((Nightra could you pick up Juliet as well? We're spread a bit thin at the moment.))
Roxanne...
Roxy blinked when Matt commented on her fight (really slaying) of the Cerberus. "Oh that? I've seen those a couple times. The trick is to take out the side heads first, they always bite you when you dodge the middle one." she explained, boosting back to the body of the beast to retrieve her weapons. Boosting as a means of movement had become almost second nature to her, it no longer required concentration, or even thought. Just movement, very fast movement. "Anyhow, we should head somewhere populated, as dirty as the closer cities and towns are the demons don't like to go near well lit areas, and most of what chases me is demonic in origin." she said, trying to remember which way it was to the last town she'd been to. "You're good to move right? I don't have to carry you?"
Ardeia...
Ardeia crouched next to the riverside and then let herself fall onto her rear, sighing as her feet slid into the cool water. She laid on her back and threw her hands up, water slipping up into the air above her. She wiggled her fingers and the thick orb of liquid jiggled in response, enough to make her giggle a bit. There were moments like these when she liked to just goof off. It was a good way to unwind, to just leave all the nasty stuff out of the picture for a while and have some time to relax. She led the orb along around the air with her index finger, just letting it jiggle and glide about. She frowned when she heard a whoosh of smoke from behind. "Hey you!" The Everlasting said with a little grin, sitting down next to Ardeia. "I told you I don't like it when you interrupt my relaxation." Dei replied, not so much as glancing at the god, keeping her eyes trained on the orb in front of her. The Everlasting sighed and leaned on his elbows. "I'm aware, but unfortunately even I don't decide when windows of opportunity arise. Anywho, straight to the point so I can leave you to your playtime, someone's over past the treeline with some spears that would fetch a mighty fine penny. Might be worth your time, kill her if you can, you know the spiel." he said, spinning his finger to signify the repetitive nature of his visits. Ardeia just waved him away, and the god was kind enough to leave her there. He did know how to push her buttons in the right order though. Money was precisely what she needed right about now, and selling large shiny pointy things was about as easy as feeding a carrot to a horse in this time and age. She groaned, recognizing she'd have to move if she hoped to catch the owner of these shiny things and with a heave flicked her body back into its upright position. She moved her arms down and let the large orb of water she'd collected split into two, moving up into her sleeves for safekeeping in case she needed a quickdraw. Moving about as silently as a barefooted person could move in wet grass, she made her way through the treeline. Thankfully enough she heard someone theatrically trip over some obvious branch or root. In most instances, or persay if she were a man, she might rush to this girl's aid. However, she'd learned that this maneuver was actually a clever ploy to lure the naive. Few were dumb enough to draw attention to themselves after accidentally falling or tripping, that was typically how you got killed. Someone who made it into a statement was obviously prepared for being approached with malicious intent. Meanwhile, Ardeia was familiar enough with the charade that she could afford to play along. Turning around a large tree, she found a girl, with two large, shiny pointy things. Money, money, and some girl. She noticed the girl had "fallen" and of course moved to her aid, but didn't go as far as to collapse down to her side in an attempt to insure she wasn't injured. "You okay? I think you might've hurt your ankle..." she said, giving a look of concern and worry, although in reality her gut said grab the sticks and make a break for it. Even still, it wasn't impossible that there could be some trick to these pointy things, There almost always was, so she figured the grab and go method would have to wait for the time being.
