::Erickson Jonathon Lee Jackson: 16 :: Single :: Powerless :: Coffee Shop Jamestown ::
Eric jumps from his chair, knocking his tea/coffee cup {forgot what he was drinking... haha} from the table. He had a hand on his chest in a protective manner. If anything got physical, it wouldn't help shield him from any blows. "I'm not hiding anything!" he lied. "I told you, my name is Eric! My name Erickson Lee!" His voice squeaked as it fearfully rose in pitch.

::King Jonathon Jackson:: 34 :: Open & Single :: Unknown :: Castle's private gathering room ::
"Oh, that's exactly what I was speaking of. Unfortunately, I am going to need that from you. Considering you stole it, this should be a simple request." He leaned back in his chair and held out his hand. {Sorry, short post. Yikes}

::Rose Jane Tyler:: 16 :: Complicated :: Mesmer :: Rebel Camp ::
Rose peered into the water for a moment, attempting to see if she could see into the nets. The water was cloudy with mud and sand. "Yeah, I guess I did. I wouldn't consider it building," she said with a laugh. "I can show you some time if you want."

She reached into the water and pulled up the first net. It came up empty. "This is the crawdad net. Like I said, it doesn't usually catch much." She dropped into the water again, resetting it. She pulled out the next one to be disappointed again. "The fish supply has gotten really low in the past few weeks." She held up one small fish.

Ivory was silent when he finally dropped her hand. In fact, she was a little worried about being around the boy. People would be after him. Is that really what he had said? She wondered if maybe she had heard him wrong. She had a feeling she didn't though. "I'm looking for..." She wasn't sure she could explain why she was looking for it, but hopefully he wouldn't ask. "Well, I need to find some information about my family." That's normal for people to do, right? What did they call it? "I'm interested in..." She paused trying to find the word. "Genealogy. Yeah, the genealogy of my family." She smiled, hoping it would distract him from thinking she was strange.

Quinn Leon l 18 l Necromancer l Jamestown

    Quinn stood up as well, and placed he hand on Christophers back, "calm down, we're drawing attention." She told him softly, the other diners in the cafe had begin to look at the trio, and all the loud accusations and yelling would surely draw some less-than-plesant people. "We just want to know who you are, its dangerous for us to be here and we just want to be safe." Quinn explained to the boy, who was quite obviously lying, in an attempt to get him to see why they were so jumpy.

Nineteen : : Empath : :Christopher Storms : : In Jamestown Coffee Shop

As Quinn's hand touched Chris' back, he shivered before realizing how absolutely right she was. He didn't have to look around to know he were being watched, he could feel it. He let out a long, deep sigh before placing his hands on the back of his chair and watching the boy. As much as he wanted to know the truth, he didn't. He hoped his instincts, or whatever they were, were wrong. He turned his eyes up to Quinn, and wondered how she were actually feeling on the inside. Not that there was much given to them, he just really didn't like being lied to.

Eric hadn't realized how fast his heart was racing. He was thankful for Quinn's calm reaction. He slowly took his seat again, forcing himself to breath slowly and deeply. A waitress attempted to clean up his mess but he picked up most of it instead. Once he was sure of his heart rate, he spoke again. This time, his voice was softer. "I told you, my name is Erickson Lee. I'm being honest, I swear it by God, by the King's life, blood, or whatever you want me to swear by! I am no threat to either of you." He was attempting to use his diplomatic voice and attitude. Unfortunately, that was his father's strength, not his.

Quinn Leon l 18 l Necromancer l Jamestown

    "Swear on your life, boy, the King is nothing to me," Quinn replied evenly, dropping her hand and reseating herself. Her calmness didn't mean trust, and under the table she slid her dagger off her leg, resting the cool blade on Erics knee. It was simply a show of her distrust, a warning that if he tried to run or escape, she could easily stop him in his tracks. "I'll ask you again, who are you? I don't want your name, I want to know who you are." she said coldly, pressing down on the blade. Liars angered her, which was totally hypocritical as she lied often herself, and bad ones were even worse.

Snorting in amusement, she stares at his hand with a raised eyebrow. "Do you really think I'm just going to give it up that easily?" She asks him, a grin crawling up her face. "Here, I'll give it back...but," she pauses, "you have to tell my why its so important."

Johnathon sighs. "You are quite the child," he mumbles. He fills his cup again with tea and then sips some. "It's not that exciting. Its simply a family heirloom that I was planning on giving my daughter soon." He continues to hold out his hand. "So please return it."

::Erickson Jonathon Lee Jackson: 16 :: Single :: Powerless :: Coffee Shop Jamestown ::
"I swear on my life, my name is Erickson Lee!" He makes one last final attempt at convincing them of him being simply a townsman. He could feel the cold of the blade through his pants as Quinn nonverbally threatened him. He tensed, as images flashed through his mind. They were memories that he had attempted to repress. Dark, cold stone walls. A door that hadn't been opened in days. Blades. Devices.

"Okay! Okay!" he cried out with his eyes closed, forcing the memories back into his subconsciousness. He took a moment to gather himself before continuing. He was hushed now. "I'm Erickson Johnathon Lee Jackson, son of His Majesty, Johnathon Louie Stevens Jackson the third." He did not relax. He stayed ready to bolt from the table, risking the girl's blade.

Nineteen : : Empath : :Christopher Storms : : In Jamestown Coffee Shop

Chris tensed. It all made sense now. But what on Earth was he doing here and dressed like that? He looked so normal. "Are you running away from home or something, kid?" He said, eyeing him suspiciously. What kind of kid walks away from a life of luxury? Probably ones with bloodthirsty parents. Now suddenly he felt like he needed to be the one to calm everyone down. He put his arm on Quinn's arm. "Like you said, better not to attract any attention." He whispered in her ear, before retreating. He let out another sigh and swept his hair back, trying to look as normal as possible.

Clary turned with a shy smile. "Sure, I guess.." She didn't really want to go to his place, or meet his dog...but she figured she needed friends anyhow, and besides, the look on his face was hard to resist. "I don't really like tea though..." She stated as she took a step back towards him. People usually got offended when she said those words, but she didn't really care anymore. She'd much rather have water or a nice strawberry lemonade, even coffee would be preferable. "Lead the way, I guess." She gestured with her hand for him to show her the way, pushing her supplies back under her arm. When she put them down, she knew she'd have lovely marks from where the spirals punctured her skin.

Quinn Leon l 18 l Necromancer l Jamestown

    "If you truly are who you say, then I have no quarrel with you." She said with a small smile as she removed the knife and slid it back into its sheath. It was the young prince's brother she had a problem with, and she wasn't one to take out grudges on an innocent. Mouthing a small "sorry" at Christopher for getting too violent, she touched Eric's hand lightly, "I apologize for holding a knife to you, what can I do to make it up to you?" Quinn asked, hoping doing a small favor for the boy would keep him from talking about what had happened, at least until they left town.

Typing on a phone...

Eric telaxes once the knife was put away. Shivers ran down his spine, releasing tension in his back. His hands were still shaking and he couldn't find a smile. The images that had resurfaced were not pleasant ones. It was in his father's darkest hours. He was attempting to force the Myserian power from Eric since he wasn't developing them.

Eric shivered again before finally speaking. Eric glanced up at Chris, he eyes now seemingly darker. He relaxed his face, all but the tightness in his jaw. "No that is not my plan. I intend to return home. I like to take trips into town and enjoy what the locals have to offer. I actually appreciate their simplistc lifestyle.". He then turned to Quinn. "You do not owe me anything. It was right of you to be suspicious."
