somewhat curious about what her response would be.

He couldn't help but chuckle as Nova then froze, seeing that both, he and the woman with the heavy Southern accent, reached out to help her up at the same time. He helped pull her up as he, too, rose to his feet. "Or course!" he responded happily. Upon hearing her ask if he was alright, Nathan nodded lightly. "Oh, yeah, I'm good! I've definitely suffered from worse falls, before!" He chuckled as he had recalled a few instances that would definitely have been considered worse than their current predicament. It was true, as the tall, lanky boy sometimes tended to be a klutzy hazard to himself, and to his immediate surroundings.
Upon hearing the woman and Nova making conversation about Emery, Nathan couldn't help but start laughing as she really drove the baby part home. The young boy, of course, seemed quite bent out of shape as being referred to as such. Ah, how awkward that phase of one's life always was, when they were going to experience starting to make the transition from a child to a teenager. He remembered being embarrassed like that, over goofy, silly little things like that.
He then recalled that the other woman had started to speak with them before their fall, and he glanced back over to her. "Oh, yes! Did you need help with something, by the way?" he asked politely as he picked the mop back up, and started sopping up the rainwater on the floor - and this time, managing not to fall, of course.

As he messaged his sister, he hadn't noticed how all four dogs' ears perked upright, staring off into the distance with a micture of caution and curiosity. He also hadn't noticed the figure standing just a short distance away, their silhouette cloaked by the rain and fog. However, he soon heard a female's voice float through the air, and his gaze shifted up from the ground to see a woman with wavy, light brown hair, and striking hazel eyes, looking at him. All four dogs barked in a friendly way, their tails all wagging excitedly. "Oh, hello," Seon greeted the woman with a friendly smile, "Yeah, same here. I was tired of just being sequestered to the house, though, so I needed to get out, for a bit." His tone was casual, despite being taken a bit off guard, but that was okay. He had an uncanny ability to stay pretty calm, and wasn't one to usually fret, or lose his temper, these days. Thise days were far behind him, andhe wasn't looking back. Link started to attempt to slightly tug on his leash, causing Seon's knee to buckle as the Husky moved forward. "Ah-" he began, "Link, no - stop!" His voice was calm, yet firm. He quickly caught himself, however, as the dog halted before he could go any farther and grunted in irritation, looking back at him. "Sorry," Seon apologized, looking back over to the girl as he regained his balance, "they can be a handful, sometimes. But they've harmless, I promise. They just like meeting new people." Still, he made the dogs keep a distance from the girl, so that she could choose whether or not she wished to engage them. He understood that not everyone liked dogs, some were afraid of them, and some were allergic. And, even if someone did like dogs, that some remained quite cautious around ones they were unfamiliar with.
