One Century ago two communities lived together in perfect harmony, sharing the land and resources and viewing each other as equals. However, one beautiful evening at sunset, two figures, one human and one monster, approached the towns. They divided along melody's pathway and into the kingdom. The human strode towards the Monster side whilst the monster stalked toward the human half...
That night, two screams were heard...
A centaur foal and human child were found murdered in the middle of the kingdoms. Both parties accused each other of the terrible deed and sought revenge, waging war. The monsters and humans fought for many days and nights, the tide of battle moving back and forth between them until the humans broke through and drove every last trace of a monster into the deep forest that circled the now shattered kingdoms.
The monsters traveled for many months before settling in the heart of the looming trees, making what is now the sanctuary. Meanwhile, the humans struggled to farm the fertile land that the monsters once worked for them and rebuilt their city proving the bare strength and determination of humans is unbreakable.
However, both parties elected to form groups of fighters, the humans gathered their toughest soldiers to hunt down the monsters and eliminate their threat whilst the monsters used their mightiest warriors to form a strong defense system around the sanctuary. All elements of peace between the two kingdoms has long since gone...
