SIRI MACINTOSH
┏━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━┓
HOUSE: daysfield CRUSH: heath TAGGED: ace, karlie
┗━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━┛

siri should have known she wouldn't stay hidden for long. if she hadn't run into ace, she would be gone by now and none the wiser. unfortunately, she let her affection for ace get in the way of her escape and the urgency she normally felt when fleeing the longleaf house disappeared in his presence. when he first found out about her and heath, she had been surprised that he didn't tell anyone, and hasn't since then. but she didn't think he'd ever actually been confronted with someone he knew, and liked in karlie's case, and had to lie about it. it was one thing to just never mention it, but another to lie to someone's face about who she was and why she was there. she noticed, in response to karlie's question, that he never answered it fully. she supposed it wouldn't hurt anyone if this girl knew her name. she wasn't a top dog at daysfield so she wasn't well known. her accent may give her away though, as she's the only british person over there.

clearing her throat, she gave the redhead a small smile, grabbing her drink off the dryer and gripping her black clutch tighter. she had to make an escape soon before they found out who she was; she wasn't sure ace or heath would protect her from an angry house of people. she didn't they liked her that much. figuring ace would want her gone quickly, away from this girl he liked and away from the possibility of being caught with a daysfield, she took a step back toward the door. with her free hand, she opened the door, letting the warm air in as she was slipping out. pausing in the doorway, she looked at ace and waved, giving him a small, thankful smile before shutting the door behind her.

getting across the street was tricky, because if someone saw her coming over from that side near that particular house, they'd get suspicious. she could always say she pranked longleaf as her excuse, but that was always a risky one as she couldn't prove it if they asked her to. she walked further down the block where she could cross the street without anyone seeing her, and then make her way down that side to the house. when she finally made it there, the house was booming with a party of their own; she wasn't surprised. sighing softly, she made her way inside, slipping between all of the sweaty bodies and trying to ignore the deep bass of the music. she was starting to get a headache from all of it. when she finally made it to the stairs, she quickly went up them, planning to change in her room and then go find sahara. if she couldn't find her, she'd find someone else. when her door came into view, she sighed in relief. it didn't take long to change out of her dress and heels into a batman tank top, ripped blue jean shorts and her black lace up boots. grabbing her phone out of her clutch, she typed a quick message to heath and then to ace.

to heath: i had a great time tonight. we'll definitely meet up tomorrow <3
to ace: it was great seeing you! sorry that karlie saw us. i hope it all worked out and you didn't have to lie to her :/

once the texts sent, she slipped her phone in her back pocket and left her room. she wanted to find sahara, but she doubted she would during a party like this. at this point, she'd settle for finding any of her friends and just relaxing. it was always a pain sneaking out of longleaf after seeing heath, and this time was especially so because she ran into ace and karlie. she still couldn't believe how dumb she'd been to stick around like that. she could only hope ace didn't say anything and the redhead didn't ask too many questions.

(( sahara was also mentioned in this but i didn't feel like tagging her /lazy cx
siri is open for interaction now. she's just wandering around the party, so feel free to have someone talk to her ))

as an avid party animal, ellie was usually the one who would crash and burn only two hours in. this time, however, that wasn't the case. she hadn't participated in the usual blood-pumping activities like dancing or drinking and had instead took cover in the kitchen. since it was walled off from the main room, the noise and voices were merely ear-splitting- unlike the usual 'i'm going to be deaf for a week' sensation that she experienced. the blonde haired girl honestly wasn't sure why she wasn't in the party mood. for whatever reason, everything seemed so dull and uninteresting this time around. she longed for something new to capture her nearly nonexistent attention span. her fingers tapped impatiently on the lavish granite counter top as her brown eyes scanned over each guest as they fumbled with their drinks and acted like utterly wasted morons. being on the outside looking in was not something ellie was enjoying.

she flipped out her phone, texting a few friends back before standing up in hopes of finding something to do. ellie weaved through crowds of sweaty, moving people with her head downcast. the girl didn't get very far when finn came barging towards her, a goofy look in his face. a small, knowing grin appeared on her lips as she noted his pale complexion and dizzy movements. she didn't object when he hastily grabbed her hand and tugged her outside. the fresh, nighttime air hit her face and eased the tension she was feeling from just sitting and people-watching.

"hey there, tiger," she greeted, leaning against the side of the house. the vibrations on her back from the pounding music were oddly soothing. "i'm not surprised. you look like a wreck," she joked, nudging his side. the petite girl stayed gentle though, for he really did look like the slightest touch would cause him topple. "i'm so bored, finn. this party is a total disappointment," ellie sighed, hesitantly glancing up at him. she had been friends with the mason's for as long as she could remember, but her bond with finn was different than the one with zoe. every time she looked at the tall, brown haired boy her heart did a little back flip and her nerves started to get the best of her. even so, she always tried her best to ignore it.

_____________.BRAEDEN THATCHER.__
house 43 longleaf location longleaf party crush nicolette tagged bethany, rowan

boopthere was a certain range of settings in which braeden was comfortable. the playing court. the classroom. the gym. decent, innocuous places like those, where he could actually make progress towards becoming a better basketball player, a better person, whatever. but this? the best way to see just how out of his element he was would be to actually watch him as he stood in an undetermined area between the house and the pool, a single point of stillness in a sea of ever-shifting noise and bodies. it wasn’t a deliberate stillness, either; no, brae wasn’t capable of being all dark and brooding, and he looked more awkward than anything else, a fish out of water. except he could barely swim. and he was currently avoiding the pool at all cost. and…
boop“beth,” he greeted with obvious relief at the sight of his friend. somebody to put out of him misery at last. “yeah, I guess you could say that.” his tone was decidedly less giggly than hers, however, and it didn’t take a sherlock holmes to detect that he wasn’t enjoying himself as much as he ought to be. it wasn’t that brae didn’t have friends here; on the contrary, he thought it was within reason to assume that all the ones he had would show up tonight for one reason or another, regardless of whether they actually belonged to longleaf. maybe it was because beth was the only one he’d seen tonight so far. maybe he’d be able to loosen up a little if he caught sight of another person he knew and could talk to. maybe… maybe the drink she’d just handed him could help speed up the process. accepting the plastic cup from her, he knocked it back, grimacing at the trails of fire it left down his throat. man, this stuff was strong, or at least stronger than he was accustomed to; he wasn’t even sure what it was. brae didn’t make a habit of drinking, but he had a feeling he’d need it if he had any hope of surviving the night.
boop“…we should make out!” the words passed to him through a haze, and he looked up from his suddenly empty cup, clearly startled. what? beth wasn’t… they weren’t… she was a pretty girl to be sure, but she was more of a sister to him than anything else and it felt plain wrong to hear her say that to him, wasted or not. he opened his mouth, then decided better and shut it. he had no idea how he was supposed to respond, especially since she wasn’t in her right mind while he was still in his, though his grasp of reason was already beginning to slip. at last, he managed a weak, “I, um, wow… err, I think you’ve had a little too much to drink?”
boopand then. as if things couldn’t any more awkward. “bethany!” brae looked up at the sound of the voice, eyes seeking out its source. when they did, they narrowed in recognition, and not one of the friendly kind, either. “rowan? what the hell’s he doing here?” he burst out. had he been completely sober, he would have known that it was a pointless question: longleaf parties always turned out to be longleaf/daysfield parties, what with the amount of kids who liked to cross between houses during such events. had he been completely sober, he would have been able to keep his resentment for the other boy to himself. in fact, had he been completely sober, he would have let rowan flee the scene without any further trouble. but the fact remained that brae wasn’t sober, not anymore and not by a long shot, and he definitely wasn’t going to let his enemy get away. what could rowan possibly want with bethany anyway? he didn’t have the right to show up to this party and make a point of singling her out.
boop“you know what, beth?” brae sighed, swinging an arm over her shoulders and, taking the lead, steering her back into the house. “I’m starting to think your idea wouldn’t have been so bad after all. come on.” he grabbed another drink from the table and quaffed it like he had the first one, this time savoring the burn. he probably wasn’t going to remember much of this party, but that was okay; the part of brae that was still rational knew that whatever was about to go down would be best left unspoken tomorrow. “hey, man— rowan!” he called after the retreating daysfield, words — and thoughts, and morals, and memories — slurring. “get your ass back here.”

Rosalyn is a very friendly girl. Outgoing, charismatic, and with a certain magnetic charm, she finds it very easy to make friends. A small-town girl with a heart of gold, she's very compassionate and caring, considerate of others. Sensitive and emotional, Rosalyn is observant, good at picking up on how other people feel and giving advice. She's a very gentle person, carrying a sort of effortless grace, but in a very down-to-earth fashion. Open-minded and tolerant, Rosalyn is a very patient person. She knows when to speak and when not to, having a good grasp of boundaries and personal privacy. A respectable, dependable person, Rosalyn is very honest and rarely ever lies, only doing so for her friends, but never for herself. Generally a very selfless person, Rosalyn tends to put others before her own well-being. Despite not liking scary movies, Rosalyn is actually a lot braver than first impressions, with a strength much closer to home than most realize. She always has a pleasant demeanor, very calm and relaxed. Rosalyn is a laid-back, easygoing person, rarely ever upset or bothered by things. This makes her a peacekeeper of sorts among her friends, good at resolving arguments. She hates fighting with others or watching people feud, so she normally goes out of her way to keep everyone upbeat. Optimistic, Rosalyn likes to look on the bright side of things, not really sweating the small stuff. A good head on her shoulders, Rosalyn has a lot of common sense, along with a fair amount of book smarts. She has a very keen memory, one that is quick to remember details that others tend to pass over. Rosalyn has a very open face. With a wide, familiar smile and a chiming, infectious laugh, she can brighten up a room with her personality. Rosalyn's eyes are large and round, an expressive sea-green, crinkling at the corners with her regular grin. Her rich, dirty brown hair is wavy, cut in shaggy layers. Rosalyn has a genuine, natural beauty that's hard to ignore.

          CHRISTINA GIBSON
HOUSE- daysfield CRUSH- nope TAGGED- hudson

"sounds good to me. but a swim first would be fun." she was glad he'd agreed for a swim, and then pranking. two of her favorite things of course, besides drinking and partying. she had to admit, though, that the music was starting to hurt her head. she followed him off towards the water, and when they got to the edge, she shoved him in, a grin on her face. "oops!" she laughed, cannon-balling in after him, smiling like crazy. she resurfaced, her brown hair dripping around her face. "so, having fun yet?"she asked, smiling widely. she loved hudson, not in that whole 'lovey dovey' way, but in the 'best friend kind of like a brother' way. the two were really close, and he was probably her best friend. she did have to admit she trusted him more than anyone else here. "so, having any fun yet, hud?" kind of a silly nickname, but it was one used most frequently between them, so she naturally went with it.

hudson was... well he was like a brother to her, but more. kind of. it was hard to explain, and all of her girl friends thought they should date, but that's not how she thought of him. she never thought of him like that, never in a romantic way. she never had, and she never would. at least, that's what she believed and thought.
"you're just adorable when you're wet, hudson." she teased, smiling up at him. even in the water, he was still a few good inches taller. hudson.. well they always teamed up together, especially when pulling pranks. the two creative minds were good at wreaking havoc.

ugh this sucks but i'm exhausted and such and ugh.

╚═══════════════╝
it is well for the heart to be naive and the mind not to be.
Oh gosh, Rowan. What are you doing?" Rosalyn muttered a bit nervously to herself as she saw the dark-haired boy leave the Daysfield mansion and trail towards 43 Longleaf territory. Is he going to see his sister? The thought of the brunette girl from the opposite gang made Ross bite her lip uncertainly. She realized it must be very hard to be separated from his sister, especially considering the gap created by the rivalries of the two rich teenage houses, but Rosalyn also figured it wasn't the greatest idea to crash the Longleaf party in his current state. Rowan seemed a bit out of touch with the world at the moment, to be perfectly honest, and Ross wasn't exactly sure how friendly the rival Longleafs would be towards a top dog from the Daysfield house. Rowan's current unsteadiness and his powerful status in Daysfield wouldn't make the Longleafs happy, so Rosalyn did what Rosalyn normally did; she went to clean up any potential messes by going after Rowan. The last thing she wanted was for Rowan to get in a sticky situation or a fight at the Longleaf party. If there was one thing Ross liked doing, it was keeping the peace between the two houses, despite how ornery they both were around each other.
indent"Oh, Rowan," Rosalyn sighed under her breath as she walked up to the doorway of the Longleaf mansion. She didn't even need to go in, as Rowan was skulking out of the front door. Walking as quickly as she could without attracting too much attention, she suddenly found herself looking up at the brunette boy. Resisting the urge to give him a comforting pat on the shoulder, or maybe even an awkward hug, Rosalyn instead wrapped her arms around herself, rocking back and forth while staring up at the taller boy. She heard Braeden's familiar voice echoing from somewhere inside the Longleaf mansion. To be honest, the blonde boy sounded a bit drunk, which would only serve to make things worse for Rowan.
indent"Rowan, are you all right?" Rosalyn felt a swell of pity rise in her chest as her gentle emerald gaze peered at Rowan's darker one. Her voice was soft, quiet, so that Rowan was the only one who would be able to hear above all the commotion of the party. 'You're not... drunk, are you?" Taking a slow breath, Rosalyn had no idea what she was supposed to do. Rowan probably hadn't found his sister, considering the blurred state he was in and Brae's shouted words. Crossing her arms across her chest, Rosalyn hesitantly reached out and placed a reassuring hand on Rowan's forearm. It wasn't meant to be a romantic sort of gesture, but rather, one of friendship and comfort. Raising her voice a little bit to be heard over the blasting, thudding music, Rosalyn asked Rowan, "Do you want me to go find your sister?" Removing her barely-there grip on his arm, Rosalyn looked up at Rowan, the question still lingering in her eyes. Ross wasn't sure what Rowan needed at the moment, but she was one hundred percent positive that she wasn't going to just leave him there. No, Ross was going to help out Rowan for as long as he needed it.

    Hopefully that didn't suck too much for a first post. ;-;
I'm exhausted and I really had no idea what to do, so hopefully it's okay that I crammed Rosalyn next to Rowan.
