Luca knelt next to Alisa, wishing he could do more to help her. He wondered if Sasha managed to drive off this domestic, would they send out the remaining cyborg. He wasn't to keen on the idea of running into the metal man again. If it did come back, he hoped he would have the courage to stand and fight. He didn't want to be a pushover anymore. The glanced back at Alisa. She couldn't handle much more stress, before it became a life threatening risk to her health. They needed a doctor to look at her, but he didn't trust the white coats from the lab.

Alex closed his eyes again as Serena began to pet his ears, purring again. When she offered to get him a blanket he shook his head and moved his arm to stretch once again, careful not to move his broken arm. He let out a big yawn before returning his hand back to Serenad which was still on his cheek "no, it's o-okay" he purred and closed his eyes again, chuckling once again and shaking his head before yawning once again. He moved his broken arm slightly to get a little more comfortable and wiggled his body to try and get comfy in the cot "oh yeah, B-Blake had to leave. And s-said he's sorry and w-will be back" he told her and opened his eyes again to look at her, he hoped he had remembered that right, not sure if that's really what he said.

Serena lightly brushed her thumb over his cheek and glanced up as he mentioned Blake had left. So THAT was his name, ah she knew it was in her memory somewhere. She looked back to Alex as he wiggled to be more comfortable. She stopped playing with his hair to reach behind his head and fix his pillow a bit for him to rest easier. "Am I okay where I'm sitting or do you want me to pull over a chair?" she asked him. The cots were pretty small since they weren't really meant for long term stays, and with Serena sitting on the edge she took up some space that could be used for Alex to be more comfortable. With Alex holding his hand over hers on his cheek she didn't really want to pull away, but at the same time she wanted to make sure he was comfortable enough to optimize his healing process.

Serena wasn't sure how long the scientists would allow them to stay in the medical ward and she would need to move to wrap his ribs soon. If Alex and Serena were forced to leave before he was finished healing it would be very difficult for them back at camp. Serena could barely survive on her own out there, there's no way she'd be able to take care of Alex as well. Sure she could get water and had extensive medical knowledge, but Serena lacked basic hunting and survival skills. This was a huge drawback, Serena was lucky to have others to help her or she would very likely have already starved to death.

She knew how to cook, but she had always used food from the supermarkets, not raw meat shot dead with an arrow or anything like that. She figured as long as Alex was injured she would just have to feed him fruits and vegetables; whatever she could find through gathering. It worried her greatly because Alex definitely did not eat much. His poor eating habits bothered Serena enough already, and she would be continuously annoyed with herself for being unable to provide him with protein. She was sure she would get him to eat SOMETHING at least, there was no way she was going to let Alex continue to skip meals like he did so often.

Serena sighed softly as her mind returned from her worries and she focused her attention back on Alex. She had absently began petting Alex's ears again while she was lost in thought.

"you're f-fine where you're at" he told her with a small smile, moving his head to snuggle into the pillow she had fluffed. Closing his eyes once again as she ran her fingers through his hair. "what's wrong w-with my r-ribs" he purred and moved his broken arm again. It already feeling weird that he couldn't move it and something was wrapped around it "a-and how long will this t-thing on my arm be on f-for?" he added quietly, opening one eye to look up at her. His side wasn't hurting as bad as it was before, which was nice. But right now all Alex wanted to do was sleep. Take a little cat nap. That didn't seem to bad right now. He began to purr again as she pet his ear and close her eyes, a small yawn escaping his lips. He liked it when she pet his ear, mostly because he didn't like it when people touch his ears cause they jerk and pull at them. And his left one was the one Riann had tore, pulling a church of his ear out. So he considered his ears very fragile and sensitive

Blake listened as Alisa spoke. He wasn't aware of any deal she made with the scientists, but he didn't exactly know why they wanted them to come to the lab. He was about to reply to her when his someone blocked his echolocation so he couldn't actually see Alisa or Isam anymore. Only the older Russian man that he had been sent to bring in a few days ago. He didn't even have to clearly see the man to know that he was threatening him. He could hear the animosity in the man's voice. It was nearly an instinct to take a few steps back. "I don't know what the scientists want, they don't tell me anything but who I'm supposed to bring in, but why else would the lab want a mangled. Dying hybrid if not to save him."

Riann smiled and nodded at Willow. "That was actually kind o' fun, I have to admit," she said, grinning. "So, how should we bring it back to our camp? We can't really drag it, it would get all dirty and scraped up." She glanced at the body of the deer, wondering if they would be able to carry it back together.

Ash took the fruit and nodded at what the scientist said about their benefits to him. "Thank you. I prefer fish." He began to peel one of the bananas while he waited for Dr. Sutton to get the protein aspect of the meal. Once the yellow fruit was peeled enough, he bit into the top of it, chewing slowly.

Sasha ceased growling at Kurtis in case they were close enough to Dakota for him to hear. Slightly snarling at Kurtis, she muttered, "Idiot." Before waiting for a response, she took a deep inhalation of air to relocate the trail and continued on her way towards Dakota. She planned on actually capturing him now. She soon was within 15 meters of him, watching him from less than fifty feet away. Crouching behind a tumble of boulders in Dakota's path, she patiently waited for the right moment to pounce.

Dr. David Sutton /\ Male /\ 35 years old /\ Scientist /\ Ash

As soon as Ash told him he preferred fish, he grabbed one out of the freezer and zapped it in a small microwave. He didn't know what kind of fish it was, but he didn't really care. It wasn't an expensive fish. When it was done, he handed it over to the hybrid with another bottle of water. "Again, don't chug the water or stuff your face. You'll get sick. Also, you may not realize it, but Dr. Whibbleshwarbenhieggle is actually helping you. He just has his own way of doing it."

Sasha's lips thinned. He looked back at Alisa, who didn't look to be in very good shape. Isam was dying. He didn't see much choice. "You can't carry both of them. Take the girl, I'll take him," He said, finally moving to let the boy in. "Try anything, and you're dead, kid."

Ash took the water bottle and fish, sniffing the latter for a second before biting into it. He nodded at the scientist's advice to not eat or drink too quickly, chewing the meat slowly as well. After he had eaten a few small chunks of the fish, he opened the water bottle and drank a bit of it. At Dr. Sutton's comment, his little tail twitched and he snorted. "Yeah, he's really helping me, isn't he?" He replied sarcastically. He began walking towards a small trash can in the corner to dispose of his banana peel, only to clench his teeth and fall to all fours as a terribly sharp pain erupted from the back of his leg. He squeezed his eyes shut for a second, then, upon reopening them, said, "I'm sorry, but I believe I've torn a muscle in my leg.." He stood up, his right foot held slightly above the ground.

Blake held his breath as he waited for the bigger, older hybrid to respond. The clock was ticking for Isam, and he didn't want to fight a more experienced fighter with his terrible vision. The older hybrid seemed to realize that Isam didn't have much time left for them to argue about it, and Blake was relieved when he said he was going to help him. Blake flattened his wings against his back and made his way to where Alisa had passed out, completely ignoring the other hybrid inside. "Why would I try anything? Not all domestics are evil. I've actually helped more hybrids out here than I've hurt. Let's just get these two to the lab so they can get help." he replied as he picked Alisa up princess style.

Dr. David Sutton /\ Male /\ 35 years old /\ Scientist /\ Ash

As Ash began to eat, Dr. Sutton sat down and grazed over the notes he had taken on the hybrid. He was new to the dome, so he didn't really know any of the other hybrids nor why he was here. At the sound of sarcasm, he looked back up at Ash. "You don't even know what you are doing here, do you? This facility is designed to create super soldiers, by mixing animal and human DNA. What Dr. Whibbleswarbenhieggle is trying to do is make it so that if your arm or hands get hurt running on all fours, you can continue to run on two legs. You can use your imagination to come up with why you'd be running." he explained bluntly. He looked down for one more moment before he heard Ash fall. At first he didn't know if he was just sore or if he really hurt himself. Then he sighed. "You're lucky I'm an actual doctor, so I'll be the judge of how badly your muscle is injured. This doesn't get you out of training you know, though. Sit." he said as he pointed to the chair.
