The Wolves of Katria
History
For centuries the stories of a mystery town have travelled around the whole country. Katria, the place where the impossible becomes possible, where there are no boundaries to what is real and what isn't. Humans have always feared the unknown, but now as the world becomes more advanced, stories become legends, and legends become children's books material. Now everything different to the usual becomes a threat and is hated. This is why the werewolf packs which roam around the territories of Katria, are now small, almost inexistant but two packs still wander the land, struggling to survive in this harsh world where they are hated for being different.
The Two Packs
Akakios Pack;; they have lived in the town since it was first founded, their bloodline is sacred and honoured by the other wolves. They were refeered to as "the protectors of the town" or "the town keepers" and were the only group of wolves which were respected by the citizens, that's why their name is Akakios, meaning innocent, not evil.
Hesiod Pack;; they are the howling wolves, the moon worshippers. This pack arrived much later that Akakios, but have made the town their home. Their name means "song", at night their ode can be heard all across the town, it is said to be the mourning for the other packs who perished along time.
The hunters
Humans devoted to wipe out any supernatural creatures, they know of the werewolves but they will keep the secret in order to mantain the townspeople calm. They are killers, raised from childbirth, made to kill.
Humans
They are unaware of the supernatural, the most vunerable species of the creatures living in the town. They live their day to day normaly and have no idea about the fight going on between the others. For them the werewolves are just stories to leave in the past.
The Main Plot
The two wolf packs struggle to survive while the younger generation of werewolves also struggle to live a "normal" live within the humans. They must go to school but they must also protect their pack and follow their duties as a member while keeping the secret safe. Hunter will try and hunt down the werewolves without letting the humans find out anything.
