Once upon a time, there lived a kingdom far off from the world. It's beauty shined brightly, and so did its kindness. Rennes was its name, and they never seemed to worry about war, for their was no reason to fight anyone. Years passed from then, a boy was born, and another adopted. Kale and Kraven. Both 'brothers' were close together and loved each other very much. Each spent their time with each other as much as possible. But then on Kraven's eighteenth birthday, he was crowned king of Renne's, even though he was not pure blood. This upset Kale, for he was the actual son, and should have been king. So a civil war happened between both brothers. And that is when the kingdom split apart. That day, one new kingdom was born...Avalon. Both kingdoms have been in war with each other for the last hundred years, but then everything was resolved when both kingdoms decided to come to an agreement. The oldest of the royals will marry to unite the kingdoms and at last they will be at peace. But will they full fill it?

personality::
She is very kind, and caring. Her
heart is always out to help others
that are in need. She also is very
shy and timid. She doesn't like to
talk or socialize with many people.
Once she heard that she was betrothed
to the eldest prince of Rennes, everything
changed for her. Her entire attitude. She
became stubborn, and ill tempered. She knew
nothing about this man, besides stories which
portrayed him as the bad man.

history::
She was born and raised in a castle, and was
raised by her parents to queen and king of
Avalon. Her name is an odd one, but it was
her mothers favorite name. When she was
but a young girl her father gave her the
gift of a horse, which was only but a young
one like her. Both grew up together to become
good friends, and they still are today. Nocturne
is his name, and his coat is blacker than night
itself. She loves him very much, and doesn't go
anywhere without him.
Although she was born with royal blood, she had
always yearned to be born of pheasant blood, she
only wanted a relaxed life, and a life where she
didn't have to worry about a whole kingdom. And
now she wouldn't have to worry about a marriage
to a stranger.

captain of Rennes army. But sadly, on one of his
fathers missions to Avalon, he never came home.
Ever since then Caleb strived to become a knight,
and to be like his father. To strive better then his

Gwen is a force to be reckoned with. She's strong minded
and excessively stubborn, never willing to do what anyone
asks of her. She often finds herself in sticky situations for this
reason, but she continues to ignore her elders nevertheless.
More often than not, you can hear Gwen, wherever she is, because
she is always talking or singing to herself. She's never been
the perfect "ladylike" princess, but she can certainly act the
part; however, she only does this when it's absolutely imperative.
Never one to sit still, Gwen tends to go wherever, she feels, the wind
takes her. Typically the wind takes her down to the lower town.
Unfortunately, she was refused the right to visit the town anymore
by her mother because Gwen, "Needed to learn how to be
a proper princess." Gwen thinks it's a load of rubbish, yet
what can she really do?

history::
Being raised in a castle was not at all easy for Gwen. The
looming, stone walls always seemed to entrap her and manage
to make her feel confined and claustrophobic. Being a girl wasn't ever
particularly easy for her either. She would've much rather been learning
sword play with her older brother than learning "proper manners"
with her nanny. She would've rather been learning to ride bareback
on her horse, Charger, than having to learn to ride sidesaddle. She
would've rather played in the mud puddles next to the river than
be hosting tea parties for her ridiculous dolls safely within the confines
of her frilly bedroom.
She always knew she could never have the freedom she so desired as
a woman, but what could she possibly do about it? There was no way
for her to become a man, was there? For a long time she thought of ways
to "become" a man. Then one night when she was aimlessly wandering the
snaking hallways of the castle, it came to her. She saw a pile of her older
brother's dirty training clothes piled outside his door, just waiting for the servants
to take them away to be cleaned. That night was the first night she became a
man. The first night she visited the lower town by herself. It was exhilarating.
She went to the tavern, her brother's too-big cloak hanging off her, with the hood
hanging over her tied back hair and shrouding her face in deep shadow. At last
she was free. Every night since then she's been going out to either go to the tavern
and get a drink, or to spend time with the only person she's trusted with her secret.
His name is Gwaine and he's a traveler from Avalon, so she only sees him for a
week or so at a time every few months or so, but he's her only real friend.
And as a plus, he teaches her how to use a sword. So far she's never been
caught, but how long can that possibly last?

Gwaine is not a person who takes much seriously. In fact, you
could say that he doesn't take anything seriously and you would be
stating an almost truth. The only two things he takes seriously
are his drinks and his friendships. He's always been an easy person to
befriend. With a smile that can light up an entire city and an easy-going
attitude, he's practically perfect friend material. Another thing about
Gwaine is that he's loyal to a fault. If anyone insults his friends or
his family, he'll be at their throats in half a second.

Gwaine doesn't remember much about his past. All he knows is that one
day he woke up and he knew it wasn't the same place he woke up
everyday prior to that. No one seems to know where exactly he came
from or where he plans on going, but then again, neither does he.
