I wanted to try something a bit different. These guys are used by the scientists to both keep other hybrids in line (non-lethally), protect the facility from spies, run aways, and whistleblowers (lethally). I hope they're okay :3

Skills & Abilities: TANDEM can be programmed to do just about anything. On default, they only know their own basic maintenance.

Equipment: They both have tons of built in features, such as night vision, electroshocks, build in chat interface, ect. Their bodies are almost as much machine as they are flesh and blood. A lot of their suits is removable. The plating and armor can be taken off to perform maintenance and such.

Aside from what's built into them, they have a plethora of weapons that they are given, depending on the assignment. They don't actually own any of them.

Personality:
Although neither cyborg has very much in the way of personality, they each have their little quirks that set them apart. Both are almost void of emotion and humanity. Whatever personality the two subjects had before being experimented on has been saved on a hard drive and locked away somewhere. They are little more than blank interfaces now. However, despite being dehumanized, the cyborgs are incredibly attached to one another. With their teammate being the only person in the world that they can actually talk to, it's easy to see why the two are so close. So much so that one becomes distressed when separated from the other.
T1 is the risk taker. He's more willing to take a chance in the field, risk injury for the sake of their mission.
T2 is the strategist. He doesn't like taking chances, because he's probably already got a plan that eliminates the need to risk anything.

TANDEM - Cyborgs

Once humans, TANDEM has bridged the gap between man and machine. Working perfectly as one unit, TANDEM are the soldiers of the future. They were designed to do what humans couldn't: track down run aways, smite those who wish to spy on the operation, or to otherwise end it. They were made to kill without hesitation; without remorse. They are unquestioningly obedient.

TANDEM communicates with others via The Interface. Users with access to the interface can type in commands, which then read out across the cyborgs' enhanced retinas. They use this same interface to communicate with each other, speak with one another like users in a chat room. They don't talk at all. The cyborgs are punished if they are found to be using their interface to talk about anything not work-related. However, TANDEM is clever. Together, they have created a separate channel, apart from the one made for them, where they are free to communicate without their handlers' prying eyes. Their conversations on this secret channel are usually more relaxed than those viewable by their creators.

The physical enhancements done to the cyborgs are advanced. Both have the ability to lift twice their body weight.

They can reach up to 40 MPH on foot, and maintain that speed for 10 minutes before they will begin to overheat.

Both have enhanced reflexes. Their reaction time depends on how much they were paying attention.

Both are very intelligent. Able to store up to 100 terabytes of information on their hard drives, which is said to be the limit of the human brain. The difference is that TANDEM never forgets. The information they store is constantly available to them. However, their hard drives are usually kept pretty vacant, to prevent them from developing their own opinions, preferences, and other human needs. That's the drawback. While TANDEM is unique because of their ability to mix the intelligence of a machine with the instinct of a man, they are still technically human. If left unchecked, they will slowly become more human.

Appearance:

TANDEM share the same design. It's not clear just how much is left of either of their human bodies, but it's obvious that some heavy modifications have been made. The cyborgs' eyes have been replaced with high tech machines. Their retinas contain screens that allow them to interact and receive commands via an interface that is programed into them. They are both 6 feet even.

T1 has brown hair, shaved with only the top of his left left with hair, exactly like T2. He is the smaller of the two, with his shoulders being less broad and his build less bulky. His skin is pallor, as if the blood has been drained from his face. He has a constant, blank expression when interacting with others. However, he is much better at conveying himself via facial expressions than T2. He only uses these facial expressions with T2, often able to communicate through them alone.

T2 has blond hair in the same style as T1. He has broad shoulders. It's clear that, when he was still human, he was the bigger man out of the two. He was probably taller at one time, too. His skin, too, is pallor. He usually wears a blank and stony expression, except when communicating with T1.

History:
Names long forgotten, James Fuller and Robert Vans were once black ops soldiers. They were an unstoppable team, trained for missions that most men would call a suicide run. Even as real people, they worked together flawlessly. The two soldiers finally met their demise while on a mission near the facility. Their bodies were recovered by government scientists, and the experiments began.

Having only been dead for mere minutes, most of their brain tissue was still recoverable. Whatever had received damage could be replaced. It took years for the two cyborgs to become what they today. Neither of them remember their past life.

Okay so I've decided I will likely make a scientist too, along with another hybrid. But just a warning, given the fact that I will be having three characters and am in two(maybe three) other RPs, it is likely there will be one character I will not RP as often. That won't mean I'm gonna abandon it, it's just too many characters for me can be an issue so I need a break from a few from time to time while still keeping up with RPs.
The one I will likely not RP as much will probably be the second hybrid, but occasionally the scientist from time to time(but this is mainly dependent on the number of scientists currently in the RP).
ALSO, not sure how I'm gonna do this for the scientist. This is the first RP I've done like this and never RPed a scientist so bear with me.

He wears glasses and has gray, nearly black eyes. He wears a standard lab coat, but underneath he wears a long-sleeved black shirt and black dress pants. He has black dress shoes as well.
Personality: A very cruel and dark man. His true intentions are unknown, but it is sure to be bad.

Appearance: Her hair is light blue, and the eye you can see is sapphire blue. Her 'costume' is dark blue, along with her wings and tail. She also has 'the horns of satan', but they're not in the picture. She wears no shoes.
Personality: Very... odd. It's hard to tell what she will do next. I guess it all just depends on her mood.
History: She was taken into the dome at a young age, and just got accustomed to life in there.

Personality: He loves joking about things, especially morbid topics. He may try to hit on you, but mostly he just does it for laughs. If you respond positively to his advances, he'll pull a face and back away.
Appearance: (I can't find a recent, good picture of him... Is it okay if I update it later once I get my computer back?) He is 5' 11", with shaggy black hair that just barely brushes his shoulders. He has emerald green eyes. He always wears a trench coat with a black tee and jeans underneath. He wears a necklace with a single black feather on it. His shoes are dressy black, and he wears spiked bracelets. His pitch-black feathery wings jut out behind him, and he can use them to fly.
History: He was quite glad to go into the dome and help the scientists. After all, he used to be an assassin along with Kenjo before he came to the dome 2 years ago.

Appearance: The bat clip in his hair is brown. His hair is blonde, and his eyes are a sea green. He does wear eyeliner and mascara. The part of his shirt that isn't mesh is lavender, with the mouth having the respective colors. His pants are white, and his shoes light brown. His wings are just like Naen's, but a little smaller. He has white gloves and lavender earrings.
History: He came to the dome with Naen 2 years ago, and decided to work with the scientists since his best friend wanted to.
