Tiergan sat inside the empty hall for some time, not really wanting to do much of anything. With a slight groan he sat up, grabbing everyone's left over plates as he did so. The others were well into their training session by now but instead he was stuck inside on clean up duty. Honestly he didn't mind so much, doing mindless tasks like this was often good for you. It made him feel at least some what normal. Minasa had decided to be the only decent person and take care of her own dishes. Which left him with quite the pile to work with. He loomed over the skin, watching the steaming hot water pour out from the faucet. As long as he never thought about it this task was an easy thing. If he started to think about it, it became disgusting. Silently he washed the dishware, dried them, and then sat them back in their proper place. He was careful not to fumble with them too much. There was his habit of breaking things to take into consideration. Thankfully nothing was broken this time, at least for now. Huffing with satisfaction he finishes the task. It was a times like this when he felt bad for their leader. The man took over many of the dull tasks of cleaning. He was always worried that Hayato would overwork himself one day. Their leader had many people standing behind him but it always felt like he relied on them. It was a rather gloomy topic to be circling in his mind so he pushed it away. The others should still be hard at work outside and, not that he was up for it, he decided to join them. Or, at the very least, he wanted to watch them do the hard work. With that Josie had come bursting in the door, a gleam in her eyes. She shouted something about leaving and before he could argue with her she disappeared. Taking one final look around the area he made his way towards the outside training grounds.
It always seemed so much bigger to him. The grounds had everything a warmonger could ever dream of. In that sense it was a pretty amazing site to behold. The sun was already high in the sky by the time he walked out. It made him feel like he spent too much time inside. From what he could see it was indeed true that the others were hard at work. Not wanting to interrupt them he sound his own little spot to sit, on the ground. Sure, there was other places to sit but he wanted to get a good view of the show that was starting. Ayame was their newest member. The girl had guts that was for sure and it made things interesting whenever she spared with someone. He was just content to watch her and Hayato square off so he sat in silence. (I am so sorry for my absence I've been very busy and I apologize. Hopefully I will now have time to post more, though they may be short. Again I am sorry for holding things up x.x)

Hayato Mikoshiba - Male - Leader - 24 - Tagged;; Ayame, Minasa, Coyote, Tiergan
After showing Ayame the basic moves, he stopped to watch her do them. Her sword was a bit longer than his was, so it was a bit different, but it was basically the same. Once she ran through the moves, he repeated the set and made sure she followed along. After running through it a few times, he nodded at her. She was doing rather well, and it seemed that she had a natural affinity for blades. Watching as she ran through it a few more times, Hayato noticed that Tiergan had joined them. He turned back to Ayame, calling for her to stop only after she had run through it multiple times. "Alright, that should do for now. Go ahead and put the sword away. You can either do plain hand-to-hand combat, or train under someone else for a while. Your choice." Glancing over at the others, he watched them all go about their business for a moment. This was the life that he enjoyed- helping out the citizens of the capital, but still having time to just relax with each other.
After a moment of watching, something caught his attention. A black speck was approaching the base, and the shape soon came into focus- a raven. Hayato immediately stiffened up, his left arm snapping out stiffly. The bird circled a few times before landing firmly on his arm, left leg held out. A small, rolled slip of paper was attached to it, and he quickly undid the string around the bird's leg. Once the message was untied, the bird squawked loudly and flew off in a flurry of feathers. Unrolling the note, Hayato quickly read it-
'We've come to find that Viscount Dunleavy has been accepting bribes and executing and imprisoning innocents.
Only he is at fault for this. Do what you must.'
His eyes narrowed as he scanned the paper, a light growl escaping him. So, another target. At least he wouldn't be as well protected as a noble or duke would, and he probably didn't know how to fight either. That was good for them. Motioning for the others to gather round, he spoke lowly.
"We have our next orders. Viscount Dunleavy, and only him. No one else, unless the guards attack. He lives in a large house to the west of town. We move out at dusk. Once Josephine returns, we will discuss the strategy." With that, Hayato waved for everyone to return to their training. As he moved to the side of the training area, he leaned up against a fence post and stared in the direction of the capital. They hadn't done any serious fighting since they had encountered that danger beast, and while he wasn't worried, he was still concerned on how it would go. The only answer was that he would have to carry for those that couldn't, and hope that everyone would flow together. This would be Ayame's first mission as well, and she would most likely go as backup and fight with the sword she'd chosen.

Josephine
People watched me as I passed. I had bought some bread, eggs, milk, some meats and was now on my way to the bakery to buy some sweets with my money. I felt the strangers eyes on my gun as it rested against my hip, but I paid them no attention. I knew the gun was something rare and that's one of the reasons I loved it. It was unique, different and something you could never forget. Maybe that's why I loved it, because it was one of the things I saw when I woke up in the forest those years ago.
I walked in through the doorway to the bakery and smiled at the man behind the counter. "Ah there's my favorite coustomer! Where have you been? Some boys around town been looking for ya, something about asking for ya hand." Mrs. Holly laughed and lend across the counter. Mrs. Holly was a big woman, she was strong and stood her ground when she knew what she was fighting for.
"Oh, just around. Been making deliveries for my family, but now I'm back and I have a craving for some of you cookies." I tend to lie to the townspeople about my personal life. Giving out information about the Night Raid would most likely send Hayato into a fit. "I'm sure those boys wouldn't want me, I can't remember anything about my past." I squated down and peered through the glass. "Let's see, can I get 5 chocolate-chip, 6 sugar cookies and 5 pumpkin snickerdoodle?"
"Sure thing, buttercup!" She reached down and pulled out my order and put it in a small white box. "And of course those boys want you, even with your memory problems. I think you just have a special boy already." Mrs. Holly smiled and brought the box over to her register. I felt a blush creep up my face.
"Mrs. Holly, why do you insist on trying to set me up with men? I like my life the way it is, without a love life!" I handed her the amount I owed her.
"Whatever you say!" Mrs. Holly chuckled and slid the box over to me. I took it and left the shop. I had to fight away the blush that was still on my face. I was halfway back to the house when I looked up at the sky and saw a black bird. A mission?! Oh I hope so, Mrs. Holly has my head where it shouldn't be and a mission would put it right back where it belongs!
I hurried back to the house and rushed through the door."I'm back!" I called and began emptying the bags and putting things where they belong. When no one answered I shrugged."Guess their all training." I grabbed a cookie and walked back into the training area. "Hey I'm back!" I repeated and starred nibbling on my cookie.
I am like a brilliant red rose. So beautiful to look at that you just want to have it, but you do not see the thorns I have. I have the beauty of lady but the attitude of a caged tiger!

║╚══════════╝ Minasa listened close as Hayato spoke, she had been waiting for what felt like ages to go out on another mission and the news couldn't have come sooner. She nodded her head as he finished and then walked away from the group, looking towards Coyote whom had been standing a little ways off. She smiled kindly at him, her cheeks flushing a slight pink. Lately she had just been that way, just acting different towards him and she couldn't understand why. As she noticed her pigment change she flushed an even brighter red, turning to look away and exit the training grounds. Once outside she let her body relax, shaking her head in embarrassment. "you idiot, why are you smiling like a buffoon...." she said to herself, mentally smacking herself for doing so. She made her way through the hallways towards her bedroom and entered the door slowly, peaking inside to make sure no one had possibly infiltrated it while she was away. After giving herself the all clear she headed inside, leaving the door ajar as she sat on the bed.
She ran her right hand along her left arm, stopping at the connection point. It felt like it was on fire and she cringed at the pain. Ever since her brother passed her arm progressively got worse and worse, causing more and more pain that sometimes it felt unbearable. Perhaps it was because she had lost some of her will, and her weapon could sense it, sensing it's wielder wasn't the strong warrior she once was. Groaning she unhinged the strap that helped to hold the arm in place and turned it, clicking the prosthetic off and laying it on the bed beside her. It felt nice, to be free of that awful burning feeling but she was embarrassed to be seen this way. She had only been seen arm less while fighting and in the heat of the moment not many people would notice her missing limb, but when in the base she was adamant about keeping up a show. She didn't want to show her weakness and her handicap, it wasn't right for a second in command to be weak like this. Frowning she lay back on the bed, her hair cascading off the edge as she did so. "Ugh." she groaned as she feverishly rubbed the spot where her arm used to be, attempting to rub away the last of the burning feeling.
Back from Hiatus, starting fresh I guess.

Coyote watched Minasa leaving the training grounds from the corner of his eye, no doubt heading off to her room. She seemed.....out of it. It was like the second-in-command was weary of her burden, worn out by her own Imperial Arm. Such things weren't surprising, especially when one experienced a great amount of trauma. For quite some time after he'd lost Elaine, Draig had not reacted to Coyote quite as well as it had before the events had transpired. Still, he took the time to head over to Ayame, patting her head to encourage her in his own way before heading after Minasa. It wouldn't bode well if she couldn't fight at her best, and he needed to rectify that. Even if it was just listening to her, hopefully the knowledge that somebody understood what she was going through better than anyone else would be enough to improve Minasa's mood. Coyote could only hope things would play out that way. He didn't know if he could bear to lose another person who had struck through to the core of his heart. Once was enough for the ex-soldier.
Stopping before Minasa's bedroom door, Coyote knocked thrice to signal his presence. Of course, he didn't on budging from his spot outside the door until she finally opened it, but it was the polite thing to do. Barging into a girl's room might have......negative repurcussions. Especially if they were not presentable.

║╚══════════╝ A knock was heard at Minasa's door and she jumped up from the bed quickly. Walking to the door she stopped, noticing her missing limb lying on the bed next to her. "oh, crud." she said quietly as she hurried back to retrieve it, latching it back into place with a wince. Once more she headed to the door and opened it slowly, seeing Coyote standing outside. "Oh, hello 'yote" she said with a smile as she pulled the door ajar inviting him in.
She headed to her bed and sat quietly, the small child size bed still resting in the corner of the room, untouched and gathering cobwebs.
"What brings you here?" she asked kindly, not expecting a vocal answer but after being with him here for this long was able to understand his funny way of communicating. She watched him closely, taking in each aspect of his form. Yes he was strong and handsome but he had a hidden pain, something that he tried so hard to hide from others but if looked at closely you could notice the rare spec of grief. She knew everyone had their own issues and everyone struggled through their own things but being a nuturer she wanted badly to help the others through their pain... even if she herself still couldn't get through hers..

Coyote said nothing, simply walking into Minasa's room and turning to look her in the eye. 'I'm here to discuss what is troubling you'. That was the message his expression was sending, and it did so much better than his voice would. After not using it for so long, Coyote doubted his voice would be anything but hoarse if he ever tried to use it again. Expressions. Those were his words now, and they spoke much louder than any voice he could have mustered. 'I'm here to talk about you. I am worried that your past is weighing you down far too heavily lately. You can talk; I will listen.' Coyote looked over at the child-sized bed, his eyes clouding over with worry and......a tinge of regret. The bed served as more than just a reminder of what Minasa had lost. It reminded the ex-soldier of the woman he had lost, the chance he had lost at forming a family of his own. What would his children have looked like? Would he or Elaine have influenced them more? The pitter-patter of little feet was something he had long since given up on, but Minasa's brother had been dear to her. How she must miss him so, how she must feel to wake up each day and not see the boy. Heading over to the window, Coyote leaned against the wall, looking outside with a wistful expression as he waited for Minasa to speak. Waited for her to get that weight off her chest and let him shoulder the burden instead.
