Eglantine shook her head. "no, it will be fine." she said, but as she did her wingtip started hurting a lot more than before. She held back a scream and blanched, falling on the ground.

Mint and Sahara stopped their fight that was about to start. They sure felt Eglantine.

"Hey, uh... what's wrong?" Marble asked in pure concern. "Or is it just the leaves?"

Eglantine curled up. "no. The wings." she said between gritted teeth beak.

Eglantine nodded, but the words didn't do much help. It still hurt.

Marble waited under a tree. Playing with grass and dirt like a bored out kid. Mint was shuffling through stuff to cheer the marble fox up. Sure, he was happy to help but finding out somebody else in deep pain make him uneasy.. even it is his mortal enemy or a total stranger.
