Caroline smiled, and nodded to the waiter, in thanks. She looked at her meal, mouth drooling a bit. "Well, then, hiw about you be.... 17? You look about that age. Except for your build... You are really muscular..." she said, observing his large, muscular arms. She then took a bite from her chicken and waffles, and sighed. "This is delicious..." She ate more, a bit quicker. She hadn't realized how hungry she was until then.

((Still on tablet.. Just a possible sleepover with a friend, no big deal. I'm starting to think it won't happen though so don't worry.))

HAWKE

"Seventeen works but yeah... hey! Quit undressing me with your eyes!" Hawke chuckled. He was just joking, but she had noticed his arms, right? The muscle buildup had came from training, and also attacking roommates and gaurds when he could. It wasn't his fault he'd been in so many fights. They had all insulted him at one point or another.. "Mmm, this is good though!" Hawke said after taking a bite of a forkful of strawberry cream crepes. The food was all cooked perfectly.He was definitely going to order pie for dessert.

Caroline laughed and swallowed a bite of her food before jokingly saying, "I couldn't help myself. I'm sorry!" Ahe laughed more, a small snort coming out. She nodded in aggrement to his statement about the food. "It really is delicious... Is it legal to marry food? 'Cause if it is, I am marrying all this food." She looked at Hawke's crepes, and thought they looked delicious. "What did you ger?" she asked curiously.

Hawke laughed. "Ah, I can't blame you. After all most can't....." He took a sip of his coffee.. also good. "Mm, I don't think so, but it should be, right?" He looked down at his plate of strawberry cream crepes, hashed browns and maple smoked bacon. Kind if random pairings but all good. "Um, oh, I got... strawberry cream crepes, hashed browns and maple smoked bacon. It's good.. try some." He said, sliding his plate halfway across the table.

Caroline smiled. "Thanks," she said as she dug her salad fork into a crepe, and took a bite. "Man... That is good! I can't believe we can't marry food! That is not fair! I guess I will just have to settle with marrying a human for now. But, one day, food will get equal rights, and we will be able to marry!" Caroline lightly banged her fist against the table, just playfully. She looked at Hawke, and slid her half eaten plate to him. "I am full. You can have the reast if you want."

HAWKE

Hawke eyed her plate. Chicken and waffles together didn't sound too good but he tried it anyway, instantly wondering if what he was doing could be considered cannibalistic, and then shook off the thought. He finished off her plate and then ate the last few bites on his. Chicken and waffles were actually pretty good. "Full, huh? So... no pie? This place has great pie but if you're full.." Hawke trailed off, he couldn't eat a whole piece by himself, and they would be moving today so extra food would probably go bad.

Caroline narrowed her eyes at Hawke. A smirk slowly tugged on her face. "I always have room for desert..." she said smugly. How could boys always be so always, though. She always wondered that. It just always seemed that boys were never satisfied with the amount of food they got. Always wanting more. It just seemed that food was there only priority sometimes, but Caroline found it funny. She sat back, and watched him with a smug look on her face.

Hawke looked up, noticing Caroline's smug expression. "Don't you give me those judgemental eyes! I have an above average metabolism... okay!?" Every tendit usually takes different traits as well as the wings.... Hawke had above average metabolism, and a lot of energy. The instinct to constantly stay in motion helped with flying, and he quickly became the strongest flyer in the facility that he was in. However when he couldn't fly the excess energy quickly became aggression. That was what led to him repeatedly assaulting his gaurds. He would have told her, but then he'd have to explain how he had hidden his wjngs.. and they were in a public place. He didn't really want to explain either.... but he guessed he would have to eventually. She was smart, she'd catch on sooner or later anyway. He didn't really seem like a tendit though, did he??

Caroline laughed. "Oh, really? Or are you being just a boy? All of the guys I know eat more than I can in three days! And, my eyes are adorable, not judgmental," she said playfully. It was true that every guy she knew ate a lot more than she could, but she may have over exaggerated it, but just a bit. "So why do you have an above average metabolism? You must work out a lot, but I haven't seen you work out at all yet." Caroline hadn't been with him for that long, but to have such a big metabolism, and such large muscles, then he must work out. How else could he maintain his health and strength?

HAWKE

Hawke laughed. "Soo... how many boys do you actually know, coming from... you know. And, I think those eyes are both, deary. For one thing, I was born with a high metabolism. It's called a birth defect, but I don't really consider it a defect. Oh, I do work out. Glad you noticed. I used to more than I do now but I still do... I'm taking the week off though because I pulled a few muscles a couple days ago." He pushed the desert menu towards her.
