The fish was small compared to the squirrel. "Aye, the pickins be small today," He laughed at himself as he let his inner Irish out. "At least we have the squirrel. It'll make great part in a stew," Shrugging at his own comment he turned to face the woods. On the way back he wanted to shift, to feel the lion's senses. To feel the freedom on the large cat. It was hard enough with so little energy and if a battle or mission were to be given he needed to be ready. Turning back to RJ he looked back at the nets. "It would be great to learn to fish like this, for now lets check other traps round just incase we caught another squirrel or rabbit." His mind was officially on meat.

Quinn Leon l 18 l Necromancer l Jamestown
Quinn frowned slightly, she hadn't removed her hand from the boy's and she could feel him shaking, even when the knife had been taken away. Grasping his hand, she subtlety slid her fingers onto his wrist. "Are you sure everything is alright at your home?" She asked, staring into his eyes. Something was wrong, and she wanted to know whether the knife triggered it, or another, more personal affair. Giving the boy a small smile, she waited for an answer.

Looking back down at the hunk of gold, she turns it over a bunch, getting a good look. She stops at one side, to stare at it questioningly. "Well...if it's a
family heirloom, then why is my last name on it?"

::King Jonathon Jackson:: 34 :: Open & Single :: Unknown :: Castle's private gathering room ::"What are you talking about?" he asked, growing irritated. "That is ancient. The language and lettering on that thing is also ancient. It's also probably worn with age and so it appears to be your name." He sighs. "Stop being silly. Hand it over."::Erickson Jonathon Lee Jackson: 16 :: Single :: Powerless :: Coffee Shop Jamestown ::Eric blinked at the girl. He was surprised by her somewhat 'sudden' and deepened interest in him. "Uh," he said, trying to figure out how to deal with the situation. This woman did not need to know of any of his problems. Besides the fact, talking in any derogatory way about his highness was considered tyranny. "Oh, yes, everything is fine at the castle." It isn't a complete lie. His father has almost given up on Eric developing powers. Lately, he has been so focused on the war, his children have lowered on his priority list greatly.::Rose Jane Tyler:: 16 :: Complicated :: Mesmer :: Rebel Camp ::Rose smiled as she listened to Murphy. She placed the nets into the water again in hopes for a better catch later. She turned away from the creek. She began continuing down the same deer path they took to get to the creek. The path forked off when it met the creek. To the left, the path led to the first trap and eventually the camp. To the right, it led to the last trap and deeper areas into the woods.
"Actually, I only have one more trap. It's slightly larger for larger pray but it's not as commonly caught." She shrugged. "But we can still go look if you'd like." She had set the trap a week or so after the time when she blew up the myserian ammo storage building. The memory reminded her that she hadn't talked to him in a few days... And that she still couldn't decide what their relationship was. She shook her head and looked at Murph. "So shall we go look?"[center]::Ivory Ann Dark:: Nineteen :: Single :: Necromancer (with amnesia) :: Central Mysery
Ivory was silent when he finally dropped her hand. In fact, she was a little worried about being around the boy. People would be after him. Is that really what he had said? She wondered if maybe she had heard him wrong. She had a feeling she didn't though. "I'm looking for..." She wasn't sure she could explain why she was looking for it, but hopefully he wouldn't ask. "Well, I need to find some information about my family." That's normal for people to do, right? What did they call it? "I'm interested in..." She paused trying to find the word. "Genealogy. Yeah, the genealogy of my family." She smiled, hoping it would distract him from thinking she was strange.

Quinn Leon l 18 l Necromancer l Jamestown
Quinn pulled away, "Thank you" she said, smiling. He hadn't been lying, his heartbeat had remained steady and there was no pupil dilation. Perhaps for best results she could have acted like she knew something was wrong, but didn't want to scare the poor boy any more than she already had. It was just a check, she hadn't been overly concerned about it.

Letting out an exasperated sigh Oscar plopped down to the ground and stared into the distance. He mostly just watched the trees but every now and again he would look at RJ to see what she was doing. Occasionally, too, he'd look up at Trisa. "Can you teach me?" He asked in a small voice, as if he were a child waiting to learn something new, but knew he wasn't allowed to.
Trisa Kallen - age 18 - Rebel Camp - Shifter
"T-teach you?" Trisa tried to remember back to when she was little, but all she could remember was a smoke-roughed harsh voice accompanied by stinging slaps and sore, pin-pricked fingers. Then, the only way she recognized she'd done something right was when she received less abuse. "How - what - I don't know..." her voice trailed off, her hands stilled. "Why?"

At the fork in the road RJ had stopped. Food was the only thing on his mind at the moment as she stated the larger trap. Murph could tell something was on her mind. She starred for a moment leaving Murph standing in the woods. When she finally seemed to come back from her thoughts he answered both her questions. He wondered if she thought about a past mission. It had been a while since they both had been on a mission. The last one was the bombing of the myserian ammo storage building but he had been a little further from the blast. "Aye, lets check that trap. Better we get whatever may be caught than some other creature," He took the lead for a moment hoping he could spot a the trap full of a large prey.
