LiohThe Lioh is about the size of an ostrich, and native to the silent sands, its a large feathered animal with strong legs capable of giving quite the kick, Lioh live in a flock around 5-10 members big, however, they don't care very much for one another, simply moving in flock when food is bountiful- being omnivores they arent afraid to attack one another when resources are low. the lioh are rather curious creatures, often regarded as brave however most people just consider them stupid, often seen fighting with Jaa and other beasts over small things. that being said the lioh can be rather useful, while not quite as big or strong as a billion it is extremely fast and can ever fly rather short distances if it picks up enough speed. a handy com[anion for longer adventures...but don't trust it to protect you from things unless you are really truly bonded. these creatures can be captured with just offering them some laha berries or using its feather in the making of a listen whistle, however, they can be hard to get close to due to their extreme alertness.
NilackNilack are about knee tall and can be extremely grumpy creatures, living alone on their island they are not used to seeing other beasts and can be rather aggressive and skittish, they are rather lazy, however, spending most their days lounging in the water or mud, thus allowing things to grow on their backs such as mushrooms, a special species of mushroom is actually only capable of surviving on the back os a nilack and can be crafted to create a position of sloth. Nilack are not easily bound as they have a high hatred for most things, however, they can be rather useful, able to carry small loads through any type of water, and being a portable way of farming ingredients for potions... once they have warmed up to you their true personalities might even get to shine, these little grumps can b bound by just spending a lot of time around them.
