╘════════════╛ If anyone else were to walk into the small clearing, they may have mistaken the dark coloured male for a statue, his composure remaining as the stranger drew near. Allowing his lip to lower, ending his silent snarl, he watched every single muscle move beneath her fur, watching them tense and relax as she jumped up to the higher level of dens. Sure that she could probably scent his belongings, he made sure she didn't get to close to the den that he had claimed, eyes narrowing ever so slightly. A huff that may have been compared to a laugh left his maw at her statement, tossing his head before returning to his stillness. "I'm sure lots of people haven't seen me before." He retorted, raising an eyebrow as he watched her. Remembering his encounter with the other she-wolf earlier that day, he decided to take a nicer route with this one. Licking his nose, his ears flicked quickly before opening his mouth. Perhaps allies were the way to go in this life, especially if there were this many loners about. "Name's Kieran." He introduced himself simply, offering a fakely sweet smile to her before allowing his face to fall. She got a little bit too close to the small cave that housed his belongings, and so he stood suddenly, chest puffed out, ears pinned, a deep, rumbling growl erupting from his chest to let her know that she had crossed a line. He sat again, more tense this time, watching her strange, feline action, with a tilting head. Each of her quick movements caused the small, unusual stone around her neck to swing back and forth, occasionally bumping off her ebony pelt, seeming to shine against the black. "Was'sat?" He asked plainly, nodding to it. His deep voice was almost indistinguishable, and might have been mistaken for another growl, but he didn't care. He wanted to avoid a fight with the female, but wasn't exactly aiming to make best friends. Allowing himself to relax a little, wondering if his tense muscles were almost inviting a confrontation, he scratched at an ear with a hind leg. Despite this change in composure, his eyes remained glued to the female, still wary of the stranger.

Jaiden
Male/No tags/Grumpy/Werewolf
Currently in his human form, Jaiden leaned against a tree in the woods, not far from the illuminated cabin that the others resided in. He casually blew a stray hair annoyingly dangling in front of his eyes away, crossing his arms. He had a lot on his mind at the moment, his brain too busy to really process any other human need, hunger, or thirst. He was content with thinking, though he did grow restless of standing against the tree, he was much more fond of nature in his werewolf state than his human form, yet he still had some sort of appreciation for the world. He shifted his weight to his left leg, digging his shoulder into the tree, re-positioning himself. He watched the cabin with keen eyes, but showed no desire to move from his spot and join the others. He didn't mind being alone. His eyes narrowed as he people watched, but his thoughts soon tool him elsewhere, he daydreamed and eventually slumped against the tree, his eyes glossed over a bit, filled with thoughts of what he had done that day, and the day before, and the day before that. Jaiden, being the grumpy fellow he is, came to the conclusion that he was bored. He had spent the past few days silent, turning away human interaction. He grew tired of being alone for days-even weeks-on end. He now craved a conversation. Even a short one perhaps. He stood upright, shaking away his gloomy thoughts and looked around, and then again peered into the cabin, undecided on where to go. His lips were sealed in a tight frown. His eyes regained their usual position, tight and narrowed, as if over analyzing everything he looked at.

He felt uncomfortable. So... Out of place.
Apparently, the others had no problems getting to know each other, or they knew each other already and he stood here like the last joke and wasn´t even close to made some friendships or similar.
Vans old pack was perhaps the flaming limit, but at least he had a place where he could go, a role that knew how to play and respect from the lower ranks.
He felt anger rise, about his father wanting him to be here, and before he slammed the last plate on the table, he decided that it would be better to cool his head.
The cold forest air would already drive him out of his anger before he had to put a calm mask on for the dinner.
Van trotted to the door with a controlled, but quick step, only muttering a short "I go to get the others." in the direction of Benji and Mika.
The two of them should not be disturbed by him, whatever they were going to do and it would be a shame to lose the mastery in front of them this early.
He did not know in front of whom of the two it would be more embarrassing, the pretty yet mysterious girl or his Alpha.
In his anger It took him a few minutes before he found the exit.
This time even the right one, through which all had entered the building.
Van felt the biting cold breeze on his free arms and his heated neck and closed his eyes.
A heartbeat later, there was no longer the tall, young man on the spot, but a large brown-black wolf, whose golden eyes were looking at the landscape.
A new breeze blew through his fur, and he rolled his shoulders, tightened his muscles, before kicking himself off the ground with a powerful set. Earth stuck in the air as he jogged a few yards into the forest with powerful jumps to bring a piece of distance between himself and the building.
Noo it looks so short now TT.TT xD

║╚══════════╝ Elspeth was always firmly aware of the strangers eyes on her pelt. He watched her just as intently as she watched him, and both were equally as weary though neither seemed hostile, exactly. Elspeth flicked her ears as the brute spoke. A mall smirk flashed across her face snarky, well this should be rather interesting she thought silently, her eyes skimming his coat, his muscles tensing as he stood abruptly. His chest puffed out in a show of warning and she calmly held her ground, keeping the distance she had put between the two. Surely she understood that the wolf had belongings, she herself had her own belongings, though they were buried just a ways back in the forest. Her athame she had inherited from her mother was a prized possession but she had never thought of den living, always paranoid that it was too obvious a place to hide such valued items. She noted the way his eyes moved to her paws momentarily, her feline motions catching his attention. She immediately stilled her paws though she felt the need stir in her chest as his amber eyes grazed over her crystal. When the question slid from his maw, she pinned her ears carefully. “It’s a quartz crystal. I use it for protection and strength” she carefully picked a single paw up and touched the stone that dangled peacefully against her chest before turning her ice eyes back towards the male. It was then that she realized she hadn’t given the stranger her name as he had her, in fact, her mind was too focused on his gaze and movements, she hadn’t even reacted to the unique name that had dripped from his jaw. For a moment, she hesitated. Unsure if she should give this loner her true name, she do as she did fairly often and go by Knight. After several moments, she decided that if she were to make allies with this wolf, truth was the better function. “I’m Elspeth” her name dripped from her tongue with a light, though noticeable Romanian accent. Her head dipped in an almost inviting way as she gazed up at him from her intriguing eyes. She was aware of the tenseness in his body and so, she relaxed her own. The confrontation was the farthest thing from her mind for she was merely intrigued by this wolf. She had stilled her body to the point where not even the rise of her chest was easily noticeable, as she awaited his response. Had she given him enough to respond to? Surely a question should follow. Confusion danced across her gaze for a second before at last, words enveloped her brain “Where did you come from?” she asked carefully, always cautious of setting him off.

Mika stood awkwardly for a moment by Benji as Van left for the kitchen. "Well, we should join them." She told him softly with a shrug before following after the Lead Fighter. When she entered the kitchen she blinked pausing to take in a couple of things. Cybil wasn't there...in fact, it was only Van and herself. Benji coming in would be the only addition. Where was everyone? She watched Van putting down the plates moving forward to hold out a hand for some to help. Except he put the last one down then strolled out with his muttered words. Mika let her hand drop as she stared at the empty seats before lowering herself into one. It looked like it was going to be just her, and the Alpha. She felt a pang in her chest as she stared at her plate. When Chef came in though balancing platters she put a big grin on her face.
Chef paused a frown on her lips at her empty table then began taking. "Well where is everyone. Benjamin dear this will not do! You shift this instant, and call your pack or I'll have all of you scrubbing these dishes!". The older woman huffed a hurt expression on her wrinkled face. "Serenity, and I didn't work as hard as we did on this feast for it to get cold. " She said as she went around putting food on plates before pointing her scoop at Mika making her go pale her smile a bit strained now. Mika watched Chef disappear before shooting Benji a look. "She's a scary old lady sometimes.."

♕ x) ) xELIZABETH!
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ━━━━━
( gender ) female. ( age ) eighteen. ( role ) huntress. ( location ) unpacking in her room/in the kitchen ( tagged ) roisin, mika, chef
xxxxAfter unzipping the first larger bag, Elizabeth's well-practiced hands emptied it of clothing and swiftly re-folded every one of them, before arranging them neatly according to what they were and when were they to be worn. Back at home, she used to have lots of time on her hands to practice and was now rather seasoned at independence. She smoothed her fingers over them for any creases or wrinkles, then stepped back a few paces to admire her work. Feeling a tidal wave of triumph wash over her, she proceeded to sort out the stationery, art materials and books she had also brought along. There were heaps of different drawing pens, colour pencils and ordinary pencils that gushed out from the pencil case like water through a broken dam, and an entire series of Harry Potter books that Elizabeth absolutely had to carry with her wherever she went. They were just like her very heart and soul. Picking up her precious sketchbooks and storybooks, she placed them in an immaculate pile right at the corner of her desk, then moved over to sorting out her stationery for her first class. The last zips were zipped and the last bag was completely unpacked, and Elizabeth beamed at her masterpiece. It was all so vibrant and colourful. Pleased that her first attempt at organization had gone so well, Elizabeth continued to sing her little tune in a more enthusiastic tone than usual. It was time to get changed.
Her current attire seemed a little too regal for just a casual dinner. And her first one here too. With that thought, she quickly slipped off the cream pleated skirt and snug white roses blouse she had worn on her travelling trip and exchanged it for a comfortable dark Russian blue top with black lace at the hem, and snug denim blue leggings. Attempting to tame her raven black hair, Elizabeth brushed it all out till it shone and finally curled it into a knob at the base of her head with a small barrette. Deeming herself looking decent enough to go down for dinner, she fitted her feet back into her sleek white Sketchers and did the shoelaces firmly.
All of a sudden, the door began to swing open right in her face! Elizabeth stifled a gasp of shock and backed away, her heart pounding... Only to see the friendly features of the girl from earlier — Roísín. Elizabeth let out a short breath of relief as the girl introduced herself and made her presence explained. "I'm Elizabeth Blackburn, but you may call me Elizabeth, or Ellie," she responded, her words rolling off her tongue in a light, yet noticeable, Italian accent. "I will be a Huntress here as well." She tried to mask her surprise at Roísín's magical appearance in her room and instead beamed at her. It would be nice to have a friend here at Evergreen. She did meet Cybil and Mika back then, but they were just acquaintances for now; she barely knew anything further than their names and ranking, neither had she actually spoken to them properly. "I suppose it is time for us to go down for dinner. What do you think they would serve?" she asked, in a bid to ignite a conversation. Elizabeth wanted to know more about her, her likes and dislikes, her thoughts, and get her feel of her personality. She was observant like that in a way. Everything she knew about all the people she spoke to would be jotted down in a notebook at the back of her brain. Opening the door wider, Elizabeth walked by Roísín's side as they left the corridor of rooms for the kitchen.
The moment Elizabeth stepped into the kitchen, she was hit by the sudden realisation that there was nobody apart from Mika, Roísín, the Chef and her here. They were extremely early. Where was everyone else? Her smile growing a little strained from the long, uncomfortable silence, Elizabeth offered to help with the scooping of food. After all, there were many plates to fill, and two pairs of hands made lighter work.

Cybil shrugged and headed off, shoving
her hands into her pockets and wandering through the
undergrowth of the forest. The beta rarely shifted into
wolf form, preferring to only when she needed to fight.
She knew her human form was far more approachable,
and that her rank alone could intimidate most wolves.
Of course, that didn't stop her from carrying around
a small set of throwing knives, normally tucked away
into her boots. Such precautions were a necessity for
the beta.
Not that she was on guard right now, instead, the
young blonde stood still a moment, enjoying the
breeze that rustled through her hair, and the sounds
of nature. Nature disrupted it would seem, by a
heavy set of paws crashing against the ground.
Cybil opened her eyes just in time to barely dodge
a dark furred wolf crashing across her path. A
wolf she could recognize to be Van.
"What the heck dude?! You almost mowed me
over!" Her eyes were wide with something
close to disbelief. Lucky for Van she wasn't angry..
yet. A sigh, and Cybil was once more in control,
her gaze cool as she leveled it at the wolf.
"You need to be more careful when you go
charging through the forest...what are you doing
out here anyways? It's dinner time."

Vandyke could just get out of the way when Cybil appeared in the middle of the wooded ground, as if from nothing.
Earth and foliage were splashing loudly against the trees around him as he stepped into the ground with both paws and slid a small twist before he came to a halt.
"I'm supposed to watch where I'm going?" He asked incredulously and twitched with the dark ears, a little offended.
"You're the one who walks around the area unprotected like a newborn fawn."
Quite quiet.
He took a deep breath and with a loud noise Van let out his whole lung volume at once, before he blew a bunch ofleaves away with his huge paw. His big claws left deep furrows in the forest floor.
He concentrated briefly, let his inner wolf come to rest, and a few seconds later he stood there twoleged, again as handsome.young man, his golden eyes unmistakably disapproving at the beta.
"Well, you're so open-minded to raise the issue... I'm here to ask you what the hell-."... Van stopped and cleared his throat, "... What you are doing out her.
I'm supposed to bring you to dinner."
He looked down at the much smaller one, and pressed his lips together.

Cybil pulled a throwing knife out of her boot,
letting the metal flash in the low light and sending Van a
pointed look before putting it back, "I'm not unprotected."
A huff of air as Van shifted, and Cybil glanced away, pretending
to be distracted by the movement of a small bird fluttering from
tree to tree. Why were all the guys in this pack hot? Good genetics
came with perks she supposed.
A small cough, and Cybil raised her chin, icy gaze set on the
young man with a huff of indignation, "And I didn't feel
like dinner." A pause, and the blonde glanced down, her next
words in a quieter voice than before, "I had some things to
sort out for myself, and figured the fresh air would do me
good."
Another pang as the beta remembered Mika. Another breath as
she suppressed the affection that was rapidly growing for the
pretty girl. It was ridiculous for a beta and alpha to chase the
same girl. Cybil didn't stand a chance, and she had to face
that reality.

Unimpressed, he watched as she presented the knife, but remembered where she stowed it again.
Who knows, could be useful.
Van had seen more knives in his town than he could count, and certainly people who could deal with them deadly better.
Even from her ice-cold look he was not very impressed,
It only made sure that the impatience in him grew steadily.
He himself was bloody hungry and he had not gone out into the darn woods to bring anyone to the dining table.
"Well, I hope the air was cold enough to clear your head," he said unaffected from her silently murmured words, wiping a few pine needles from his pants before he added: "... for now It´s food time and I don´t care whether you're hungry or not, because I'm hungry."
He let his eyes wander, before glancing back at the beta and sweetly asked: "You are coming voluntarily, right?"
Hopefully she did. If there was need, he would be pull her back.
