Samantha laughed and rolled her eyes "yeah and I guarantee it will break down sooner then later" she said with a toothy smile to Liam, she loved Dodges, and Fords were definitely her second to least favorite truck. Although she didnt mind too much that Liam liked them, she just loved joking with him. She turned and jumped in front of the football catching it and holding it in the air "touch down!" she yelled laughing. She then turned and threw the football to grant and smiled to Emily "we should tomorrow! We dont want the boys to crash in the night" she said winking at the boys. She looked at her phone, Anna and Tyler still hadnt arrived so she sent them a text 'guuuuuys! Where are you!?' she asked. She wanted them all together and they were taking forever!

Liam ran towards Sammy tackling her. He Smiled, "You still had 5 feet, I win." he joked. Liam stood back up as she threw the football. "Yeah I'm sure we would." he said joking. Liam walked over to his truck, pulling out his guitar. The only instrument he actually played. He sat on the back of his truck strumming a few chords, he hemmed along with them. He looked up making sure no one could hear him. Liam was supposed to be a jock, not some country actor or singer. Liam didn't tell people he sang, even his friends. He continued humming as he strummed.

Samantha laughed and pushed him off "bull crap!" she said with a huge grin. She jumped "your just jelous cause I got a touch down" she said sticking her tongue out. She put her hands on her hips and looked around. She saw Ronan all alone and walked up to him "so whats up?" she asked. He had tolled her the other day that he was gay and Samantha was really surprised but she kept her cover well and tried really hard to understand. In this small little town people who liked the same gender were not accepted very fast and Samantha knew that. Luckily they were out of high school and they could leave, he could go to a bigger city that can accept his difference. If he wants of course.

Walking up to Samantha, I felt kinda nervous. It was okay between us at the lake because everyone was laughing and splashing. I don't know what she is thinking now that she knows my secret. Its hard to be accepted being gay, especially in a small town like ours. I just hope that she will still be my close friend. " I got the food. Who's ready to party." I look over at Grant, "I told you not to start the fun without me!" I grin looking at him passing the ball to Sam. I walk over to Emily and place the food on the ground next to her. "What's going on Emily." I say giving her a warm smile.

Grant laughed "Sorry Ronan, they were too crazy to stop" He grinned. He glanced around "Did you bring the fooooddd?" He asked, chuckling. He sat by the crackling fire, feeding it some more wood and sticks every so often. He watched it crackle, and grinned mischief. He took his water bottle and soaked his hands, then passed them through the fire many times, laughing "I am the fire lord!!!" He exclaimed, yelling loudly.

Liam continued to play his guitar quietly. He sighed and got up walking to the fire, still holding his guitar. He started thinking, setting his guitar down. "What happens now?" he said thinking outloud. Liam couldn't get the thoughts of the future out of his head. He planned on maybe taking over the ranch, but he also thought of moving away. To play professional football, it was a dream. But what about his closest friends? Liam hoped no one had heard him.

Kacey had gotton her other friend who she had seen just driving down the street to pick her up and she had biked
to the bonfire. Kacey pulled her hair down from the sock bun it was in. She shook her head as the loose auburn
curls fell from her hairline gracefully. Kacey walked around the group of people. She was feeling antsy for some
reason. She had a bad feeling. One she had already been feeling anxious about skipping school... what if they
called her mom? Kacey stopped pacing, running over her panic checklist in her head. She had locked the door,
unplugged the kettle after making tea, she had closed the garage and she had not left her straightening iron
plugged in, so she had no reason to feel guilty. Maybe she was just feeling sick, or was sensing a migraine coming
on, or maybe she was insane. Insanity would explain it. She had gone from different country, Spain, to New York,
then out into this beautiful emptiness that was the countryside, all in the same year.
