Aluna heard the howl. Her head lifted and she cried a different tune. Each wolf had a different 'song' but it changed pitches according to mood. Tonight it was long and sorrowful. Each howl had words in them that only wolves understood.

Sick of water and storms

Stardust joined her mothers song.

he was too shy to sing, so he just attempted to help his dying father, by protecting him from the rain that had started falling.

"ALUNAAAAAAA!" he yowled. the last bit of air was only left, so he said his last words: "keep the pups safe, live in the meadow.. i have loved you dearly, i'm sorry I have to go..."

Scarlett sleepily curled around her cubs as she looked out to see a wolf outside the den. Minni began whining loudly but soon went quite as her mother nuzzeled her.

Aluna cried. "No. You can't leave me. After all we've been through to be together." She drank in his scent, tears streaming down. "I can't get to the meadow alone. You have to much to live for. The pups, your clan." She was crying heavily now. "I love you to much."

Stardust stopped howling and sat by her dying father. Tears streamed down and hit the ground silently. Drip Drip Drip "I will miss you." She breathed into his ear in a pause of her mothers mourning.

May yowled in sorrow. "Don't go! Don't leave!" She wailed, pressing into his fur.

((does aluna know he has another life? he has one more after this, and is gonna use it to try and get inside, attempt to dry his fur and succeeds. so he won't die after all? ))

his eyes closed but he was taking tiny, little breaths.

his eyes were closed for a long time. he opened them slowly and felt the rain against his fur. he looked at the den, and used his strenght to get him to the shelter.

he helped his father to get along to the den, all the while licking his pelt to try and dry it.

Aluna was helping the other side of Loki. She encouraged the kids to do the same,
