"Don't say that." Arco said, looking her in the eye. "Don't fall into the trappings of a mortal worry like that, you won't be a failure once I'm through training you."

"I will train you, but I warn you, each test from here onwards will get more difficult..." Arco said. "You will face stronger demons each time."

"We don't have much time to waste, we must begin now." Arco said. "The next demon you will face is called a Stiltbeast, it's glare can paralyze, then it will try and impale its immobilized prey with its needle-like forelegs."

Arco looked to the woods. "The Stiltbeast conceals itself among the trees, its long legs and brown fur help it blend in with the branches." He added. "Its senses of smell and hearing are very sensitive, but I recommend trying to sneak up on it."

A rustling noise echoed through the woods, and a loud yelp followed it. A small wolf tumbled out of a bush, bleeding badly from a perfectly circular wound in its belly.

Arco growled. "That was quick.... He's here."

A tall canine creature emerged from the woods, its shaggy brown fur caked with blood. It stared ahead with blank eyes, Its long legs tipped with razor sharp spikes.

The beast shook some fur from its face, revealing a long, fox-like muzzle with sharp, yellowed fangs. It let out a scream that sounded like a human, then lung forward, slicing a tree clean in half with a swipe of its sharp forelegs.

The beast screeched bent its triple-jointed legs, then extending them quickly and launching itself high into the air, turning around to face Fina. It lifted its front legs, pointing the spines at her.

Fyre was watching this from the hill. Either they were very brave, very stupid or both. They were attacking that stlitbeast like idiots. She watched, waiting to see what would happen.

The beast growled and its eyes glowed, a small red dot in the center of each eye would induce paralysis in all who gazed upon it.

Soul
Soul saw a bunny coming in, he decided to not eat it. Then he heard a horse, He ran up to the surface he saw the horse suffering, He decided to end the suffering, he brang the horse into the cave, he put it in his fresh kill pile, tonight he decided to eat bones.
