Kane yawned as he stood and stretched, it was still slightly dark out with the sun just rising in the distance. He scratched an ear lazily as he watched the sun rise before he stood and shook his pelt. Making his way to the hunters den he glanced around before slipping inside, sniffing out a familiar figure he grunted and prodded the furry heap with a claw "wake up" he grunted as he retreated from the den to sit outside.

Kiva layed curled in a tight ball sleeping peacefully, dreaming about stalking a great big fat rabbit, one more paw step and she would have it, wiggling her haunches she was about to pounce until something sharp prodded her side. Lifting her head lazily she looked around "huh? wha?" she blinked as she watched Kane's retreating from, with a sigh she jumped up and shook out her fur before trotting out of the den.
