This a remake of a RP that went inactive a while ago. I still like the concept of it though, so I'm starting over. I changed some things about the portal, so if you're a returning person to the remade RP, make sure to read everything through again.
Welcome to your new home for the summer!
L.A, home of the worlds most famous celebrities, not to mention shifters. That's right, you've been invited to live in a luxury home this summer with other people of your kind. Not to mention all the teens range from 15 to 17 years old here! Everyone has three months to learn about shifter history and maybe make some new friends. Once the summer is over you'll be sent back to normal living with your family and friends. But for now just try to have a great vacation while hiding your true form.
In the house you can't shift unless told by an instructor that comes once a week. That doesn't mean you won't ever be able to shift. There's a cave on the north beach with a hidden portal that leads to the hidden forest, valley, and beach. It's completely hidden to normal humans, so don't worry about them.
Each shifter gets their own small apartment sized room, which comes with a twin sized bed, a television, dresser, nightstand, bathroom, and closet. Girls and boys will be in the same penthouse, but boys aren't aloud in girls rooms, and girls can't go into boys rooms. Your room is not a place to hang out with others. But a place to be by yourself studying, or resting. There is cameras all over the house, except in the bathrooms. There won't ever be an adult watching after you, but they sure can see what you're up to at the secret training facility for shifters.
There is a huge living room space with a 80 inch flat screen, xbox, pool table, and fridge.
You are expected to be in the dining area by 5 o' clock sharp so we can all eat dinner together. The servants, that are also shifters will be cooking and serving your food for the summer.
The pool is in the back yard, along with the trampoline; so I'm sure you'll never get bored. There is a protected fence invisible to the human eye. They could, however, see it if they concentrated hard enough. To them this is an old boarded up factory.
All shifters have freedom to run around and do whatever in LA or Hollywood. You will not be aloud to go to parties and clubs, and we hope you will not make friends with the humans. The beach and boardwalk is just a short distance away.
Oh and did a forget to mention there's a portal all shifters are welcome to go through to that leads to a beautiful forest full of life and color. You can see galaxies in the sky at night, and hear wolves howling in the distance. There's a cliff in the middle of this forest world that stretches higher than all the trees. There's a walking path that runs up the cliff and once you get to the top you can see the entire forest. Including the lake, river that flows into the lake, waterfall, and the three portals leading back home. The portal is located on a wall in the game room. You can't really miss it since it's a big hole in the wall that seems to lead to nowhere.
In this rp you will have already been here for a week, and haven't made any friends yet.

You can't date your own character
This isn't semi-lit, but I want at least 4 sentences a post
The characters ages will range between 15 and 17 years old
You can have up to 3 characters
You can only shift into one animal of your choice
Fantasy animals are aloud, but don't go too crazy
No alcohol okay? The characters aren't over 21
You may reserve your form for 12 hours
There shouldn't be a reason for fading to black. I don't want anything sexual in this rp. A kiss, or hug is aloud, but don't make it all dramatic
Only straight characters in this role play this time.
